Why is a RI Congressman concerned about elections using a citizenship registry?!? Why does he believe that will make it "harder to vote?"

@RhodyBeat: @FasciaRep42 presented a $2,500 legislative grant to the @Johnstonrec Department to help support and expand youth recreation programs that serve children and families in town.
The grant will be used to enhance youth programming, providing additional opportunities for children to participate in recreational, educational and community-based activities that promote healthy lifestyles, teamwork and personal development.
"Investing in our young people is one of the best investments we can make," said Fascia. "The Johnston Recreation Department plays an important role in providing safe, engaging and affordable programs for our children. I am proud to help secure this funding to ensure these valuable programs continue to benefit families in our community."

Following passage by the General Assembly on June 10, Gov. Daniel J. McKee has signed “Casey’s Law,” legislation sponsored by Rep. Arthur J. Corvese and @PTikoian66035 to add extra penalties for motor vehicle offenses when they involve road rage.
The bill is named in memory of Casey Bassignani, a 23-year-old Johnston woman who was killed in November in a collision that witnesses said occurred when another driver forced her car off Route 295 in Cranston. The bill signing ceremony at the State House was attended by members of Bassignani’s family, including her parents David and Lynn Bassignani, who testified at the bill’s hearings.
“Road rage incidents are increasingly common, incredibly dangerous and entirely avoidable. Road rage is a choice, and this bill is aimed at sending a message to drivers to choose differently,” said Rep. Corvese (D-Dist. 55, North Providence). “Enhanced penalties will act as a deterrent to encourage drivers to stop themselves before they do something impulsive and reckless on the road. It’s my hope that Casey Bassignani’s legacy will be safer roads where cooler heads prevail.”
“We’re just happy Casey’s legacy will live on through this law,” added Lynn Bassignani.
In his remarks at the bill signing, Rep. Corvese thanked his colleague, @FasciaRep42, for his support of the legislation. Rep. Fascia also attended the bill signing.

My TDS addled colleagues passed a bill last night to prohibit RI from participating. This is a group of Democrats that inject "free Federal $" into their veins as a life-blood for their bloated programs - but let students have access to "free $" - NOPE, ORANGE MAN BAD.

The fact that there is a thing called "late vote" is both a travesty and 3rd world bullshit.
Nithya Raman is running well in the late ballots so far, taking 31.2% compared to Spencer Pratt’s 20.8%.
But with roughly 700,000 county ballots still outstanding (about 263,000 mayoral votes if current participation rates hold), Raman likely needs to beat Pratt by about 14 percentage points in the remaining vote just to catch him.
So far, she’s beating him by 10.4 points.

A modest proposal: Since about 50 of our Dem friends are vying to be the new Whip and no one appears able to, well, whip those votes into line the GOP suggests an RCV election. And, when it ends and people express confusion about the process it will show why RCV is bad. Win-win!

Seriously Senator ? Voter lists have never been confidential and you know it. They’re public information. You simply don’t want the dead people and illegal aliens purged so you can steal elections.
