Ward 19, Rustenburg Subregion! The rot within the IEC is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore. Yet when people raise concerns about possible vote rigging, they are gaslit and dismissed. Democracy demands transparency, not intimidation.

GAUTENG IS LOSING 1.5 BILLION LITRES OF WATER A DAY Gauteng’s water problems aren’t simply because the province has run out of water. A new investigation by the South African Human Rights Commission says there is currently enough water available to meet demand, but major failures in the system are preventing reliable supply from reaching communities. The problems include ageing infrastructure, leaks, poor maintenance, inadequate storage and pumping capacity, electricity interruptions and shortages of technical skills. The commission found that around 1.5 billion litres of water are being lost every day through leaks. It has now called on municipalities and water service providers to focus on repairing failing infrastructure and strengthening the systems used to store and distribute water. So, if there is enough water available, why are so many taps still running dry? #CarteBlanche #SouthAfrica #Gauteng #Water

AfriForum holds @PresidencyZA @CyrilRamaphosa and other ANC leaders in government directly responsible for South Africa’s removal from AGOA and the job losses that will result. According to @afriforum, President Ramaphosa and his government’s foreign policy, as well as his announcement on 23 January 2025 that he had signed the Expropriation Act into law, directly prompted President Donald Trump’s announcement just ten days later, on 2 February, that the US would take action against South Africa. AGOA sets explicit requirements for the protection of private property rights and stipulates that beneficiary countries may not undermine US national security or foreign policy interests. As early as April 2024, AfriForum sent a letter to President Ramaphosa warning him of the risks that the Expropriation Act, which allows for expropriation without compensation, posed to South Africa’s trade relations. Ramaphosa did not even respond to the letter, and the country is now reaping the bitter fruits of his and other ANC leaders’ reckless policies and actions. Over the past year, AfriForum, @solidariteit and the Solidarity Movement have put forward comprehensive proposals during discussions with the South African Presidency in an effort to resolve the dispute with the US. Solidarity also held extensive discussions with the US in an attempt to save AGOA. Unfortunately, the Presidency disregarded these efforts, and ordinary South Africans are now paying the price. Ramaphosa and his colleagues in the ANC leadership have placed their own ideology and party interests above the interests of ordinary South Africans. news24.com/business/economy/…

What stability mama? This one? Tsek!! @MYANC don't tell us what needs to be done or what should have been done. You had over 30 years to get things right. You extort billions of tax money from us but do nothing for the country and it's people.
