Quantum threat is near, even if you think it will take longer, the doubt makes people chose chains/products who are preparing for it 2. We solved math but not the product. We have gigabrains in the industry, but we need to work backwards from demand towards tech, not the other way around 3. If you can't prove it on your phone, you already lost. The phone will become our 'private computers' where sensitive data is hosted. This is the bar to get 4. Opt-in privacy always fail. It's not enough to become a stable adoption equilibrium. Move towards default privacy as soon as possible. Force it at protocol level if necessary. 5. Ethereum biggest privacy threat is it's own protocol roadmap. This is our (privacy advocates) fault for not getting more involved with it. The more we want to scale, the more thinking we'd need to put on the impact on privacy (BALs for surveillance, block times for networking privacy, validator privacy, AA, etc) 6. Surveillance cost matters more than information existence. But surveillance cost are plummeting with AI and more compute. 7. Privacy wallets are red herding. Okay maybe too rash, but we need full stack privacy (front end->wallet->RPC->networking->privacy protocol, etc) 8. Network privacy is a universal gap. And very few privacy protocol teams are taking it seriously 9. Institutions don't want real privacy, they want confidentiality with compliant rights. Not the same as cypherpunk privacy. There are still areas of connection though 10. Most privacy projects should not exist. They should be integrated end to end to each other
