Farage was on course to become the next Prime Minister. He has thrown it away. This is the sound of a man watching his base walk away in real time. He is begging Restore Britain voters to come back, because he knows Reform were never the vehicle that will reverse mass immigration. It is the vehicle that will manage it. The centre-right failed Britain for 14 years, Farage is now explicitly offering more of the same. Do you still think he can still win, or is victory slip sliding away?

The North East has already taken more than its share for years. Local housing and services are stretched while families wait. Restore Britain will put British veterans into immigration enforcement. Field roles. Detain and deport. Using our own people to reverse it is the only response that matches the scale. How many more arrivals do they think places like ours can absorb before something breaks? Thank you @RupertLowe10. šŸ«”šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§

Would you sign up for Restore Britain’s immigration enforcement force? As a veteran, Restore Britain would ask you to serve again. In return, you would be treated with the dignity and respect befitting of your sacrifice. Full policy: A Home Fit For Heroes: Putting Britain’s Veterans First. assets.nationbuilder.com/res…

New ā€œsafe and legalā€ routes open today.
Charities can now sponsor more arrivals from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and the rest.
First one’s land next autumn.
The North East has already taken more than its share for years.
Local housing, services and communities are stretched.
A Restore Britain government will deport every man, woman and child who arrives under this scheme, retrospectively.
If the law blocks it, they’ll change the law.
That’s the only answer that matches the scale of what’s already been done.
Thank you @RupertLowe10. šŸ«”šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§

This is extraordinary. Cheshire Police have issued a closure notice against a Crewe hotel after stating they have reasonable grounds to believe the premises were being used for activities related to specified child sex offences. A closure order is now being sought. How did it get to this?

I told my kids about the @UKLabour Budget ā€œsavingsā€ we’re going to benefit from. They asked: ā€œDoes that mean we’ll be able to have meat again?ā€ I said: ā€œNo. You can have all the marmalade and gherkins you want though.ā€
Replying to @UKLabour
Ā£100 and cheaper gherkins. That’s the ā€œbreathing space.ā€ Not even a weekly shop. Handed out with one hand while higher taxes on savings, property income and more quietly take it back with the other. Then the big weekly-shop help: Roughly Ā£21 a year on marmalade and gherkins. That’s not hope. That’s an insult. British families haven’t got a pot to piss in, unlike John Healey ā¬‡ļø Lower expectations far enough and people will accept almost anything. .@RestoreBritain’s Budget does the opposite: Cut the waste first, no benefits for foreigners, and real relief for British workers instead of tiny handouts and cheaper pickles. Do you actually believe this is ā€œfresh hopeā€? šŸ«”šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§

Labour’s Ā£100 ā€œhelpā€ is a vote-buying tactic aimed at people who are not watching the rest of the Budget. Ā£100 for households in council tax bands A–D. Not even enough for a proper weekly shop. Handed out with one hand while higher taxes on savings, property income, banks and more quietly take it back with the other. Then there is the marmalade and gherkin tariff cut. The government’s own estimate is roughly Ā£21 a year for the average household. That is the scale of the ā€œhelpā€ they are offering while bills, taxes and the cost of living keep climbing. This is what managed decline looks like. Lower expectations far enough and people will accept almost anything. Restore Britain’s Budget does the opposite: Cut the waste first, no benefits for foreigners, and the money directed at British workers and real relief instead of tiny handouts and cheaper pickles. @RupertLowe10 understands the economy. Do you want Ā£100 and cheaper gherkins, or an end to the policies that make the handout necessary in the first place? šŸ«”šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§

Buried on page 111 of the Budget: Ā£150 million to build more large sites for asylum seekers. That figure is almost a rounding error next to the billions British taxpayers already pay every year in welfare to foreigners and people who refuse to contribute. Not for British families. Not for the North East. Just more infrastructure so the system can keep expanding. Labour are managing decline and calling it responsibility. Restore Britain’s Budget is the opposite: cuts first, no benefits for foreigners, and the money directed at mass deportations instead of more sites. Ā£150m more for accommodation, or an end to the billions already being spent? Which way do you want this to go?

This is the first Budget in decades that puts the British people first. Rupert Lowe just laid out Restore Britain’s plan. Spending cuts before tax cuts. No more benefits for foreigners. An end to Net Zero spending. Inheritance tax and stamp duty gone. And much, much more. The state cut back so working people keep more of what they earn. Every other party spends our money on everyone except us, then tells us there is no alternative. Restore is saying the opposite: the duty we owe our children can only be met by putting British interests first and accepting that hard work lies ahead. I guess, as with everything @RupertLowe10 announces, we wait for Reform UK to adopt our position. Ask yourself this… Do you want a government that prioritises national renewal, or one that keeps managing decline?

The state, grifting of the back of hard working British families, will come to an end under a @RestoreBritain government. Would you vote for this?
The Restore Britain Budget. Britain has spent decades being governed by politicians who believe the answer to every problem is yet more government - that policy has destroyed our country. More spending. More borrowing. More regulation. More taxes. More state. Parasitic overreach into our lives - delivered by politicians and civil servants who have no understanding or appreciation of how real wealth and opportunity is generated in the private sector. And what have the British people received in return? A country where working families struggle. Where businesses face punishing costs. Where young people cannot afford homes. Where failing public services demand ever more money, whilst prioritising endless third world migrants. Where inflation runs rampant. For British men and women, it is a government-backed scam. Corrupt incompetence. It is impossible for Britain to tax itself into prosperity. I repeat, IMPOSSIBLE. Wealth is created by people - the public sector should exist to support the private sector, not the reverse and that is the principle which underpins our philosophy. Restore Britain backs the farmer producing food, the white van man driving the economy, the engineer designing machinery, the shopkeeper serving customers and the entrepreneur risking everything to start a business. It comes down to this - Restore Britain will protect their freedom to succeed. If you work hard and contribute, we are on your side. Our Budget would begin the work of returning power, responsibility and money to the British people. First, the spending cuts - to come before ANY reductions in tax. Our 20 point plan to restore prosperity… 1. Freeze working-age benefit rates. We will freeze working-age benefit rates for the duration of the first Parliament. Britain cannot indefinitely increase expenditure without considering the burden on the people funding it. That would be morally wrong. The healthy indolent will not be rewarded. 2. Restrict welfare eligibility. No more benefits for foreigners, saving billions. No need to expand. 3. Reform sickness and disability benefits We will overhaul eligibility, assessment procedures and return-to-work support. People with serious disabilities and health conditions must receive appropriate protection. But those who can work, will work. If they refuse, they will be put to work. That simple. 4. Reform pensions. We will protect the State Pension while replacing the triple lock with annual CPI uprating. Public-sector pension arrangements will be overhauled to address differences with private-sector provision. These measures will save tens of billions - all outlined in full in our economic paper, The Wealth Of Our Nation. Next, take an axe to unnecessary government spending 5. The quango bonfire. We will conduct a comprehensive review of arm's-length public bodies, the default will be abolish unless there is a serious reason to retain. Where its functions duplicate a government department, consolidate them. Deliver accountability and savings. AI will mean vast cuts are possible. A LOT of Whitehall civil servants will lose their jobs. To be frank. 6. Freeze most departmental budgets. We will introduce a three-year nominal spending freeze across most government departments - the main exception will be our programme of mass deportations, which in the short term will cost, however as we know, any immediate funds will be quickly recovered and then some. 7. End public spending on Net Zero. We will end all public expenditure directed towards achieving Net Zero. Energy security will be our main priority. We will support investment in dependable domestic energy supplies, including the infrastructure needed to maintain a resilient electricity system. Energy security will be placed above any ideological dogma. If it makes Britain more resilient, we will pursue it. 8. Review government consultancy and discretionary expenditure. We will audit consultancy contracts, procurement services, and ALL external advisory work - spending that cannot demonstrate a clear public benefit should end. The procurement scam will end. All bullshit ESG and social value nonsense will be stripped away - if the public sector wants to use a third party firm, make it the best one - subject to right-to-work checks to ensure no illegals are being employed. As stated - spending cuts first, then tax cuts. Done carefully and responsibly. Here’s an overview of how a Restore Britain Government will lift the tax burden… 9. Raise the income tax personal allowance to Ā£16,000. Nobody should be paying income tax on their first Ā£16,000 of earnings. We will raise the personal allowance and extend the basic-rate income tax band to Ā£100,000. We will also restore the full personal allowance to higher earners, ending the withdrawal that creates exceptionally high effective marginal tax rates. Success will be rewarded, hard work will be rewarded, ambition will be rewarded. 10. Cut corporation tax. We will introduce a zero corporation tax rate on the first Ā£50,000 of company profits. Above that threshold, we will restore the headline rate to 19%, with a longer-term ambition of 15%. As soon as fiscal conditions allow. Let’s give small businesses the genuine breathing room to get their operation off the ground, and then use the corporation tax cut to compete with our neighbours. 11. Abolish inheritance tax and stamp duty. Families should not be punished for saving, investing and passing assets to their children. We will abolish inheritance tax. For farmers, for family businesses, for everyone. The state has no claim to a family's lifetime of accumulated wealth simply because somebody has died. I detest it. It will be binned for all. Stamp duty makes moving home more expensive, discourages mobility and creates unnecessary friction in the housing market. We will abolish it. 12. Reduce disruptive tax. We will cut the standard rate of VAT from 20% to 18%. We will also raise the VAT registration threshold to Ā£150,000, helping smaller businesses grow without immediately facing additional tax burden. The amount of businesses hovering just under the current threshold is painful. The issue is OBVIOUS, yet nobody in government has thought to act. And we will ditch unnecessary taxes. We will abolish: Insurance Premium Tax. Air Passenger Duty. The Climate Change Levy. The UK Emissions Trading Scheme. We will also substantially increase the annual Capital Gains Tax exemption. Restore Britain’s objective is a tax system that is simpler, more predictable and less hostile to investment. Next, we will restore a state that works for our people. 13. Hold the NHS accountable. The NHS will remain free at the point of use for British citizens. We propose charging non-citizens at market rates - ensuring they actually pay the bills. We will make private healthcare expenditure tax deductible. If people want to go private, let’s make it cheaper. Alongside far-reaching structural reform, we will demand basic improvements in patient communication. Answer the telephone. Confirm referrals. Explain test results. Keep patients informed. Use AI to clear pressure on GPs. All patient-facing staff must demonstrate the English-language communication skills necessary to perform their roles safely. If staff can’t speak English to the required standard, they will no longer have a job. 14. Restore Britain’s education system. We will move towards greater school-level autonomy, with funding more closely linked to pupil numbers. We will remove VAT from private education and make private education tax deductible. We will also promote practical education, apprenticeships and stronger links between schools and employers. The aim will be to prepare children for working adulthood - full paper to come. Apprenticeships are vital - my businesses have developed hundreds and hundreds. It works, especially with the rise of AI. Student loan interest abolished for British nationals resident in the UK, full paper published. An overhaul of childcare regulation and funding - led by those in the sector who know what’s necessary and what’s not. Next. The Restore Britain Budget will work to restore a self-sufficient Britain, backed by sovereign AI capabilities. 15. Support British farming and food security. We will review the regulatory and tax burdens facing British farmers. Food security must be recognised as a matter of national resilience and urgency. That will be central to everything. We will make it FAR easier for domestic producers to compete for public-sector food contracts and examine ways to reduce unnecessary administration. Let’s use the public sector spend to back our own people, not import from foreign farmers. Britain should not become increasingly dependent on imported food while making it harder for its own farmers to survive. And we desperately need to bring more young people into the industry… 16. Ease pressure on transport network. We will rebuild Britain's transport network, tackling potholes, congestion and crumbling infrastructure while improving vital freight routes and rural roads - motorists will no longer be treated as cash cows. Fuel duty cut, and plenty more. (Full paper about to be published.) Get this right, and the whole economy is lubricated. 17. Back small businesses. We will review regulations introduced over recent decades, with a presumption in favour of removing law. Compliance simplified, licensing stripped back. Administrative burdens burned away. Scrap IR35, obviously. Business rates abolished for small high street businesses. Review car park charges. Boost police numbers in town centres. Restore confidence on the high street. Bring footfall back. Watch businesses thrive. 18. Develop sovereign AI capability. AI is coming whether we like it or not. We need to ensure that we have our own protected AI capability which can promote and defend our own interests. We’re already falling behind, and it’s getting worse. We have the opportunity to be a genuine world-leader. Let’s pursue it. 19. A foreign policy that puts Britain’s interests first. No endless foreign wars driving up the cost of living for ordinary families, no foreign aid unless explicitly to advance our interests. We will prioritise national security, trade, energy independence and protecting British citizens abroad. Spending will be increased, but our armed forces exist to defend Britain and our vital national interests, not to act as the world's policeman. 20. Protect sound money and fiscal stability. This is the most important of all. We will pursue a balanced Budget over the medium term and a declining debt-to-GDP ratio. Our aim is to cut the debt, not just the deficit. The era of mass money printing will end. Inflation will be controlled. The cost-of-living reduced. The aim - a Britain that belongs to its people Every Budget promises change, while the state grows larger and the taxpayer becomes poorer. Restore Britain offers a completely different direction. A smaller government that spends less - all helped by a massive reduction in the number of migrants living in Britain. Doing a small list of things, but doing them well. A welfare state that protects genuine need and expects personal responsibility. A tax system that rewards work, saving and enterprise. Public services that answer to the people who fund them. An economy built on productive businesses rather than a parasitic state. We do not believe the British people need politicians to manage every aspect of their lives. We believe they need the freedom to build better lives for themselves. In short - we will stop buying votes with other people’s money. Our ambition is not to make government richer. It is to restore the prosperity of the British economy, the British nation and the British people.

Exact words from Farage today: ā€œIf those Restore supporters online see that we are the only vehicle, genuinely on the centre-right, that can beat the Labour Party and come back to us, then our polling will start to look very different, very quickly.ā€ He’s not arguing policy. He’s arguing electability. Same pitch the Tories used for years. Reform UK manages the decline. Restore Britain reverses it.

Reform UK are not the alternative. They are the third wing of the uniparty. Tice says the country wants ā€œnet zero migration.ā€ That still means demographic replacement. Weak sauce. Farage is now openly begging Restore Britain voters to come back to Reform. He knows the right has clocked them. Weak sauce. Jenrick once called the Afghan relocation scheme a ā€œnational projectā€ and talked about long-term integration. Treachery. Danny Kruger believes a child born in Britain to Afghan parents is an equal inheritor of this country as a child whose ancestors have been here for generations. Blairism. They have abandoned the British people to practice soft civic nationalism while pretending to be the solution. Do you still think Reform will reverse mass immigration, or have you accepted they are just managing the decline?

Jenrick is on the Reform ticket. He spent 2021 urging councils to house the Afghan interpreters he helped bring in. The newspaper says they’ll stop the boats. The people writing it sat in government while the numbers exploded. Weak. Who’s voting for a Party that includes @RobertJenrick?
Just received the Reform UK newspaper through my door. This is the biggest con in British politics right now. No matter what they say or do, they are not a right-wing party. They are packed with failed Tory MPs, the exact people who sat in government while net migration hit record highs and the demographic change accelerated. They are fielding foreign-born local council candidates who have no interest in reversing the changes that brought them here. They will not reverse mass immigration. It is the main driver of Britain’s decline and they will manage it, not stop it. Weak. Weak. Weak. Do you still believe they will reverse it, or have you finally realised this is just the Conservative Party with a different logo?

The newspaper says ā€œReform UK will stop the boats.ā€ They said the same under the Tories. Net migration still hit record highs. If the candidates and the people writing the leaflets are the same people who allowed the demographic change, why would the outcome be different? Essentially, Reform are sticking two fingers up at the British people. The question I’d like answering is: What specific policy of theirs would actually reverse the numbers, not just slow them?

Replying to @larabirdsnp
@larabirdsnp, your constituents in Arbroath and Broughty Ferry didn’t send you to Westminster to play international activist and get detained at a border for eight hours while virtue-signalling about olive harvests in the West Bank; they sent you to represent them. Instead, the SNP’s entire project has become performative foreign policy and grievance politics while Scotland collapses under your party’s watch. Scotland recorded 1,133 drug deaths in 2025; an 11% rise and still by far the worst rate in Europe (277 per million among 15–64-year-olds). That’s more than 11,000 deaths in a decade. The most deprived areas suffer 15 times the rate of the least deprived. Dundee City, which covers part of your own constituency, continues to record among the highest local rates in Scotland. Your party’s ā€œnational missionā€ has failed catastrophically, yet here you are grandstanding about Palestinians instead of the Scots dying on the streets of Dundee and Arbroath. The SNP government has run health and social care into the ground for nearly two decades. Education has also flatlined at historically poor levels in Scotland under the SNP. Meanwhile Arbroath’s high street is full of empty units, food bank use has risen across Dundee and Angus, youth antisocial behaviour and crime have spiked in Broughty Ferry, and the cost-of-living crisis has hit hard here due to the long decline of traditional employment in fishing, engineering and manufacturing. These are the actual problems people raised in your own constituency. The SNP has governed Scotland since 2007. The structural deficit, record drug deaths, stagnant or declining public services, and eroded educational standards are the results. Flying to the Middle East for photo-op solidarity while ignoring the drug epidemic, the NHS waiting lists, and the unemployment at home is not solidarity - it is contempt for the people who pay your salary. Get back to Arbroath and Broughty Ferry and do the job you were elected to do.
Today I was denied entry into the West Bank, alongside other parliamentary colleagues from across Europe as part of a @ProgIntl delegation. We were held for 8 hours, interrogated and ultimately prevented from crossing the border. I came to stand alongside Palestinians being attacked for harvesting olives on their own land. Instead, we were turned away, with no reason given. More than ever, Palestinians are being subject to terror and violence by the IDF and illegal settlers. Increased blockades, demolitions and unthinkable violence have become the norm for Palestinians in the West Bank. It is more important now than ever that we bear witness and show our solidarity. But we were prevented from doing so. I will continue to do everything I can to apply pressure on the Netanyahu government, and those responsible for the persecution and genocide of the Palestinian people.

Britain From The Tyne retweeted
I don’t want to post the video. You’ve all seen it. But I do want to write a love letter… Dear everyone in Britain, ( even you illegals) Just so you understand. The poppy is for the boys who never got to grow old. For the boys who were still somebody’s baby, brother, uncle or father. More than 600,000 of them. It doesn’t matter if you support war, hate your country, think you are a woman (even though you are a man). It doesn’t matter which God you pray to, or if you pray to none at all. It doesn’t matter who you vote for, what climate narrative you believe, or whether you believe Israel should exist or not! The poppy isn’t for you! It’s for those who came before. Those who fought for your right to be weird, annoying or even foreign. The poppy is how we say thank you. Thank you for giving us time, peace and choice. And attempting to ban our poppy by declaring it politically divisive isn’t a move towards freedom. It is an act of suppression. Understand that. The poppy is about love and loss. For you! So stick your rainbow flags and every other flag where the sun doesn’t shine and just wear your poppy. Those boys did not die as symbols. They died for you! Did you know that poppies grew across the battlefields where so many fell? As though even the land refused to forget the blood once given to defend it. So the poppy is for them. For those who came before us and paid in youth, in hope, in breath, in blood, so that we might have the freedom to be arseholes. So that we might even have the freedom to fight over the ridiculous, the inconsequential and the insane. Revere it, celebrate it and wear it. The very least you can do is that. Best The ordinary people.
