🚨MASSIVE: Deputy President Paul Mashatile’s family is linked to South Africa’s new R180 billion National Lottery licence.
A company co-owned by his sister-in-law, Khumo Bogatsu, is part of the Sizekhaya Holdings consortium that won the 8-year lottery operator contract.
🔹 Bogatsu is the twin sister of Mashatile’s wife
🔹 She and businessman Moses Tembe registered Bellamont Gaming just 1 month before Sizekhaya entered the bid
🔹 Mashatile and his wife were seen staying at Tembe’s mansion just before the ANC manifesto launch
🔹 Tembe later accompanied Mashatile to France on a state business trip
The deal was awarded by Trade and Industry Minister Parks Tau (@TauParks) — an ANC member — despite his own earlier warning, quoting the Lotteries Act: “I must ensure that no political party or political office-bearer has any direct financial interest in the applicant or a shareholder of the applicant.”
Let’s be clear: the DA is not the ANC.
We will never turn a blind eye to the scandals, cronyism, and looting that have defined ANC governance for decades.

KZN SAPS commissioner Lt-Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi has basically told officers who are not interested in serving citizens here to get out.
