The RCMP released this photograph of its officers training, and we would be remiss if we didn't offer a little friendly advice: perhaps someone should go over the fundamentals of pistol handling with this officer.
We'd suggest a civilian RPAL course, but there's just one problem: the Liberals' handgun freeze. Funny how the government can make it harder for ordinary Canadians to access handgun training while the people entrusted with enforcing firearms laws are the ones making headlines for their "technique".

Federal Indigenous spending rose from ~$11B annually in 2015 to $32B+ (inflation-adjusted $40.8B by 2024/25). Cumulative totals since 2014 exceed $240B including large claim settlements. Auditor General reports note unsatisfactory progress on many service outcomes despite the increases. Socio-economic gaps have narrowed only modestly, largely from broader programs. Self-sufficiency differs widely by community based on location, resources and governance.
