Phew. I've found grandads who can be hugged. Children's Books Ireland gets about €400,000 annually from government funds & they had Harry Woodgate at their International conference in 2024, & promoted Harry's book for 3- 8 year olds, which has grandads hugging. Thanks, Harry.

We have been warning this is what would happen. We said it clearly: women’s rights are under attack, if you don’t accurately define a woman you cannot protect any rights specific to women. We were called bigots. Received countless death threats from trans activists. The prime minister dismissed it as a “culture war”. But we were right.

Buy one surrogacy journey, get $5,000 off the second.
Yes. Really.
Miracle Surrogacy is now offering discounts to intended parents who commission TWO surrogacy journeys AT THE SAME TIME.
Two pregnancies. Two women. Two babies.
Apparently, when you’re shopping for human beings, buying in bulk gets you a better deal.
Welcome to the baby industry where even human lives come with promotional offers.

Are Afghan Women and Girls Not Human Beings?
Today, at a park, I watched women jogging and riding bicycles freely. 💔
As I watched them, a deep sigh escaped my heart, and my eyes filled with tears of pain. I looked at them and thought, What a different world we live in!
While women in many parts of the world can exercise, ride bicycles, study, and enjoy the freedom of everyday life, girls in my homeland, Afghanistan, are denied even the most basic right to education simply because they are girls.
They cannot even walk through the doors of a school to build their futures, let alone enjoy the freedom to exercise outdoors or ride a bicycle without fear and restrictions.💔

Y no cuentan

I’m taking a break from my break on here to say that the reason this ad was made, was to put the idea in people’s heads that consent is the ONLY thing that matters.
It was made to imply that a child can consent to things that they do not have the capacity to actually consent to.
It is directing the general public’s thoughts towards accepting pedophilia. Start with child not consenting so it’s not ok, and then as long as the child ‘consents’ -there is nothing wrong with it. This is Peter Tatchell level stuff.
The Dublin Rape Crisis Centre has taken down three online video advertisements related to its 'We Consent' campaign, following criticism of one advert in particular rte.ie/news/2026/1022/159643…

Irish government strategy meeting:
Chair: “Hey folks. We need to look like we're doing something to tackle sexual violence”
Comms intern: "I was told at uni 'consent' is a magic word that stops rape."
Assistant paper shuffler: “Great, shall we tell people not to use pornography? That messes up sexual scripts & normalises violence.”
Awkward silence...
Chair- “Right. So it's agreed. Let's warn older people not to hug their grandkids without asking.”

A win for common sense. Finally.
After I raised my concerns yesterday about the words “women” and “mother” being removed from State Parliament’s breastfeeding policy , the Premier has agreed to have them returned to all policies relating to breastfeeding. #nswpol

‘Large numbers of women who’ve never been poor, who’ve never worked the kind of job where they’d be vulnerable to predatory men and who’ve never needed a rape crisis centre have spent the last few years vilifying members of their own sex for fighting to retain their rights’
I wrote a new piece about women’s rights and whether or not I want trans people dead. (Spoiler: I don’t)👇

Imagine being Catholic and thinking your desire for a child justifies renting a woman’s body and purchasing the result.
The Church teaches that human life has dignity, not a price tag.
You don’t get to turn women into incubators and children into deliverables, then call it the creation of a family.
It’s really not that complicated.

Oh, YOUR journey was rough?! 🥹
11 embryo transfers. 3 egg retrievals. In Mexico.
But yes, let’s all feel terribly sorry for the man who had to watch women put their bodies through all of that.
They got the needles, the hormones and the medical risks. He got the invoices…
Their bodies. His suffering.
The audacity of these men.

Os imagináis que fuera China o Rusia quien hubiera ejecutado a una pareja por besarse en público?
Pero como son los saudíes, los perros de USA e Israel, pues aquí no ha pasado nada!

Nothing normalizes #surrogacy in a country quite like engaging in it at the highest level of government.
I would like to see the human rights assessment underpinning this decision.
