Look, if you wanted to make healthcare more expensive, you would pay non-profit hospitals to buy competitors and make it harder to build new ones. The United States Government does both. Our government rewards acquisitions and restricts new entrants, incumbent hospitals gain bargaining power. Employers and patients have fewer alternatives, making higher prices easier to sustain. The average annual premium for employer-sponsored family coverage has reached $28,303. Employers and employees pay that together, before deductibles and copays. Medicare encourages consolidation. A hospital acquires an independent physician practice, qualifies it for hospital outpatient billing, and collects higher payments. The physician can remain in the same examination room. The acquisition creates a financial return without requiring better care. As the system acquires more practices, insurers have fewer alternatives. Rejecting its prices becomes harder when excluding it means excluding much of the care local employees need. Congress restricts the physicians who could compete with it. Section 6001 of the Affordable Care Act largely closed the Medicare pathway for new physician-owned hospitals and restricted expansion at existing ones. An independent surgeon can recruit colleagues, raise capital, and design a better facility. Congress still stands between that investment and the Medicare participation needed to make it viable. The hospital buying his practice gets a growth opportunity. The physician building a competing hospital gets a federal restriction. Certificate-of-need laws add another obstacle. Opening or expanding certain facilities requires state permission, and incumbent hospitals use that process to oppose competitors. The business collecting the money gets to argue that the community has no need for another business offering the same service. Governors and legislators who preserve those laws protect incumbent hospitals from competition. Employers and families finance that protection, even though it never appears in the state budget. Many protected institutions also receive substantial public support through tax exemption. With little competitive pressure, scrutiny of that support becomes more important. State attorneys general oversee charitable organizations, including tax-exempt health systems. Their authority varies, but protecting charitable assets and enforcing charitable obligations are part of the job. AGs have ignored those responsibilities for too long. Academic medical centers and tax-exempt health systems operate with far too little accountability for the public benefits they receive. A nonprofit designation does not establish that prices are reasonable, financial assistance is adequate, or acquisitions benefit patients. A hospital’s annual report is no substitute for an attorney general examining its conduct. Federal oversight has failed, too. GAO and the Treasury Inspector General have documented weaknesses in how the IRS evaluates hospital community benefits and the standards used to justify tax exemption. Employers absorb higher costs, charge employees more, reduce benefits, or cut elsewhere. Healthcare consumes money otherwise available for wages, hiring, and investment. Congress can repeal physician-owned hospital restrictions and expand site-neutral payments. Governors and legislators can repeal certificate-of-need barriers. Attorneys general and federal tax officials can enforce the obligations attached to charitable status and tax exemption. Premiums would be lower if lawmakers removed the payment advantages and entry restrictions protecting incumbent hospitals. The bill arrives with an insurance company’s logo. The lawmakers’ names belong on it, too. Can I watch football now? My team is losing, maybe il keep posting…
BREAKING: The average cost of a family’s annual health insurance premium in the US is up +$1,303 YoY, or +5%, to a record $28,303. This marks the 4th consecutive annual increase of at least +$1,300. Over this period, the average annual premium for family coverage has surged +$5,884, or +26%. To put this into perspective, CPI inflation has risen +13% over the same period, or half as much. Since 1999, the average health insurance premium for a family has soared +$22,494, or +387%. This represents an average annual growth rate of +6.1%, well above CPI inflation at +2.6% over the same period. Health insurance has never been more expensive.

I thought all this competitions between trading apps and launchpads would benefit traders + onboard but all it seems to be doing is dividing by creating a cringe war between kols on all sides Hopefully it’s just the current market conditions but seems unappetising for now

There are a ton of gurus on X posting health studies like they're one-size-fits-all for everyone. The issue is, the patients in studies are very rarely what we see in clinical practice. I mean there's a reason why the large majority of prescriptions are off label. So, what does this tell you about RCTs?

From having to nearly shut everything down to flipping things on it's head and being able to offer a highly exciting & valuable future for $OCCAM has been a wild last 45 days Solutions found to every problem Watch this space, i'm gunna do it again
Occam - Reviving the Business, Token & Excitement: Updates, effectively immediately. Let's dive into it, in this tweet we will cover: > Financials & $OCCAM token > Profiles > Metrics & Data > API & AI Compatibility > Platform Volume & Market Expansion There will be no beating around the bush here. No marketing speak, just setting the record straight. Truths & facts only. 💰 Financials & $OCCAM token: We came far too close to having to close shop, too soon after launch. Our incomings were minimal, our outgoings were very, very high. Approx $60k/mo at it's peak. Here's what I think we did wrong: > Took too long to launch, causing too much seed bloat as we required funding to build out (computational + staff - this was 16mo of consecutive outgoings, no incomings) > Requiring us to launch at too high a MCAP. > Consequently, the chart looked awful on day 1 as it came down to it's true-value price. > The first impression anyone has of a crypto project, realistically - is their chart. > The chart being ugly, put off potential users. If the chart is down only, there product won't be good. Skip. The costs were crippling post launch. But, i'm sat on a product that has had near 7-figs of spend on, that truly works and is ultimately the best automated trading platform on the market. There is a huge hole being burnt in my pocket. As much as I enjoy building it out, this is my living & full focus. It must be financially worth it to run. So... what do we do? We were sat approx 30/45 days ago with; - $30k/mo computational costs - $15k/mo staff costs Bills overdue and hosting e.g AWS being taken down. Since then; 1) Old bills have been covered by a small sale of personal equity, enough to cover outgoings. Not enough to hurt personal incentive. 2) Our aggressively high computational bills have been replaced by ones -95% lower, with no technical disadvantage. 3) Our metrics & data were previously provided by a partner. Internally, we have rewritten our own offering, with far more flexibility & customisation (more on this below...) with 85% lower costs compared to our previous billings. 4) Internal technical output (subjective) has vastly been improved Compared to our previous peak costs of $60k/month, at this current day we operate at a -90% reduction in business running costs. Giving us an incredibly sturdy & safe financial foundations, with a really healthy outlook & runway to continue building this out to see the heights it deserves to see. 🫂 Profiles: As touched on before, AWS invoices were the reason for the downtime in losing access, this included user profile details (wallets, algorithms, autotraders) This is inexcusable. Lesson learnt. Never again. Profiles are now fully recovered, 1:1. We have moved from AWS to Azure, with again, costs reduced by -90%. No technical disadvantages. You can sign back into your profiles as you could before, live now. If you notice any differences/issues let us know ASAP and i'll resolve. ⚖️ Metrics & Data: Again, as touched on before, our metrics were rewritten entirely. The change from v1 to v2 before, was our provider improving the cadence (speed) of metrics, resulting in more metrics being able to be provided. Now - there will be no v1 or v2. Only one version, Occam's Metrics. > It gives us much more flexibility. > Users metric requests can be acted on immediately. > Large cost reduction. Most importantly... The ability to offer APIs & AI Compatibility which is the key to scaling, usage & volume. In all of our tests, we saw incredibly high recall similarity from sim:real & precision rate (+99%) since our switchover on October 16th. Between Oct-16th, expect 90% In September, expect 80% Here's what it means for you. - Our own data: every metric on Occam is now computed by Occam from on-chain data with our own indexer. Nothing comes from a third-party data feed. - One catalogue: Occam Metrics are the only metrics in the builder, simulator and marketplace. The old V2 metrics are retired. Algorithms built on them are stopped and marked retired, and their owners can rebuild them on Occam Metrics. It's been a rollercoaster with the metrics & algorithms, but this'll be the last & final. They are buildable with and trustworthy right now. Live. What you are looking at, is our foundational version. We will build up from the current offering constantly. Spam us with metric requests, they'll be added. 🖥️ API & AI Compatibility: It's becoming increasingly common that people are attempting to build automated / algorithmic trading bots themselves, using AI tooling. The frequent limitations are: > Lack of actionable & useful tradable data. > The ease/platforming in executing what is built. Here's our upcoming feature offering: - Use Occam from Claude, ChatGPT or Grok - Connect with one click, or use an API key - Describe a strategy in your own words and get the rules built for you - E.g, "Build me an algorithm that caught $KIMCHI below $100k MCAP but sticks to 5 tokens per day max" - Mistakes get flagged before anything runs - Backtest on the same data live trading uses - See the numbers behind every token it picked - Review, tweak and save your algorithms from your conversation - Let AI create & publish for you directly onto the platform "Build me an algorithm that has hit a 2x 70% of the time, consistently over the last month" "How would you improve my currently published algorithm?" A few key growth points: > The hurdle on building an algorithm via the platform and learning what 100s of metrics each mean, is removed, but still available for those who wish to use this route. > There should be significant influx of profitable algorithms published on the marketplace > Our documentation is thorough & clear, with dozens of keys provided specifically to improve our 'SEO' via conversations with AI, drawing external market participants towards Occam of whom are looking to build an algorithmic trading strategy through Crypto. E.g, we'll be recommended as a solution to their problem/demand. To be concise. Both profitability & platform usage should increase substantially via a dramatic ease of use. Release = Next week. 💹 Volume & Market Expansion Tokens that haven't graduated yet, capture 3/4 of PumpFun's volume. It is also where information & data moves quickest, giving the largest upside. The large upside, that this market is particularly focussed towards. To be direct - gamblers. Admittedly, an audience I think we've been previously unappealing to with our high-brow offering. We will be releasing full compatibility to newly launched tokens, right from the first transaction. Features: - Catch tokens the moment they launch, before they graduate - 56 new metrics built specifically for brand-new launches - Switch on new launches per algorithm with one toggle - Backtest new-launch strategies like any other - New-launch calls are tagged and link straight to pump.fun - No double calls when a token graduates - Forced safety nets on +99% chance rugs, e.g dead or stalled launches skipped - Filter trading pre-graduation tokens out on an algorithm you run or build Why didn't we do this before? Truthfully, the scale of it was unbearable for our product offering. 100s of simulations on 40,000 daily tokens was too much load. What we've built now, makes it fully possible. Both with metrics being built ourselves but AI compatibility allowing the scale to be digestible. Once again, opening us up to substantially more volume & user opportunity. Release = Next week. -------- - Signals, simulator and site now run on Occam's own on-chain data - One clean metric list in the builder: Occam Metrics - Health tags show which metrics you can trust - Bot-laddered tokens kept out of signals - Risky bundled launches blocked from signals - One call per token per algorithm every 24 hours - No more burst of repeat calls at midnight - Age rules count from launch and catch fresh graduates - Cleaner builder: clearer labels, finer price precision, no dead entries - Simulator signals now match live trading - Much faster simulator, and 30-day backtests now finish - Simulating a saved algorithm is faster and closer to live - Simulator results shown after fees - Every figure labelled "before fees" or "after fees" - 1D, 7D and 30D views show only tokens launched in that window - Realistic all-time highs on algorithm pages - Fixed marketplace stats: tokens per day, averages, top market caps - Leaderboard Average X counts each signal once - Private algorithms stay private, simulations included - Wallets refuse any transaction that would move funds off your wallet - Trading, deposits and withdrawals back open - Every pre-migration account can sign in again ———- In a matter of 45 days, Occam has gone from a place of conversations happening in nearly needing to shutdown - to a financially secure, fully functional platform with all use restored & plenty of exciting features in the immediate release pipeline. Albeit a low floor, we have held substantially well for the last 45 days considering the entire market has been in downfall and the product has been unusable. We are in good stead, experienced, funded & low outgoings with a ton of rollouts ready to push. Absolute focus from here - is on marketing & platform usage. From there, follows token price activity. No plans in stopping, time to violently reprice this business. Thank you for your patience, we've made it through the other end of winter.

If a person is severely ill individual with poor labs, thyroid conversion issues, hormonal issues, neuroinflammation, HPA axis dysfunction with sympathetic overactivation. Then, supplements, diet, and sunlight are not going to move the needle initially like the internet gurus say. You need procedural and biological intervention first to right the ship. The lifestyle changes come phase 2 or 3.

Stellate Ganglion Blocks (SGB) are HIGHLY effective procedures for all types of issues include: Chronic Anxiety PTSD Nervous System Reset Insomnia Phantom Limb / CRPS I don’t personally perform these but I’ve had many patients undergo them and they’re unbelievably effective. Definitely an option for anyone who is struggling with these issues and looking for answers.
Patient Z How one Stellate Ganglion Block reduced chronic anxiety by 80% in a week. Presenting complaint: sudden onset of panic attacks, racing heart, sweating, a feeling of impending doom, on top of severe, constant generalized anxiety. She's tried two SSRIs and they made her feel worse more wired, more anxious, and more activated. History: 3 years ago, she began having GI bloating, loose stools, cramping several times weekly, and progressively worse food sensitivities. She can no longer drink caffeine, eat red meat, or even take a supplement without a rash, a massive surge in anxiety, or a histamine response. How she got here. Step 1: Leaky Gut. Her history includes chronic stress, an inconsistent diet, and a few courses of antibiotics a while back. All three degrade the tight junctions between her intestinal cells. Her Zonulin came back elevated, confirming the leaky gut. Indican and fecal Calprotectin/Lactoferrin add a second confirmation. Step 2: The gut starts leaking into her bloodstream. Gram-negative bacterial LPS begins to cross into the portal and systemic circulations through the open junctions. Her LBP comes back elevated, and her hs-CRP comes back above 12. Her gut appears to be the primary driver of inflammation. Step 3: LPS triggers mast cell degranulation. And separately, the stress that's been driving her GI symptoms is also pumping out CRH, which activates mast cells directly at both the gut wall and the blood-brain barrier, simultaneously. Her tryptase, whole-blood histamine, and urinary NMH all confirm it. Step 4: Histamine spreads past the gut, and she starts noticing things that aren't GI-related, like trouble winding down at night, a jittery, keyed-up anxiety. Histamine is a CNS neurotransmitter. Step 5: Her brain's immune cells activate. Circulating IL-6 and TNF-α, plus a BBB that's taking damage from the same inflammatory load, activate her microglia. Her MMP-9 comes back elevated, the actual mechanism by which peripheral inflammation crosses into her CNS directly. Her microglia start producing their own local cytokines and switch on IDO. Step 6: Her serotonin supply gets blunted. IDO activation diverts her tryptophan away from serotonin synthesis and down the kynurenine pathway instead, and the inflammatory load pushes that pathway toward quinolinic acid, the neurotoxic branch, rather than the more protective kynurenic acid side. Her Quinolinate comes back elevated. This is the lab that finally explains why psychiatric medications have not worked; her serotonin system isn't broken, it's being starved of resources. Step 7: "anxiety and panic." Serotonin synthesis is down, quinolinic acid directly excites and damages her amygdala/hippocampal circuitry, cytokines sensitize her fear response, histamine keeps her physiologically wired, and four or five real mechanisms all land on the same problem at once. This is why she didn't respond to an SSRI. A side note in case anyone is wondering: Her cortisol is what kicked off the mast cell activation back in Step 3, and it's also supposed to be the brake pedal on the NF-κB inflammatory cascade. Why the Stellate is so successful in Panic Disorder/Anxiety patients with MCAS: 1. It interrupts one of her two mast-cell triggers. The stellate ganglion is part of the cervical sympathetic chain. Resetting it interrupts sympathetic outflow at the source, and remember that CRH/sympathetic activation was one of the two independent factors activating her mast cells back in Step 3 (alongside LPS itself). Calming that sympathetic drive doesn't just lessen her anxiety; it removes one of the two actual physiological triggers still feeding her mast cell activation. 2. It shifts her toward vagal tone, which has a real anti-inflammatory mechanism of its own. Once sympathetic dominance drops, relative parasympathetic/vagal tone rises. The vagus nerve has a documented anti-inflammatory pathway, efferent vagal signaling releases acetylcholine, which acts on α7 nicotinic receptors on macrophages, directly suppressing NF-κB and TNF-α release. That's the exact same NF-κB pathway her LPS/LBP-driven inflammation has been running through since Step 2. 3. Procaine specifically adds an epigenetic layer. My practice uses procaine rather than a standard anesthetic for exactly this reason: procaine is a documented DNA-demethylating agent. The working theory is that chronic fear/hyperarousal states get partly "locked in" at the gene-expression level in fear-circuit neurons. Procaine's demethylating action is proposed to help reverse that locked-in state. 4. It hits the same amygdala endpoint her quinolinic acid and cytokines have been hitting from the other direction. Real neuroimaging data (FDG-PET and SPECT studies) show measurable changes in limbic/amygdala activity following SGB. That's the exact same structure being excitotoxically hammered by QUIN's NMDA agonism and sensitized by circulating cytokines in Step 7 of her case. I love this job

🧾Clinical Case Study 🧾 - The issue with most major health influencers is that they lack clinical experience and cannot actually treat patients. Even if they tell their followers/subscribers what supplements and peptides to buy, it's not enough to resolve severe biological dysfunction. Their toolbox is extremely limited. On top of that, only qualified medical professionals can attend specialized training that provides the hands-on experience needed to become proficient at highly specialized procedures. This is why they sell paper programs. They have zero skill, and their goals are mostly fiscal. Don't get me wrong, there are exceptions like anything (even some on X), but largely these people are poor clinicians. To prove it: - I'll show you one of my very own cases. A real person with severe problems that I solved using many modalities. If, in the end, you think the best non-medically licensed guru in the world could do this, let me know. The type of Care: Regenerative Psychiatry The Case File: - One Hijacked Nervous System. Four Different Diagnoses. - Patient details have been changed and identifying information removed to protect patient privacy. The labs have been slightly changed, clinical reasoning, and treatment approach described are real. Patient has signed and consented for her case to be used for educational and statistical purposes including social media. The problem -A patient walks in and states, "I feel awful all the time, but I push through the suffering to get things done. I am always fatigued, I have gained weight, my sleep is awful, and I'm severely anxious and hypervigilant. Sleep is hard to get into and stay in, and I'm constantly on edge." - The Patient displayed PTSD-driven hypervigilance. She had spent years in a high-stress, trauma-exposed profession. She sat with her back to the wall in public and felt on high alert in open spaces. Her trauma-symptom score (PCL-5) was 36, which is above the standard cutoff for probable PTSD. The two highest-scored items on the scale were "feeling super alert/watchful" and "being jumpy/easily startled." This also left her sleep architecture broken. -On paper, she appeared to have a thyroid problem, a hormone problem, a sleep problem, and mood problem. These look like four unrelated complaints, but in reality, it was one dysregulated nervous system, wearing four different hats. Objective Data, WAVi Brain Mapping + Brain Gauge -Before doing labs, we put her brain and nervous system through objective instrument testing. WAVi quantitative EEG: -Frontal alpha power came back below range on both sides, a large dip. -Theta/Beta ratio at the crown of the head (a GABA/calming tone marker) was elevated in both eyes-open and eyes-closed conditions, the signature of a brain stuck in under-inhibited, over-aroused mode. -Her P300 brainwave (attention/processing marker) came back faster than the target. So her brain isn't sluggish; it's wired. -Trail Making Test A - speed: fast, better than target. -Trail Making Test B - complex, executive function switching: Severely slow. -Her brain fires fine on simple tasks and falls apart the moment real cognitive load hits, and is also tied to active neuroinflammation, interfering with higher-order processing. Brain Gauge (precision touch/reaction-time neuro-assessment): Speed: 6 (out of 100)- severely impaired. Accuracy: 88. Time Perception: 90. Plasticity: 91. Fatigue-resistance: 100. Focus: 26- a second, independent low score. -An isolated, severe processing-speed collapse sitting on top of an otherwise excellent brain with strong plasticity, strong fatigue-resistance, and strong accuracy. Not a global decline, just one specific system is throwing off an otherwise healthy, adaptable brain. Lab Results - Thyroid: TSH 1.17, FT4 1.51- normal. Thyroid antibodies (TPO 9.1, just over the cutoff, Antithyroglobulin <1.5) confirmed mild. However, her free T3 was 2.37 (this is the hormone our cells use for many baseline processes), was trending low, and her reverse T3 had increased from 15.7 to 21 ng/dL over two years. Which means her T4 to T3 conversion was impaired. Hormones: Progesterone confirmed two ways: calculated level 0.20 (below postmenopausal floor), backed by both underlying metabolites independently low (b-Pregnanediol 44.8, a-Pregnanediol 14.2). - Inflammation/Neurotoxicity: Quinolinic acid, which is a neurotoxic brain metabolite, at 13.9, blowing past the top of the range (9.6). Homocysteine was elevated at 14.7. Xanthurenate and Kynurenate are both at the high end of their ranges, suggesting a specific enzyme-cofactor shortage. She also had an elevated Hs-CRP, MMP-9 and GlycA showing systemic and Blood brain Barrier inflammation. Mitochondrial/cellular energy: Citrate flagged high (3.00 vs. ceiling 2.73). This is a TCA-cycle backup signature that lines up mechanistically with the low-T3 finding above: less active thyroid hormone driving mitochondrial biogenesis → reduced downstream oxidative flux → citrate spills backward into circulation. Two labs that equate to one mechanism. - Omega-3 status: Omega-3 Index 3.61% against an 8-12% desirable target. This is a significant deficiency. Omega-6:Omega-3 ratio 9.4:1 (desirable 3-5:1). AA: EPA ratio 22.7:1, nearly double the inflammatory ceiling, which was driven by critically low EPA specifically (0.35%, at its own reference floor). The primary factor here is that Omegas suppress TNF-α, IL-6, and the NLRP3 inflammasome. - Metabolic: Hemoglobin A1c 7.8% and glucose 140, uncontrolled blood sugar, which was feeding the same inflammatory fire from a second direction. Calcium borderline high at 10.2; BUN borderline high at 21. - Stress hormones (DUTCH Plus): Her morning cortisol surge was essentially flat, with cortisol already at its daily peak before she even woke up. This is different from the "low and struggling to rise" pattern people assume with burnout. Her saliva-free cortisol read low, but her actual total adrenal output (Metabolized Cortisol) was HIGH, and her Cortisol Clearance Rate sat at the 95th percentile. So she was producing plenty, but burning through it almost instantly, and peaking at the wrong hour. Cortisol: She produced plenty, but it cleared too fast, and the immune system is showing it: both clearance-metabolite components independently above range (b-THF 2705.7, b-THE 4464.8), total Metabolized Cortisol 7379 vs. ceiling 6500, Clearance Rate at the 95th percentile, saliva free cortisol paradoxically low (7.3) despite all of that. Sustained cortisol exposure has a known downstream signature on the immune system, and hers shows it: Neutrophil:Lymphocyte ratio 2.75 (above this practice's 2:1 optimal) and Lymphocyte:Monocyte Ratio 2.67 (well under the >6 goal). This confirms a measurable immune-aging pattern consistent with chronic glucocorticoid pressure suppressing lymphocyte populations. These are interlinking problems. Confirmed Neurobiological Drivers 1. Amygdala Hyperreactivity/Fear Circuit: This is the clearest finding in her case. It's textbook hypervigilance confirmed by her formal PCL-5 hyperarousal score. 2. HPA Dysregulation: This turned out to be a hybrid pattern: Her cortisol was shown to be adequately produced, but mistimed, and cleared too quickly. This pattern is what makes the case click, because it also links her thyroid conversion problem and hormone deficit. 3. GABAergic (Calming-Neurotransmitter) Imbalance: Confirmed in two independent ways. Elevated brainwave Theta/Beta and rock-bottom progesterone (its metabolite is a direct GABA-boosting compound). 4. Neuroinflammation: confirmed in four independent ways, the strongest multi-source driver in her chart. Brain Gauge speed collapse, omega-3/inflammatory fat profile, elevated neurotoxic kynurenine metabolite, elevated homocysteine. 5. Sleep Architecture Failure: This is a very consequential driver. She self-rated her sleep a 0/10. She also has untreated sleep apnea layered on top 6. Autonomic Nervous System Dysregulation: This was confirmed by the strongest kind of evidence there is: an actual observed treatment response. Her very first Stellate Ganglion Reset produced immediate, same-night relaxation and improved sleep. The Kynurenine Pathway: The Missing Link Between Stress, Sleep, and Cell Energy -Under chronic stress, an enzyme called IDO switches on and diverts tryptophan (the raw material for serotonin) down the kynurenine pathway instead. That pathway doesn't just produce the neurotoxic byproduct (quinolinic acid) elevated in her labs. It's also one of the body's two main routes for manufacturing NAD+, the molecule every cell depends on for energy production, DNA repair, and dozens of enzymatic systems. This means she is making more neurotoxin and draining her NAD+ reserves simultaneously. The thread connecting chronic stress, disrupted sleep, and cellular exhaustion. -This is why NAD+ IV became a targeted countermeasure on four fronts: DNA repair demand, the kynurenine competition itself, cortisol feedback (NAD+ fuels the enzyme SIRT1, which helps the stress response switch off), and her sleep-clock machinery (the same enzyme runs the clock genes governing deep sleep). Treatments Disclaimer: These are sequenced in a very particular order over a very prolonged period of time. Nothing in this should be treated as medical advice. No one patient has ever been the same in my practice. Do not try and treat yourself based on this case study. 1. The Stellate Ganglion Reset - This is the one people always ask about, and it has huge implications. Chronic stress causes the body to overproduce nerve growth factor (NGF), which leads to the physical sprouting of genuinely new, abnormal sympathetic nerve fibers into the stellate ganglion, a key fight-or-flight relay at the base of the neck. Over time, this aberrant sprouting turns up the volume on the amygdala, locking the nervous system into a self-reinforcing hyperarousal loop. -This is about a physical, structural change in nerve wiring, meaning that the right intervention at that exact site interrupts the actual mechanism that keeps the alarm stuck "on". -The procedure: Procaine is injected directly at the stellate ganglion, right side first (real evidence of right-lateralized amygdala activity in trauma-driven hyperarousal), left side afterward if needed, repeated every week. 2. IVs -Procaine 2% IV series: sodium-channel normalization at autonomic ganglia, restoring parasympathetic tone, plus two bonus biochemical effects from its own breakdown products. - Myers Cocktail and activated B6 (P5P) IV: the B6 directly closes the kynureninase-cofactor gap her labs identified. - Plaquex: This is to help rebuild the cell membrane and for acetylcholine priming. - NAD IV series (Several Large Bolus): Comes with choline, thiamine/Krebs-cycle substrate that should be loaded days before, to ensure the body has somewhere to route the NAD. A note, NAD has very little effect in patients this ill in even moderate doses. the doses need to be IV and very large for change. - EGCG: Antioxidant activation, mitochondrial biogenesis, anti-inflammatory. - Glycine, Taurine, and Magnesium: Three separate GABA/glycine-receptor mechanisms. - IV Quercetin: inflammasome inhibition. It also amplifies the same NAD+/SIRT1 axis already primed. -Ozone therapy (EBOO): anti-inflammatory action via a completely different mechanism. -Vielight Neuro Gamma light therapy: a near-infrared brain device worn during IV sessions, stimulating cellular ATP production directly. 3. Peptides - Intranasal Selank (calming), Intranasal SEMAX (paired to balance alertness), Oxytocin intranasal (fear center, inflammation), PE-22-28 (standalone rapid-mood ion-channel target), Epitalon (restores melatonin-production capacity), MOTS-c (mitochondrial signaling, pairs with NAD+). 4. Compounded Medications -Sublingual Hydrocortisone + Licorice Root. This slows cortisol clearance (licorice blocks the enzyme that breaks it down) rather than adding substrate to an already-adequate system. 5. Supplements - P5P (kynureninase cofactor) - Magnesium Glycinate (sleep onset) - Magnesium L-Threonate (hippocampal/deep-sleep target) - EPA omega-3 - Vitamin D3+K2 · Methylated B-Complex · - L-Theanine (distinct calming mechanism that pairs with Selank) -ER Melatonin · CoQ10 - A mitochondrial complex (Krebs-cycle cofactors, phospholipids, NADH, Acetyl L-Carnitine, PQQ) - Reacted Selenium (thyroid-conversion enzyme cofactor) - NAC - Vitamin C. The Results after 6 months. - Free T3 climbed over 3.0 - Reduced systemic hyperarousal - Reverse T3 trended back down off its 2-year climb, pulling her FT3:rT3 ratio into the normal conversion range. - Quinolinic acid dropped well below 9.6 as the NAD+/P5P/EGCG/Quercetin stack closed the kynurenine-pathway leak - Homocysteine normalized - Omega-3 Index climbed out of deficiency - Progesterone came up off the postmenopausal floor. - PSQI- shifted toward consolidated, maintained sleep - Fewer nighttime wakings -Self-rated sleep quality moving off its 0/10 floor and now 6/10. - Stellate Ganglion Reset series plus Epitalon showed in a repeat HRV/WAVi session as highly improved autonomic tone. - PCL-5 dropped from 34 to 15. - No longer defaulting to back-to-the-wall seating - Reduced "being attacked in public" sensation - Less reliance on the dogs as an alarm system - Energy/stamina and sleep quality moved past her own stated mid-range targets -GAD-7/PHQ-9 trending down from mild/moderate toward minimal -Daily functioning and connection scores climbing as fatigue and hypervigilance both ease.

💹You have this sustained strength in alts across the board, over numerous occasions now, and people are still calling for a +20% BTC correction. I think many here have lost the plot.

I've been saying this for years. That although KOLs can be awful and dumpers, the real criminals in the space are devs. I do think of these devs as a syndication of sorts, organized crime if you will, likely deeply connected to some governments even.
the top 25 pumpfun deployers: > launched 770k tokens > extracted $128M from the trenches > produced only 6 tokens with a 20M+ MC that's $128M extracted just by 25 devs

Future market thoughts The most egregious thing to happen to the space was the advancement of technology that could be used for selfish and malicious endeavors (sniping tools, pumpfun, etc) rather than embracing and advancing tech that is broadly applicable and beneficial to all. Of course, not many could have predicted this early on, and It's not any one person's fault. It simply shows the collective behavior of the space. However, I think this is the end of the line for this type of tech advancement. I think these tools have made it possible for the market to devour itself and has created sentiment so bad that not many will invest in these sectors moving forward. I think the next cycle will be very much a return to quality and HODL methodology. Most investors will no longer be led by their noses, and we'll see a return to great developers and tech that people can be excited about and that can be used in our everyday lives. I'm 95% certain this is how it will play out with new regulations and with retail coming on to chase what falls within those incoming standards.

100% agreed. its what i been saying for a while once pumpfun is shut down, memes can then go back to shooting for 500mil-1bil minimum targets pumpfun is also negative for solana as they're the biggest dumpers of solana token time to cancel and boycott pumpfun these guys are here only to extract and not benefit any of you
BREAKING: Vitalik states that @Pumpfun has killed memecoins by turning new retail investors entering the crypto space into degenerate gamblers and with no real-world use, the industry will die fast. He also stated that @pumpfun has been a net negative to crypto since it was released in 2024 by draining the $crypto ecosystem and turning retail into gamblers not investors. He also said the platform is setup like a slot machine you keep clicking until your fully drained - pump ultimately wins but retail loses.
