No Jews allowed in the restroom apparently. This is what happens when you go to a leftist establishment.

It is with great sadness that I have written to the Prime Minister to tender my resignation as Minister for Immigration. I cannot continue in my position when I have such strong disagreements with the direction of the Government’s policy on immigration.

You have been useless. No one cares.

Leaseholders in properties under 11m are facing bankruptcy because they cannot afford to cover cladding costs to ensure building safety standards are met. The Government must act to protect leaseholders from extortionate costs to pay for maintenance on property they do not own.

This is an open letter to @michaelgove on behalf of landlords in Birmingham. We are against Birmingham City Council's landlord licence scheme. It is badly conceived and will backfire by increasing rents. @BrumLag @ShabanaMahmood @NRLAssociation

Give these guys a cheer and follow them. They've given sweat and blood and won some incredible concessions that they won’t benefit from. No one left behind. Strong together, divided we fall.
All leaseholders are blameless but last Feb circa 2.5m of us were excluded from your duty of care & protection. We're desperate #NonQualifyingLH @michaelgove & @luhc please end our misery & #AbolishNonQualifyingLeases @EOCS_Official @UKHouseofLords @hilarybennmp @KathPinnock

The day I feared has finally arrived. My @railpen owned block is being evacuated. I am literally being forced from my own home. When will this ever end #buildingsafetycrisis #endourcladdingscandal

Waiting for @michaelgove to shine some light on how he will abolish leasehold, he should pass the bill all leasehold flat to be 999 years to begin with… then start untangling

Wallace Estates is selling up in buildings it is on the hook for following BSA. What if new FH liquidates itself? Same as SPVs. Ban freeholders selling until they fulfil their obligations to current leaseholders. @michaelgove @BrumLag @IslingtonGates @EOCS_Official @ukcag

But they have to give existing leaseholders right of first refusal to buy freehold presumably (“pre-emotion” rights)

Maybe they are selling to 'linked' freeholders who plan to do just that Sanj, that way avoiding tarnishing their name.

More likely selling to themselves in shell companies with funds that are insufficient to make them responsible to pay as per waterfall

In the last 3.5 years our building has had to pay £1.3 million for extra fire safety measures including waking watch and extra insurance. VAT was charged on this. The government is profiteering. Give it back and help small time landlords unfairly discriminated as non-qualified.

I respect the profession, but £32,244 and using a foodbank? Never heard such a ridiculous thing in my life. I earned a lot less than that for most of my teaching career and so do many of my constituents. If true, which is unlikely, I suggest learning how to budget and prioritise.
NEW: Freedom of Information requests reveal that Chief Fire Officers are on average on £148,000 - whilst many ordinary firefighters, on £32,244, are forced to foodbanks. #VoteYes #FairPayorFireStrike

Being a leaseholder in a shoddy 'newly converted' block, when you check your phone to see 25 new messages on the usually quiet block chat, your heart drops. Flood? Fire? Brothels? Police around again? 1/

Simarc have confirmed I do not need my freeholder's permission to buy a hamster. The fuckers are definitely on the back foot. One of the positives coming out of the #BuildingSafetyCrisis.

"As @luhc made clear, the Government expect developers to take responsibility for any building developed by any company in their corporate group, including cases where they acquire the original developer" ❌ @gallifordtry are still evading responsibility. #EndOurCladdingScandal
Thank you @ShabanaMahmood for your ongoing commitment to support @IslingtonGates to make our building safe from fire safety defects and the removal of flammable cladding! Please take note @gallifordtry facebook.com/shabanamahmoodf…
