Helen Whately... The largest scroungers are those in government--energy bills, second homes, stables heated, travel, everything from a paper clip upwards.
Anyone can become disabled in the blink of an eye.
Either from a stroke or accident!
Even you are not immune.

Everyone asks "how do we afford PIP?"
Nobody asks "why does disability cost so much?"
A grab rail: £8 at Screwfix. £85 through a mobility company.
Adapted cutlery: £12 to manufacture. £35 in the catalogue.
A shower seat: £15 plastic stool. £90 as a "shower aid."
A postural chair: £200 to build. £800 with "disability" on the label.
Disability costs more because the market CHARGES more. Not because it COSTS more. The word "adapted" on the box adds 300-500% to the price.
PIP exists to cover the "extra cost of disability." But the extra cost is ARTIFICIAL. Created by manufacturers who know you NEED the product and price accordingly.
Fix the price. Sell aids at cost. Remove the markup. Remove the VAT. Remove the glossy catalogue and the sales rep's commission.
The "extra cost of disability" drops by 60-80%. PIP spending falls. Without cutting a single person's support.
Helen Whately has posted thirteen times asking how to cut PIP. She has never once asked why disability products cost five times what they should.
builduk.club disability charter. Fix the price. Not the person.

I've slowed this down, first to 50%, and then, 25%.
You can clearly see that most of the people attacking or grabbing, are NOT SIA security staff, they're conference attendees.
Attacking a woman for exercising her free speech, at a free speech warrior event...
Let that irony wash over you by all means.
The guy with the walking stick, in his Far Right Reform UK Political Uniform, strikes the woman with his stick, grabs at her, and pulls at her face.
& then there is the woman pulling her hair violently.
They, all, want arresting & charging.
Farage, also wants pulling in for his smirking and mocking and doing FUCK ALL SQUARED to stop that behaviour happening in front of his eyes.
Far Right Violence, glorified by their Far Right Führer.
Reports later, allege the security abused women/her, including lifting woman from the floor, by her hair...

There is this parallel world in Britain where profoundly damaged individuals like Allison Pearson actually get rewarded for saying divisive, misleading, bigoted and utterly grotesque hate.
At 9:46pm on 1 September, Pearson quote-tweeted a Sky News report: a baby girl found dead at a Holywell Heights address had died of stab wounds, seven people arrested on suspicion of murder, aged 15 to 38.
The full article is a model of restraint. It gives an address, an age range, a cause of death, confirmation that two of the seven had already been bailed, and a statement from Detective Chief Inspector Tom Woodward speaking only of the investigation's difficulty and the force's commitment to "secure justice for her."
No names, no charges, no motive, no community, no culture, nothing that could remotely support a claim about who these people are or why this happened.
Pearson filled that vacuum instantly and completely.
"Do you get the impression there is this parallel world in Britain where forced child marriage and other monstrosities take place? The offenders clearly feel above the law and are allowed to operate according to what Andy Burnham calls 'other norms'." She closed by mourning the "high-trust society" of her youth, now supposedly "finished."
None of that came from the article she was quote-tweeting. It isn't an inference stretched from the available facts; there were no facts in the piece capable of producing it.
It came from a disgusting pre-loaded script, dropped onto a story that supplied nothing but an address and an age range.
Pearson's "other norms" phrase is a compressed and sharpened version of a real Andy Burnham quote, but from a completely unrelated context.
Defending government leaflets that explain UK law to new arrivals, Burnham said such arrivals may have "different norms to us." He was talking about migrants and the reasoning behind an orientation leaflet on things like women's legal equality and public conduct.
That remark has been circulating online for about a week, repeatedly rewritten by critics into the claim that Burnham thinks migrants' "norms include rape." Pearson's tweet borrows that already-distorted version and welds it, wholesale, onto an unrelated stabbing case. (Btw, itās also worth noting this is not a novel category of document, nor one reserved solely for migrants/asylum seekers: in November 2025, the UK MoD introduced mandatory training for all British soldiers on consent, misogyny and Incel culture).
The next day, the CPS announced charges against four adults and a 15-year-old: Andrea Skopova, Peter Horvath Jnr, Peter Horvath Snr and Nina Horvathova, charged with murder, causing or allowing the death of a child, and perverting the course of justice; the 15-year-old girl charged with perverting the course of justice.
The names point to a Central/Eastern European, possibly Slovak/Hungarian/Czech, a community with no connection to Burnham's leaflet comments, to forced marriage, or to the migration/asylum framing Pearson's "parallel world" language invokes.
There is nothing in the charging announcement about custom, religion, or "other norms" of any kind, only a horrific individual crime now before the courts.
It's the same move seen repeatedly in coverage of breaking crime stories: an evidence vacuum gets filled immediately with a racialised script, the script is treated as if it were the finding, and when the actual facts arrive they are simply ignored because the narrative has already done its work.
Pearson didn't wait for who was charged. She didn't need to. Until shameless damaged ghouls like her stop being incentivised to post grotesque, divisive, bigoted bullshit, they'll just keep doing it.
Do you get the impression there is this parallel world in Britain where forced child marriage and other monstrosities take place?
The offenders clearly feel above the law and are allowed to operate according to what Andy Burnham calls āother normsā.
