Since 2012, the ARSA (previously Harakah al-Yaqin) has gotten the support of #Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Hefazat-e-Islam, Islami Andolan Bangladesh, AQIS, ISIS, JMB, HuJI-B, and Hizb ut-Tahrir and countries like Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey to grow fast and establish a reign of terror in Cox's Bazar Rohingya refugee camps. Following the path of Yunus, now the BNP government is giving shelter to the #ARSA terrorists via the Bangladesh Army and the BGB. Now they have collected sophisticated arms and SWAT-like tools.

Former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina could return to Bangladesh in December 2026, according to Supreme Court lawyer Advocate Mohsen Rashid, who made the striking prediction in an interview.
“I can write it on stone — she is coming in December,” Rashid said, presenting Hasina’s return as a certainty rather than a possibility.
The prediction comes as Sheikh Hasina has herself publicly stated that she intends to return to Bangladesh in December, despite the legal risks she faces.
‘She Did Not Resign’
A major part of Rashid’s argument concerns the events of August 5, 2024.
He disputes the description of Hasina simply as a former prime minister who fled the country. According to Rashid, she left Bangladesh while still holding office, raising questions about the constitutional circumstances surrounding the transfer of power.
He also questioned the legal basis of the interim administration established after her departure, including the constitutional procedure used to justify the position of Chief Adviser.
These are Rashid’s legal arguments, and their validity would ultimately depend on judicial interpretation.
Could Her Return Change Bangladesh’s Politics?
Rashid strongly rejected the idea that Sheikh Hasina and the Awami League have become politically irrelevant.
He argued that the Awami League's historical role in Bangladesh and its continuing support base mean that the party cannot simply disappear through political or administrative restrictions.
According to Rashid, Hasina's return could therefore trigger a significant political realignment.

As a former ambassador, I expect precision in an official diplomatic statement.
Bangladesh’s Foreign Ministry describes the Awami League as a “banned political outfit.” What exact legal order supports that description? The authorities should publish the relevant gazette and clarify whether it prohibits the party’s activities or bans the organisation itself.
The statement also describes the individuals’ alleged political links as “suspected.” Suspicion must not be presented as established affiliation or used to assign collective responsibility to a political party.
Any unlawful conduct at JFK Airport should be investigated by the competent US authorities on the basis of evidence and due process. Peaceful political expression must be protected.
Diplomacy demands accuracy. Justice demands individual accountability.

Hillary Clinton established #mobocracy (aka American democracy) after regime change in Libya. Her partner in crime, Nobel Peace Laureate Muhammad Yunus, replicated the idea in Bangladesh.
Lawlessness, indemnity, arbitrary arrests, lynching, murders, rapes, occupation of property, humiliation of 1971 war veterans, destruction of war monuments and museums, looting of public money, and jeopardizing the country's sovereignty marked the 18-month misrule under the #MobKing Yunus regime.
Now that the BNP government decides not to investigate and prosecute Yunus by influencing the courts and maintains the ban on the Awami League, it's obvious that people will hassle Yunus and mafia godfather-turned-mobster Prime Minister Tarique Rahman whenever and wherever they can.
Yet, it's praiseworthy that in the past 26 months, the Awami League became the victim of systematic persecution and shaming but didn’t respond violently.

Former #BCL Leader Roton’s Funeral Violently Disrupted by #BNP Supporters and Police in #Dhaka: 5 Mourners Assaulted and Detained.
The apparent practice of denying political opponents and their families the right to mourn their loved ones continues under the BNP government, despite widespread criticism of similar incidents in the past.
Yesterday, the Namaz-e-Janaza (Islamic funeral prayer) for Mahfuzul Haider Chowdhury (Roton), the former General Secretary of the Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL), the student wing of the #AwamiLeague, was violently disrupted at Taqwa Mosque in Dhanmondi, #Dhaka.
According to reports, activists of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD), the student wing of the ruling Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), gathered at the mosque after learning about the scheduled funeral. They intimidated and attacked mourners, accusing them of planning to organise a political procession. At least five attendees were reportedly assaulted.
The incident unfolded in full view of the police officers at the scene, who not only failed to intervene to protect those under attack, but instead, detained the very individuals who had been assaulted.
News: tbsnews.net/bangladesh/crime…
Under the successive administrations of Muhammad Yunus and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, funerals and last rites of leaders and members of the AL and its affiliated organisations have repeatedly been disrupted, often through violence and intimidation.
There have also been multiple reported instances of political detainees being denied temporary release on parole to attend the funerals or burials of close family members. In some cases, detainees were reportedly only allowed to see their deceased loved ones at the prison gates for five minutes.
In another similar incident as Roton’s, several mourners attending the funeral of senior AL leader Tofail Ahmed were assaulted at the same mosque and subsequently arrested.
Under the Tarique-led government, even in death, political opponents and their families appear unable to escape persecution.
The right to mourn and bury one's loved ones with dignity should never be contingent on political affiliation.Political differences cannot justify violence against mourners, interference with religious funeral rites, or the arbitrary detention of individuals attending a funeral.

I wonder why she was smiling as her sugar daddy was being harassed at the JFK airport for mobocracy, lynching, police massacre, looting of government funds including vaccines, and indemnity. As she gathered millions of dollars by exploiting this pervert and corrupt old man for decades, she should have protested the harassment. So ungrateful! Shame! The Politics of Burning Down Homes Under the Cover of Darkness: The Fascist Aggression of the BNP-Jamaat Nexus
——
The ancestral home of Mirza Shafiqul Islam Swapan, former chairman of Dorikandi Union in Brahmanbaria’s Bancharampur Upazila and a leader of the Upazila Jubo League, has been deliberately set on fire and reduced to ashes.
This was not an accidental incident. Rather, it is a brutal manifestation of the reign of violence and arson that, according to this account, BNP-Jamaat extremist groups have unleashed across the country against leaders and activists of the Awami League and its affiliated organizations since 2024.
Since the change of government, the disorder and violence allegedly created by the BNP-Jamaat nexus at the local level have left the homes of opposition political leaders and activists without adequate security. Burning down homes is neither a political movement nor legitimate politics. It is simply an act of violence. This cowardly arson demonstrates how violent and emboldened the BNP-Jamaat nexus has become.

Birthdays are for hope.
Today we celebrate a life dedicated to building a modern, inclusive Bangladesh. We remember the years when roads reached remote villages, electricity lit up homes, girls went to school in greater numbers, and the country stood tall against extremism. Those achievements were never just projects—they were promises of dignity and opportunity.
On this birthday we hold tightly to hope: hope that development will return stronger, that freedom of expression will flourish, that women’s safety will once again be a national priority, and that justice will reach those who prey on the vulnerable. May the coming year bring renewed strength and a brighter chapter for every Bangladeshi.
Warmest wishes on your special day.
