This is the best buying opportunity I have seen since the early 1990s. Values per square foot are the same as they were 20 years ago. The market has been, is and always will be cyclical. Better times ahead and I see much better dynamics in 2024 (except for office). Investors should 1) look for motivated sellers, 2) still look for great assets and locations, 3) look at the market from 40,000 feet, 4) believe in the future and cyclicality, 5) remember that many smart investors say “Buy when no one wants to buy and Sell when everyone wants to buy”. #CREchat
