Hi @PUMA I had ordered a running shoe from your India Online store in.puma.com with the order ID 110847458 and I had pre-paid the entire amount for the same.
But the shoes haven't been delivered yet, I had also raised a ticket regarding the same with case ID: 01308332 but they have closed it saying it solved? I still haven't got the shoes delivered you can check your tracking data for the same.
As you guys are unable to deliver my shoes, please refund my amount, ASAP I will purchase another product.
Also you guys have WhatsApp support, but it's completely automated bot have a option in that to speak to a real human being in case of issues.

Our RTIs found that NIC issued 25,000+ private credentials to query VAHAN and eChallan since January 2024, leading to 17 million private lookups. On October 1, private data sharing was quietly switched off with no public notice. Meanwhile, the logs that could prove misuse are set to expire.
We’ve filed first appeals demanding accountability and preservation of those logs.
