Chapman MBB completes its 2026 recruiting class with the addition of James Crimaudo. James joins the Panthers from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, where he earned 3rd Team All-United East honors during the 2025–26 season.

A native of Riva, MD, James starred at South River HS, earning 2024 Anne Arundel County POY honors. This past season, the 6’5 wing averaged 13.6 ppg and 6.4 rpg while recording a career-high 28-point performance during conference play. Welcome to the West Coast, James!

Another high-level addition is headed to Orange as Chapman Men’s Basketball welcomes Nick Sanford to the program. Nick is a transfer guard from the University of New Hampshire, where he appeared in 17 games, bringing valuable collegiate experience to Orange.

We are excited to welcome Jackson Leach to the program! Jackson, a 5’10 G from Portland Community College, originally hails from Salem, Oregon, where he starred at West Salem HS. During his time at PCC, Jackson established himself as one of the top JUCO guards in the PNW.
