Don't follow the money. I did, and look where it led. PACT, Inc. An NGO nobody's ever heard of. I asked @MikeBenzCyber about it. Old CIA front. Now it's showing up in @DataRepublican's Insurrection files. In 2023 the USG paid it $375M to destroy democracy. 🚨🚨 THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK / THE DEMOCRACY FILES: A PRIMER 🚨 I will be using this thread to track all drops, so bookmark it. I spent most of yesterday backing everything (now 312 gigabytes) up in various sources and getting the materials out to others. I also produced an AI video (below) to explain the whole thing to others are not on 𝕏 - feel free to distribute. Here's the primer: USAID, the foreign aid agency, had a democracy office. Inside the agency, it was called DRG. Officially, DRG administered "democracy assistance." They'd go inside countries they thought were sliding into authoritarianism and help the opposition there. That assistance included election monitoring, judicary support, independent media, and civil society building. You may have heard the term "color revolution." The model comes from Serbia in 2000, where trained student activists brought down Milosevic with the help of Western governments, after sustained protests. With the help of USAID's democracy office, this model was implemented in many other countries to topple governments: Georgia's "Rose Revolution" in 2003, Ukraine's "Orange Revolution" in 2004, and many more. Then last year, DOGE shut down USAID. But the USAID democracy office didn't stop. They formed a group called the Democracy Renewal Group, the same initials as their office (USAID Democracy, Human Rights, Governance). Their goal: apply their own playbook to the United States itself. This goal became a plan, called Renew American Democracy (RAD). It invoked the "4 B's" framework. Block - use lawfare and protests to make life harder for the Trump administration. Bridge & Belong - control dialogue and win people over. The final and most important B is Build. Build means redesigning the American government itself, and the crisis is the opening. In their own words: "We can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment." - Danielle Reiff, DRG lead. Calls show DRG working alongside DSA on ideas of creating a different government, one that does away with the Constitution itself. DRG does not run the Block operations. They hand it to UDA, the United Democracy Alliance. One organizer calls it a "huge galaxy": lawsuits, street protests, non-cooperation. They list No Kings, Indivisible, MoveOn, 50501, and many other mega-activist NGOs among their members. Another organizer calls UDA Erica Chenoweth's project. Chenoweth is the Harvard professor behind the three-and-half-percent rule of regime change: get that share of a country's populace onto the streets, and historically, the movement wins. The UDA is very "hush-hush." They have no website, no roster, no filings. Then come the red lines: things the Trump administration could do, such as calling the Insurrection Act on protesters, that would mean that the federal government, in their words, "crosses the threshold into illegitimacy." Nobody voted on those lines. There was no public debate. These red lines were developed within secretive working groups, and in a paper addressed to governors and staff. In the words of Reiff/DRG: "So that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a Constitutional crisis, like everyone's already pre-organized. And so Mike Smith actually said, he goes, oh, you guys have the day after tomorrow plan." Cross a line, and the paper's options include states refusing to lend their resources to federal officials, and governors convening what it calls a "Third Continential Congress." Running the UDA's Insurrection Act working group: Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET) of National Security Leaders of America (NSL4A). NSL4A is also credited with operationalizing UDA, the blocking operations. NSL4A consists of about 1,600 ex-officers, spies, diplomats. They're turning red lines into indicators and running a situation room to monitor them throughout the midterms and beyond. The NSL4A's lawyers told them to stop recording meetings in case of subpoenas. But the rest of the network continued to record. DRG works in conjunction with Renew to Thrive (R2T), which ended up accidentally publishing 400+ calls and thousands of documents. These calls and documents were never meant for our eyes, but it's them, on tape. Thousands of NGOs and billions of dollars are involved in this endeavor. Most of them believe they're saving democracy. The problem is that people who spent their careers deciding when other countries' governments had lost their legitimacy wrote that test for ours, in private, and planned for what comes after. Who decides when your government is legitimate?

1.74M FSD subs is $2B a year in software. Close to 100% margin. They're selling cars faster than they can build them. And over 75% of new North American cars now come with FSD, up nearly 20 points in one quarter. Now I just have to convince Elon to give a senior discount of $99 minus your age. xitter.cf/Teslaconomics/status/2…
Growth is back at Tesla. Huge congrats to the entire team on an incredible quarter! 👏 This what stands out to me from $TSLA Q3: THE FINANCIALS • Revenue: $28.0B, roughly flat year over year. • EPS: $0.48 vs. $0.45 expected. • Gross margin: 19.6%, up from 18.0% a year ago and comfortably above the 17.9% Wall Street expected. • Automotive gross margin excluding credits: 18.1%, up from 15.4%. Regulatory credit revenue fell from $417M to $113M. The underlying car business is getting more profitable. • Free cash flow: POSITIVE $1.5B. Wall Street expected NEGATIVE $4.5B! • Cash pile: $45.4B, up 9%. CARS • Production rose +4% to 464,391 vehicles. • Largest vehicle backlog in four years, with battery supply now the main constraint on more deliveries. • Record deliveries in Canada, Australia, Japan and Taiwan. • Record production at Giga Berlin. • Tesla built its 10 millionth vehicle. FSD • 1.74M active subscriptions, up 67% in a year. • More than 75% of new cars in North America now come with FSD, up nearly 20 percentage points in a single quarter. • Live in nine EU countries, with 100K+ customers and 160M+ kilometers driven. ROBOTAXI • Cybercab has been giving rides in Austin since September 3. • Nearly 2M unsupervised miles, up 8x in one quarter. • Austin service now runs from 6 a.m. to midnight. • Grok is inside Cybercab, letting you handle email, your calendar and tasks by voice while you ride. OPTIMUS • Production has started on the high-volume lines in Fremont, building Tesla’s first production-quality robots. SEMI • Now in volume production. • 500 miles of range at 82,000 lbs total weight, using roughly one-third the energy of a diesel truck. ENERGY • 13.7 GWh deployed, up 10%. • Record order rate and backlog. • Megafactory Texas is up and running, producing Megapacks. • First Megapacks built using only Tesla’s own LFP cells. AI COMPUTE • Targeting 400 MW of training compute by year-end. • Equipment installation at the Austin chip fab is planned to begin in 2027. The tradeoff of all this is that operating income fell to $718M as Tesla increased spending on AI R&D. That’s a real cost today, but I’m comfortable with Tesla investing in the future. Underneath the flat revenue headline we may see from news outlets, FSD subscriptions are growing, Robotaxi is expanding, energy orders are at a record, and Optimus and Semi are entering production. Meanwhile, the vehicle backlog is the largest it’s been in four years. It looks like to me the next leg of Tesla’s growth is taking shape right in front of us!

Humility does not come easily to me. Every week at confession it's Pride, Lust, Wrath. But spend 30 days alarmed to a hospital bed, held there for 40, and you learn things. You learn to be nice. You learn you don't have to be the best at everything. You learn it's OK to ask for help. Not a fun lesson. Then @DataRepublican gave me the data drop for her Insurrection work. I'm thinking, yadda yadda, I just want a name list. She casually drops, "Oh, there's an AGENTS.md file." So I read it. Wow. So many things I'd never have thought of. So much care to keep the private private, the public public, and the SI honest. Awe. – at Oregon, USA

They hid 1,600 names. Then they bragged about the titles. NSL4A claimed 1,600 members and put three unpaid directors on its 990. Bare names are a research problem. Which John Smith? But they had to brag, so they published the titles: 13 cabinet secretaries, 11 deputies, 17 service secretaries, 18 four-stars, 7 senators, 9 House members, 5 governors or LGs. Those are short lists. John Howard Dalton is not a mystery. He was Clinton's Secretary of the Navy. I matched 56 people against those lists, without even asking @DataRepublican yet. Thanks, commies. Pride goeth before destruction. Proverbs 16:18. Adding to the dossier pile. – at Oregon, USA

They're underselling this. This means that most cops are wired into ICE. "Hey, we got a bad guy, come get him." Cops don't like rapists and murderers, and the sanctuary cities generally have exceptions for serious crimes that they don't want to talk about. – at Oregon, USA
2,246 law enforcement agencies across the nation have active 287(g) agreements with @ICEgov — a 1,564% increase since January 20, 2025.

“Sydney Sweeney” makes the case for Voter ID.
Prop 39 released a new ad today highlighting what politicians don’t want you to know: California is one of a handful of states that don’t require a photo ID to vote. Prop 39 is a battle of politicians versus people. Politicians want you to vote no. The People are voting yes. This ad is a parody, but the problem is not. The politicians want to protect their power and money. We want to give it back to you. Vote Yes on Prop 39. Donate: efundraisingconnections.com/…

🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 4: YES, MANY ARE AWARE OF THE GOALS 🚨 This one is a thread because there are multiple materials. On January 15, 2026, Renew American Democracy (RAD), the strategy built around the Democracy Renewal Group's (DRG) ex-USAID democracy officers, held planning exercises for "emergency scenarios" and how it'd affect their "strategic objectives." RAD's explicit goal is in catalyzing those so-called "emergency scenarios" to manifest "structural reform" - the rewriting of American governance which the previous drops have covered. RAD/DRG hold the unique role within the wider blocking / protest alliance of defining what the new government looks like, presumably because they are made of ex-USAID officers who have specialized in installing new governments. As @MikeBenzCyber last night said on his stream, these DRG members come from the CIA coup parts of USAID. It's been suggested that DRG is just a fringe group within the much larger blocking/protest ecosystem. This morning's interim video mentioning Mike Smith disproved that. And PART 4 disproves that further - the wider network is well aware of DRG and that its goal is to secure a new government. They will dress it in the language that it's Trump who will provoke it, and they're only preventing a true Constitutional crisis. In reality, there's a million ways to interpret what a "red line" is, and many ways to get Trump to cross it. Already, articles everywhere are telegraphing that Trump *will* cross it in the form of the Insurrection Act or martial law, softening us up for the coup ahead. The materials I'm showing you are from a RAD/DRG-ran planning exercise in January 2026. Groups represented by participants include: · National Security Leaders for America (NSL4A) · Freedom Trainers / Beautiful Trouble · Team Democracy · Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy · Civil Service Strong · Project 2029 · Braver Angels · Indivisible · Better Together America · Center for Collaborative Democracy · Democracy Accelerator · Paths to Understanding · Co-Intelligence Institute · Cohesion Strategy · Community-Vision Solutions One of the working groups concerned "National Deliberations" - which lays the groundwork for structural reforms post-crisis. So every single participant in this forum was well aware the end point is rewriting our governance. Even more interesting, Tanya Alfredson of @BraverAngels participated in this particular working group - which should give pause to anyone who believes Braver Angels simply wants better dialogue. As you watch the videos, watch out for the code language they use to hint towards the ultimate end goal. As always, patience as I pull together the thread. 👇

I'm on disability and I'm too old to do the Nick Shirley thing. I'm ok with spawning a cottage industry of pissed off taxpayers driving around their town looking at shell offices. I only wanted the $35K, because I'm bumping into the limits of my laptop, and RAM is more $$$ than I can afford until either my legal case resolves, or the fraud people send me a check. SI makes it possible for me to do this work, but then makes the cost of RAM high. – at Oregon, USA

Dishwasher Manufacturers: If you rinse off your dishes in the sink before loading them into the dishwasher, they come out less clean! This always gets me in trouble. I of course don’t rinse first, because it is a Dishwasher. Right? Rinsing plates before loading the dishwasher feels diligent. Appliance makers say it is the very reason your dishes come out dirty. Engineers at brands like Bosch and Whirlpool, alongside detergent makers like Cascade, have spent years advising consumers to stop pre-rinsing. Contemporary dishwashers rely on internal turbidity sensors—optical eyes that gauge water clarity during the early wash cycle. When pre-rinsed plates yield clean water, the machine misinterprets the load as lightly soiled, shortening cycle time and reducing water temperature. Furthermore, the enzymes in modern powdered and gel detergents require food starches and proteins to latch onto; without debris to activate them, the surfactants simply wash down the drain, occasionally leaving alkaline film etched into glassware. Oh there is more… Cookware care harbors equally stubborn folklore. For decades, home cooks warned that a single drop of liquid soap would ruin a cast-iron skillet's seasoning. Lodge, which has made cast-iron cookware in Tennessee since 1896, explicitly debunks this in its care manuals. The prohibition dates to the nineteenth century, when soaps were formulated with harsh lye (sodium hydroxide), a caustic alkali capable of stripping cured oil. Modern dish detergents contain mild surfactants that lift loose grease without breaking the polymerized oil cross-linked to the iron matrix. A gentle wash with liquid soap leaves true seasoning intact. A similar misconception surrounds kitchen waste disposers. Generations of homeowners were told that tossing eggshells or ice down the drain sharpens the disposal blades. InSinkErator, the inventor and largest maker of food waste disposers, notes that residential disposers do not contain blades at all. The central chamber houses blunt swiveling lugs on a spinning turntable. These lugs do not slice; centrifugal force hurls food against a stationary outer ring of shredder teeth to pulverize it into a slurry. Eggshells cannot sharpen a blunt lug, and their fibrous membrane often snags in plumbing traps. Even oven maintenance suffers from well-intended habits. Appliance makers including GE and Frigidaire warn against lining the floor of an electric or gas oven with aluminum foil. Modern ovens hide the heating element beneath an enamel floor. Foil traps and reflects radiant heat directly against the base, reaching temperatures high enough to melt the aluminum or permanently fuse it to the porcelain finish.
