Congrats on ushering in “Black Mirror” style totalitarianism. Section 25E(1)(c) makes “material or conduct that encourages or promotes hostile attitudes towards women or gender equality” a harm platforms must keep from every user they can’t prove is an adult. Section 25E(1)(f) adds “any other material or conduct ... that may cause serious harm to children.” And your team added in the bill labeling the encouraging of someone to “take their own life” as “seriously harmful” — I take it that's so you can censor people who wish you dead — except “in the context of voluntary assisted dying.” Sick. Oh, and the evidence that your Social Services Minister cited on "Insiders" that it takes “an average of 23 minutes” to be fed “violent misogynistic content” is garbage science. There was a Dublin City University experiment with ten fake accounts on ten phones. Totalitarianism by the stupid class to prevent anyone from criticizing you. You're an embarassment.

What most people already understand, even without the economic terminology, is that firms like BlackRock operate less like investors and more like modern feudal landlords. These vultures buy essential infrastructure, water networks, ports, energy grids, data centres, and other public necessities, often using vast amounts of borrowed money and paying prices that ordinary market participants cannot match. Once the acquisition is complete, the debt is pushed onto the acquired company itself. The result is simple: the public start paying. Consumers repay that debt through higher water bills, rising energy prices, increased fees, and declining service quality. The infrastructure becomes a real cash-extraction machine. Profits flow upward to the shareholders and executives, while the financial burden flows downward to ordinary households. When the model inevitably breaks down, the consequences are socialised. Communities are left with crumbling infrastructure, polluted rivers, and failing services. Thames Water in the United Kingdom with a £14 billion debt mountain and repeated sewage scandals is a stark example of what happens when financial engineering takes precedence over public stewardship. The executives who loaded the company with debt have already collected their bonuses. The investors have already taken their returns. And when the system finally reaches breaking point, taxpayers are expected to pick up the bill. 🔴Privatise the gains. 🔴Socialise the losses. That is the business model........
Not a single new water reservoir has been built since Water Privatisation in 1989, despite UK population growing from 57 million to 69.5 million. Failed state. Westminster betrays its citizens to enrich unaccountable offshore private equity.

Anthony Albanese and Mark Carney are part of the same political machine, serve the same interests, and are dismantling their countries through parallel policies: 1. Overload and bankrupt the welfare system 2. Raise the cost of living until survival becomes the only focus 3. Defund and destabilise law enforcement 4. Control education to indoctrinate the next generation 5. Eliminate private property through regulation, taxation, and debt traps 6. Promote division through identity politics 7. Undermine faith and family to replace them with state loyalty 8. Create permanent dependence on the state through programmable money

Anthony Albanese should practice what he preaches before telling everyone else to turn the temperature down. His own government, including himself has a track record in vilifying people who don't agree with him. Pot meet kettle.

Oh, but it is only Australia that has nowhere to store its fuel. One tanker sat off the Sunshine Coast for months at about $57,000 a day. Global prices hit everyone. Paying ships to be our fuel tanks is a local speciality. Blackout Bowen level commentary. Facts: AFR, 2 August reports that the PIS Madura sat off the Sunshine Coast for months waiting for storage, at an industry-estimated US$40,000 (about A$57,000) a day, nearly A$5 million over three months. 7NEWS Sunrise says dozens of tankers were stuck offshore with nowhere to unload, costing $30,000 to $90,000 a day. An energy analyst there says those costs end up passed on to drivers.

‼️LABOR IS AN UTTER EMBARRASSMENT AND THE WORLD IS WATCHING‼️ What does the rest of the world really think of Australia? The muppets in charge of Canberra are not going unnoticed Australia does not have freedom speech, we never had freedom of speech, but seeing Head Prefect Annika Wells destroying the ability of Australians to participate openly and freely in the marketplace of ideas, the digital town Square, because of the hurt feelings of her and EKaren embarrasses us all on the world stage Labor was never given a mandate by the Australian people to suppress robust discussion and exposure to controversial, even offensive, ideas Labor is an authoritarian and totalitarian government run by people who could not organise a chook raffle if their life depended on it Their inability to understand that free speech, free market and free enterprise are the bedrock of a peaceful, prosperous society means they do not deserve to be governing our nation Vote the Labor-muppets out, we deserve better The rest of the world is watching us destroy ourselves and asks “why”? #AustraliaFirst

MORE BOM DATA FUDGING EXPOSED The Bureau of Meteorology has been caught out transcribing raw written weather records incorrectly onto their databases. For years I have tried to expose the data tampering by the Bureau of Meteorology in order to distort climate records. I’ve been constantly ridiculed throughout my political career as being unqualified to comment on the issue because I’m not a “scientist”. Yet this has never been about science. It’s about record keeping plain and simple, and the integrity of those records. Something that I was qualified to speak about given my 25 years in managing financial records and studying statistics up to Masters level. Whats particularly frustrating about this is that this isn’t the first time the BOM has exposed for fudging records and yet they are continually allowed to get away with it. This includes the media continuing to report their records used to promote “climate change” as though they are the gospel. If you want to fight this corruption then sign up to Peoplefirstparty.au today. •••••••••••••••• “A forensic audit has uncovered false readings and widespread errors in the Bureau of Meteorology's raw climate data, including blocks of temperature readings copied and pasted across different years and seasons, raising questions about the integrity of records used for climate analysis. Anomalies in the BOM's online temperature records ranged from whole months of duplicated data decades apart to statistically impossible whole weeks of identical temperatures to one decimal place. The data errors are not just historical, with the audit, conducted with pattern-recognition software, finding more than 40 per cent of the flagged entries or events dated after 1990. Mr Berger said none of the findings required any knowledge of climate science but were purely data-integrity failures that would disqualify any dataset in any other field of science. Mr Berger undertook the audit with retired scientist Geoffrey Sherrington who said he lived by the motto "trust, but verify". "We are concerned that government policies like net zero are informed by data represented as raw and unadjusted when under investigation by our forensic pattern analysis programs, that is incorrect," Mr Sherrington said.”

The Shane Gillis saga. I sat on this one for a few days because it was really fascinating watching it all play out. A comedian on the other side of the world managed to mobilise women so quickly they were practically tripping over themselves to get on their phones and record their reactions. I think we need to study this because, when a teenager convicted of rape walks free without serving any prison time after receiving a suspended sentence in Canberra, I don't see anything like the same urgency from the feminist accounts filling my feed. Yet a comedian on Saturday Night Live has mobilised them within hours, filming themselves in the gym shorts to make sure everyone knows where they stand. I'd argue we have a little bit to worry about here when our outrage is so reliably mobilised by a male comedian, yet our concern for women who have been victims of violent crime needs considerably more encouragement. If you appreciate independent commentary that looks beyond the outrage of the day and asks a few uncomfortable questions, you can support my work by shouting me a coffee through the link below. ☕ It helps keep these conversations independent, thoughtful and occasionally a little provocative. buymeacoffee.com/carlzjsoda

From 2021 onwards, I placed evidence before Australian courts addressing the extremely low risk of severe COVID-19 in healthy children. Indeed, Prof Bhattacharya @NIHDirector_Jay was an expert in Australia’s first cases assisting my firm. The Australian Immunisation Handbook now states that COVID vaccination is “not routinely recommended” for children aged six months to under 18 without medical risk conditions. That matters. Policies affecting children must reflect their individual risk. Any childcare service seeking COVID vaccination as a condition of entry should explain its basis against the current advice. At AFL Solicitors, we continue to press for informed consent, accountability and respect for families. Official advice: immunisationhandbook.health.… Holdtheline @AFLSOLICITORS10

It’s incredibly frustrating to see just how clueless political parties are when it comes to economic reform. It’s no wonder Australia is going backward financially. Obviously the two major party’s have caved to vested interests and sold Australia out decades ago. But the Greens and One Nation have no serious financial solutions either and instead offer up taxpayer funded government subsidies as solutions. This week the Greens released a crazy policy to take over some Coles and Woolworth stores with the idea of getting the government to run them. This of course would end up putting butchers and greengrocers out of business and end up costing taxpayers billions. Then this video came up on my feed from CPAC with Pauline Hanson stating she would have subsidised consumers $5000 to buy Australian made cars in order to save the Australian car industry. This would also cost the taxpayer billions and done nothing to fix up the structural economic imbalances that sent our car industries broke. If you want to make industries more efficient and productive then the following People First policies need to be adopted: These are: 1) Capital flight - our tax act needs to tax offshore profits at a higher rate than onshore profits. One of the reasons our car industry never made a profit was that the foreign owned head office would charge its Australian subsidiaries for administrative costs like interest, royalties, management fees to shift profits offshore. 2) Payroll tax - Howard should have got rid of that instead of stamp duty on share trading to make our industries more competitive. Instead he just added more regulation with quarterly BAS returns. It needs to be abolished. 3) Value add to our raw materials using cheap energy which Australia had a competitive advantage in. 4) Energy - drive down the cost of energy by building more power stations. 5) Automation - most manufacturing industries today are mostly automated. Offer accelerated depreciation rates on manufacturing equipment to help rebuild our manufacturing industry. If you want a party that actually has the financial acumen to make Australia prosperous again then please join PeopleFirstParty.au today and help spread the word about our solutions. ••••••••••••••••• “A Greens-aligned think tank has called on the federal government to buy 200 Coles and Woolworths supermarkets and transform them into public grocers. The Green Institute claimed the move, expected to cost $25 billion over five years, would cut grocery bills for consumers byhundreds of dollars a month.”

BREAKING: In a script that couldn’t be written, the lights have GONE OUT at the Pre COP climate summit in Fiji as renewable energy goes bust. You cannot make this up. The Australian government just threw a $150 million “pre COP” climate conference in the Pacific, and the power went completely out, killing the air conditioning and leaving delegates sweating in the heat. The supreme irony? Co hosts PM Anthony Albanese and Energy Minister Chris Bowen are constantly lecturing everyone about transitioning to 100% renewables. Yet, the moment they host a massive global summit to brag about it, the lights go dark, using you guessed it - renewable power. Even independent MP Zali Steggall and the Opposition are calling it a “farce” and a “diplomatic embarrassment” If they can’t even keep the AC running for their own photo op, how is anyone supposed to trust them to run an entire power grid? Absolute clown show.
