Since I'm trying to be the old Irish philosopher today, here's my advice to my mates.
When you part from your close friends, tell them you love them as you depart. It's comforting to know that my last words to friends such as Greg Sharpe and Dana Dimel were that I loved them.

Here is what must happen for you to get back in “good shape” both visually and internally.
1) Maintain a slight calorie deficit
2) Perform resistance training
3) Get as active as you can
The vast majority of us need to focus on shedding fat & maintaining / building muscle for both health.

n case you missed it, Jenessa Ruder, a Norton Community graduate and @huskertfxc freshman, won the javelin title at the USATF U20 Championships.
In her first year as a Husker, Ruder finished seventh at the Big 10 Championships and notched a PB of 177-0 in May, the 13th-best mark in the NCAA West Regional.
Ruder won the competition by just over two feet, taking down Central Missouri freshman Addison Throckmorton, who finished fourth at the NCAA DII Championships.

How many more scandals must we endure — how many more victims must we produce — before we consider biblical qualifications before talent, charisma, and “leadership skills?”

For eleventy billionth time, if you’re a football player and you’re not doing some event(s) in track, you’re not a serious football player.
🦅 Before he was headed to his first Super Bowl, Saquon Barkley was a track and field standout at Whitehall HS in Pennsylvania.
He only competed in Track and Field during his senior year. Despite that, he ran a 10.90 100m, long jumped 22-2.5 and threw a shot put 46-2.5.
