Watching Anderson and Isner battle it out in along duel at @Wimbledon. Wonderful match. But why don't the woman play best of 5 too? Where is the gender equality?

Been playing guitar for 3 years now. Stairway to Heaven was never even on my learn to play list because I thought it was too hard. Just had a crack at the intro solo and managed to play it slowly. Even my wife could tell what I was playing. You can indeed teach an old dog...
Comrades training all done. Just over 1600km since New Year. Hoping to crack the 9-hour barrier this time! Enjoyed my last training run with my family strava.com/activities/161424…

Only 9 days till C-Day! Had a 15 min dip in the ice bucket yesterday. All looking good for @ComradesRace
Cracking day in Durban. Watched the sunrise during a training run and then joined the family on the beach. May have got a tad sunburnt. Winter is here. Great weather
Today I had to pop in at the Pavilion to visit my optometrist. Had my boys with me. The wonder in my almost 2 year old's eyes when the glass lift moved up, and then as he admired the view of Durban. Little things that are amazing, and we take for granted
1st item on the holiday agenda. A Science experiment for an assignment... Anthony assisting on his 1st forey into experimental design

Well done @CAComms. Clearly taking the law and spirit of cricket more seriously than the @ICC. Sad to see 3 players off the field, but it had to be done.
That was so much fun. The Umko at 1,6m on Hella hella bridge for day 2 of Umko. @amy_peckett13 was a bit quieter than usual in the BIG STUFF, but we got safely to the finish with big smiles. Got my permanent No. for 10, and Amy got No.1. We paid for it with a swim at No.1 rapid
Off to the best race of the year. With 9 @UmkoLevels finishes done, I wanted to do something special this year. @amy_peckett13 jumped at the invite, so the 'Family Matters' K2 is back n action in some BIG WATER!
Shew, we even got a mention in a tweet! Just out there to have fun, stay safe and enjoy the best river and valley I know of... teapawt.org/UmkoLevels/status/9712…
So we have some strong mixed doubles crews for this year's STIHL Umkomaas Canoe Marathon! Purchase/Simpkins, Segal/Perrow, Van Niekerk/Hawarden, Clifton/Peckett and we even have young Lisa Meyer entered in the female K1 category. all the confirmed entries umko.co.za
Just couldn't fix the pumps! It was fun being on the other side of the Dusi this year. teapawt.org/DusiCanoe/status/96479…
