Bumping this sense i published so early.
My general thoughts on the midterms from a market/trade point of view you can read it here or on substack.
Wrote the draft by hand then i go in there with claude to cut the edges.
Says ~70% human which i say is about right.
Should be a 5 min read i think it would be worth your time

Demand is so infinite that consumers balk at paying API rates and enterprises complained about pricing towards the end of the "Token Maxing" era.

im sorry man do we really have infinite demand for intelligence cause it better be
This is some insnase cope ngl, it's a risk management issue on your end
YTD down from +410% to +191%.
Brutal bloodbath. Pray for me.
From now on I will:
▸ Capitulate and sell all stocks (even $NBIS) at the bottom, maybe buy some $LULU
▸ Diversify and go 50% cash, 50% bonds
▸ Do 3 sets of 10 reps praying to @michaeljburry (daily)
▸ Kiss the @RealJimChanos poster over my bed before I go to sleep
Fed the ducks on TSLA not really fade AI trade.
This more of mid term insurance. (Dem sweep 52+ seats in the Senate)
This worked well but i did not execute on the downside like i should've.
Puts on me currently. I took off a lot of shares early morning too which helped mentals.
I choosed BE shares as my instrument in the active. It's nice since you can sell overnight session. So can unload say 200k worth of shares fairly easily actually.
Rest sold AM.

I'm a shareholder in $SNDK so i hope we make new highs next year.
But from a trade standpoint, once good news stops working you have to update your priors, Kioxia had some contribution.
But i thought the print was good enough + the visibility + stock split yet the name faded.
So I'm near term bearish even though i thought the print was "good enough".
So i try to be realist about things i also hate lossing money

np thanks for clarifying
im curious why so many people are bearish NAND now? Kioxia weak guide?
SNDK did a monster guide
eSSD seems like a bright spot in memory
As far as the AI trade goes, the names I am most cautious about are.
1.neo Clouds
2. Hard drives, and NAND now
3.Optics
And I actually would not be a buyer here, believe it or not. And shorting is not as easy as it looks. Fading has done pretty well, especially on these days you see distribution. Sometimes, honestly it sounds corny but, the best thing for P/L is just taking a walk/doing nothing especially depending on your headspace. It's been a very tough 5 or 6 weeks. Honestly, it just feels tired. It's hard to have conviction.

If true feels like the highs are in by 11-12 and if bearish can attempt to fade or add protection for names you have etc.
This is pretty insane, and i think the poll will be more accurate than not.
Looking like a wipeout
