@TeamYouTube has already gone 101 since the last boilerplate response. My channel has been unfairly suspended for over 261 days, but you still haven't helped me. Your specialists aren't reviewing my appeals, and the bots are unfairly rejecting them.
I've sent you a private message to clarify the situation, but you're still ignoring me, the author, who's trying to understand the situation. You simply don't want to listen to me or help me with this. I repeat, I've never had a channel suspended before, I haven't violated any community guidelines, and I haven't violated any platform guidelines. I request a manual, human review of my channel. Artem_BA_official
I repeat, I ask you to conduct a human review of my channel and stop ignoring me. I've filed a lawsuit with the Digital Service Act, an out-of-court organization, and I'm awaiting a decision from the assessor who is handling this dispute.
Please respond and reverse the initial decision. My channel does not violate the platform's rules, and I request that my channel be unblocked.

@YouTubeInsider wow, when reinstating a channel YouTube admits it made a mistake by terminating a channel, during the cancellation the channel loses earnings for weeks / months but in the end YouTube does not want to return the funds that were on the AdSense when terminated? Wow!

If you agree that YouTube needs new management, please take 2 minutes to sign this petition.
Personally, it's been 101 days since my channel was wrongfully terminated for links I don't even have on my account.
Like me, thousands of creators have been terminated by robots and never reviewed by a human.
In 2025 alone, AI moderation tools have terminated over 3 million channels, thousands of which get reinstated daily by @TeamYouTube.
Besides terminations, the new Shorts tools and AI updates across the platform have been absolutely terrible.
These are just two of the many problems he has caused. The entire algorithm was changed under him.
We've seen channels and ads promoting dangerous activities and pornography face no consequences.
Looking forward to discussing the huge shifts in media & entertainment with @AcquiredFM’s @gilbert and @djrosent 🎙️

Hundreds are reinstated daily by @TeamYouTube alone, proving the system is broken.
Besides this, @nealmohan has introduced so many AI features that are destroying the YouTube platform.

Today’s community spotlight @Envision_Deep
Envision spent months ignored by support, lost 25K subs, and has been fighting ever since.
Now he’s taking legal action in Europe as a last resort. @reneritchie how long until something changes?
Link your story to be showcased next!
📌 Today I’m uploading one of my videos publicly.
I’m asking EVERYONE, including YouTube — to watch it and tell me honestly:
Does THIS look like Spam, Scam, or Deceptive content?
Should a creator be TERMINATED for this?
Dear @TeamYouTube please read this. 🙏
It has now been 1 full month since my channel of 25,000 subscribers was wrongfully terminated.
One month of sleepless nights, anxiety, stress, depression, and receiving the same template replies.
My channel was deleted for “Spam/Scams/Deceptive Practices.”
When I appealed, I got rejected in under 5 minutes — impossible for any real human to review 150 videos or my entire channel.
But here is the truth:
I NEVER:
– posted links
– promoted crypto
– sold anything
– used deceptive thumbnails/titles
– faked endorsements
– stuffed metadata or repeated tags
– used bots or bought engagement
– did sub4sub
– reuploaded unedited clips
– impersonated anyone
– manipulated viewers
– posted anything harmful
I was monetized LESS than a month before termination.
Which means YouTube manually reviewed my content and approved it.
The algorithm pushed my videos constantly, they were growing, being recommended, and helping people.
I make simple storytelling videos meant to inspire kindness.
I spend 3 hours editing every 1-minute video, and I have 150 videos identical in style and format to the one I’m posting today.
I’m 18, raised by a single parent, and my family depends on me.
This destroyed my stability and my mental health.
Other creators went through this too, like @OlekChaseCar who had to sue YouTube just to get his channel restored.
I don’t have the money or desire to take legal action. I just want fairness.
If I truly broke a rule, tell me which one.
But don’t erase a young creator’s future without a real, human review.
YouTube is amazing… but right now, it’s failing the people who make it what it is.
We are your creators — not your enemies. ❤️
To sum it up, @TeamYouTube please do one last thorough investigation on my case as I strongly believe there's a mistake on my termination...

Dear @TeamYouTube @reneritchie @nealmohan,
Day 85 of my Wrongful YouTube Termination.
I’m currently awaiting a response to a formal LEGAL complaint.
Today, I contacted YouTube live chat support—and what I encountered was unreal.
Context:
Two channels were terminated simultaneously:
EnvisionDeep (primary) — for “Spam/scam”
Robert (secondary) — for “Circumvention” (due to EnvisionDeep’s termination)
Here’s the absurd part:
A few days ago, I appealed "Robert".
It was REINSTATED.
The channel terminated because of EnvisionDeep was restored—while EnvisionDeep remains banned.
When I asked support how this is possible, the reinstatement was called a “happy mistak.”
A HAPPY MISTAKE.
YouTube acknowledges mistakes when they lead to reinstatement—but refuses to consider that my primary channel might be a “sad mistake” deserving review.
If the system can mistakenly reinstate a circumvention channel, how is there “0% chance” the original termination was also an error?
Support couldn’t explain it, clarify if I can post on the reinstated channel, or resolve the contradiction.
This isn’t about special treatment—it’s about basic logic, consistency, and human review.
How does a multi-billion-dollar platform end up here?

I have officially filed a LEGAL Complaint against @YouTube in Europe.
Over 3 million channels were terminated by AI systems in 2025.
Hundreds are reinstated daily because these automated systems are flawed.
Thousands are not, with most remaining terminated despite being innocent.
In my case, I am still a victim and slowly forced to move to TikTok or Instagram.
It's been 83 days since my project "EnvisionDeep" was terminated for "Spam/Deceptive".
(Allegedly Tricking viewers into clicking links)
I don't have a single link posted on my channel.
Countless rejected appeals, based on the fact that my channel was already thoroughly reviewed once.
The original investigation? It was done in less than 5 minutes.
Please, @nealmohan, do yourself a favor and resign.
EnvisionDeep retweeted
After two long weeks of waiting, my channel was NOT reinstated.
As expected, I received another template message claiming the “internal team” conducted a human investigation.
It’s been around 80 days since my channel was wrongfully terminated, and sadly, this wasn’t the end of my nightmare.
Despite this, another channel I own was reinstated days ago after being terminated for CIRCUMVENTION.
The system reinstated a channel that was actually breaking rules, but keeps ingoring an account that violated nothing at all.
The fight continues… I truly don’t understand what @TeamYouTube gets out of ruining innocent creators’ lives.
Being terminated and repeatedly given a vague article as reasoning is absolutely ridiculous.
I know my content never violated any of those rules.
It might take years, but the truth will eventually come out.
Shame on you, @reneritchie, for not giving your creators the benefit of the doubt.
Is one actual investigation too much to ask for? We all know these alleged “reviews” are just jokes.

We understand how frustrating this situation can be, and appreciate you taking the time to follow up. We asked our policy team to carefully review your channel again, and that review was completed by human reviewers to make sure everything was assessed thoroughly. After that additional review, they confirmed that the original decision still stands.
I know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for. For reference, this Help Center article on our Spam, deceptive practices, and scams policy explains the guidelines that are most relevant to this decision. You may have already seen it, but sharing it here just in case:

2025 was all about false terminations.
Millions of creators were falsely terminated for “Incentivization Spam” under the “Spam/Scam/Deceptive” category.
Despite this, you’ve failed to give creators the benefit of the doubt and provide fair investigations.
The new AI system, encouraged by @nealmohan, is mistakenly flagging channels for spam activity due to bot-like comments.
Creators cannot be held accountable for people spamming our comment sections.
You have our profiles with cases and videos—everything is there.
Please take accountability and reinstate our channels.

YouTube is openly lying about its AI moderation “working normally”
Over the last few months, we've seen THOUSANDS of posts trending on X, claiming wrongful channel terminations. The vast majority of creators got their channels back only after their posts went VIRAL.
This shows a SEVERE issues with the content moderation system.
Replying to @DanielTChirwa
Our content moderation systems are working normally – we’ve used a combination of automated systems and human reviews for many years, there haven’t been any large scale changes to these systems.
This number is in line with trends we've seen in past years (and isn't the highest - Q4 2023 was 20.5M). This quarter's increase was largely driven by a rise in attempted financial scams from Southeast Asia.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This is laughable given the sheer number of cases of the moderator AI in use on the YouTube platform falsely banning users for things as simple as going viral a bit too fast or for ban evasion when channels stealing their content get banned.
Here's just a couple examples

There is a theory circulating right now that YouTube channels have been getting falsely banned by AI moderation for “spam” because they suddenly got thousands of unrelated spam comments on their videos.
Instead of investigating, YouTube just deleted the channels themselves.

Dear @TeamYouTube
New information regarding the sudden wave-ban for "Spam/Scam/Deceptive Practices" has been published.
Creators have gathered information and realized a pattern.
We have been terminated for "Incentivization Spam".
Our concern is that we're the victims of automated-systems designed by other creators to take down their competition
As complicated as that sounds, our comments have been filled with bot-spam, bot-likes etc
This explains the auto-flagging by AI on our channels for activity-spam.
This explains terminations on channels that violated no guidelines.
This explains why our reviews are denied in 5 minutes, because there's no need to verify hundreds of videos if there's clear bot-spam activity.
I deeply ask you to give your creators one more chance.
Look into this, we cannot be held accountable for people that are "bot spamming" our channels to get them removed.

Dear Rene,
My channel was falsely terminated for “Spam/Scam/Deceptive Practices.”
To avoid confusion, I uploaded some of my videos to my pinned tweet.
I’ve reviewed every guideline in the article, and my content violates nothing.
Additionally, I was monetized less than two weeks ago, meaning a human reviewed my channel and approved me for YPP.
I understand why many see us as rule-breakers seeking a second chance, but that’s not everyone.
Some creators, including me, are victims of AI errors.
Please let us be heard and grant us a human review.

I’m officially 42 days terminated for something I didn’t do — and I still haven’t been given any real explanation.
42 days ago, I woke up to find out YouTube deleted my entire channel for “harassment or cyberbullying.”
But here’s the problem: the clip they flagged doesn’t even have me in it, and nothing in the video violates the guidelines. I wasn’t threatening anyone, harassing anyone, or even present in the specific part they cited.
Over the past month, I’ve learned something a lot of falsely-terminated creators have been saying: YouTube’s automated systems are mislabeling harmless content and escalating it straight to full termination with no context and no warning. I’ve seen creators get falsely terminated for h same reason (ex. @kaneljoseph has one of his channels removed for “harassment” and later was reinstated”
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
•Appealed instantly: denied within minutes after a supposed “careful review of over 400 videos
•Tried contacting support: only template AI replies that don’t address anything.
- Sent all documents and proof that no one in my videos are being harassed, stalked, bullied, or preyed on.
•Reached out to @TeamYouTube no response, even though I’ve been loud, active, and transparent on Twitter.
I get that YouTube is massive and relies heavily on automation. But automation also makes mistakes and when that mistake wipes out an entire channel, creators deserve an actual human review.
Right now, creators like me have no path to that.
My income, my work, and my community disappeared overnight — and not because I broke the rules, but because a system flagged a harmless clip as “harassment.”
I’m only asking for a real human to look at my case.
To @TeamYouTube — if you’re reviewing cases in the background, please let mine be one of them.

Dear @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTubeInsider and @nealmohan,
Please remember: We are your fellow creators. We grew YouTube together; we are not your enemies.
I’m making this post to draw your attention to my falsely terminated channel, EnvisionDeep (25,000 subscribers, 150 videos).
The AI system made a mistake — and I don't think it’s not the first time.
It’s been one month since the termination: one month of pain, depression, sleepless nights, constant worry, and fading hope.
My channel was terminated for “Spam/Scam/Deceptive Practices” with no prior strikes, warnings, or messages.
The truth:
I never posted money schemes, misleading news, deceptive thumbnails, sub4sub, or false information.
I never ran financial scams.
I never directed anyone to external scam sites.
I never posted links, crypto, bots, metadata spam, or anything harmful.
I studied YouTube’s guidelines nonstop for weeks and confirmed I was wrongfully terminated.
My content was clean. I was monetized just two weeks prior — meaning a human reviewer had already approved my videos.
Each Short took me 3 hours per minute to create. All were motivational, encouraging kindness. The algorithm loved them.
What hurts the most is that I appealed immediately and the rejection came within 5 minutes — impossible for a human to review 150 videos. Clearly automated.
Later, @TeamYouTube claimed a “second review” found “severe violations,” further proof no human actually watched my content. How can they find something that doesn't exist?
I’ve spent days emailing and using live chat, only to be dismissed as someone who broke the rules and is begging for mercy. “You already appealed; it’s final.”
I am innocent.
On top of everything, my pending $750 AdSense payment was confiscated.
I’m barely 18, raised by a single parent. My family depends on me. That money mattered.
I don’t understand why YouTube harms the creators who built the platform. This isn’t a hobby — it’s our career, our livelihood.
I’ve tried reaching support on Twitter for a week with no response.
I’m losing hope. It feels like only viral cases get attention.
In the past 6 months, YouTube’s AI has terminated over 7 million channels. Over 150 are reinstated daily on Twitter alone.
The system is clearly broken, yet many of us are treated like we’re just begging for second chances. Please understand not everyone is that type of person.
If mistakes happen, isn’t it worth a real human review — even if there’s just a 1% chance the AI was wrong?
All I’m asking is for someone to take one minute and forward my case for a thorough human review.
To you, my channel is just a number. To me, it was my whole life and motivation.
I’ve uploaded some of my videos below. You be the judge: do any contain spam, scams, or deceptive content?
