Iran & US have reportedly shown flexibility on the HEU issue and the Americans proposed diluting 400kg of 60% enriched uranium, rather than taking possession or sending off the HEU outside of Iran in exchange for releasing Iran’s frozen assets & ending the war.
Keep in mind: This is this journalist’s own interpretation/speculation and does not express the confirmed status of Iran-US talks. As far as confirmed news go, both the leader as Iran’s top security chief stated Iran won’t back down from its 7 conditions.
IF this is the case however, it’s definitely a prelude to the war and it shares similar repeated patterns prior to the 40-day war.
