NEW: Multiple federal sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for using a sledgehammer to behead a WW2 Iwo Jima monument in Quantico, VA on Tuesday is a Mexican illegal alien & former DACA recipient whose legal status expired this year.
Miguel Alonso Maldonado Soriano has now been charged with felony destruction of property and trespass with intent to damage property.
Per federal sources, Soriano illegally crossed into the U.S. in December 1999. He was granted DACA by the Obama administration in 2014 and had it extended for years, most recently by the Biden admin in 2024, but he lost his DACA status in August of this year when it wasn’t renewed by the Trump administration.

Two former senior FBI officials, Nikki Cole Floris and Bradley Benavides, were taken into custody today on charges of allegedly lying to Congress about their involvement in the FBI’s investigations into Hunter Biden.
The charges stem from an ongoing investigation into the since-dissolved FBI Foreign Influence Task Force.
Floris led the FITF as a Deputy Assistant Director from mid-2019 through mid-2022. Benavides was the FITF Section Chief from mid-2019 through the 2020 election. Both testified that the FITF was not involved in the Hunter Biden investigations. Documentary evidence, contemporaneous communications, and witness accounts contradict their testimony.
Floris is also on record privately claiming to be “running a shadow government” during the 2020 election in her role on the FITF.
Lying to Congress by senior FBI officials strikes at the heart of our system. No one is above the law.
The FBI has already dismantled the corrupt CR-15 squad that engaged in political weaponization targeting their opponents, including President Trump.

North Korean IT workers are infiltrating companies worldwide, generating millions for the regime while exploiting access to steal sensitive data.
Posing as legitimate remote employees, they use stolen identities and a network of facilitators—including U.S. citizens—to secure jobs, collect salaries, and funnel funds back to North Korea.
U.S. companies must recognize this persistent threat. Review the updated @FBI PSA for warning signs and mitigation guidance: ic3.gov/PSA/2026/PSA261013

#DetroitEMS Medic 10 was at 10 Peterboro when a civilian apparently decided to climb into the rig and try to either move it or steal it. It's a thing people do in #Detroit, fun no?
As we've seen on many, many occasions, attempting to steal a Detroit EMS rig isn't exactly a genius-level life choice. For starters, it's big, red, and not exactly inconspicuous.
#DetroitPolice responded, and the situation has since been resolved. Everyone can carry on with their evening, and Medic 10 can get back to doing what it's actually supposed to be doing.
Back to bloody butterflies. 📷
