@TeamYouTube I need an actual escalation. My YPP application has been stuck at AdSense Step 2 for 2.5 months. Step 3 has never started. Support already ruled out duplicate account + location. Today Creator Support confirmed they have NO specific remediation to give me.
DAY 2 of the White Monster protest.
I filed a formal BBB complaint over my repeatedly rejected AdSense account.
Google responded with links explaining how to customize my YouTube recommendations. I’m not kidding. 💀
They finally requested my support case IDs, so I’ve provided them.
@TeamYouTube @AdSense PLEASE. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT TO FIX.
@MonsterEnergy we’re still going.
DAY 1.
2.5 months. 20+ support contacts. 3 rejected AdSense accounts. ZERO actionable answers.
So I’ve officially begun cracking White Monsters until someone at Google tells me what the fuck I’m supposed to fix.
@TeamYouTube @AdSense your move.
@MonsterEnergy sorry you got dragged into this.
Receipts in the thread above.
@adsense @TeamYouTube
Can someone from Google's AdSense team help identify who handles AdSense for YouTube account approval?
My account has been repeatedly disapproved for 2.5 months. YouTube Support ruled out duplicate accounts and location, then confirmed they have no specific remediation to offer.
YPP Step 3 has never started.
I'm trying to reach an actual AdSense account/onboarding specialist rather than being redirected between departments.
Full documentation is in this thread.

I’m not asking for confidential internal criteria or special treatment. I’m asking for someone to investigate this account/onboarding state OR tell me one customer-facing action I can actually take. @YouTubeCreators @YouTube @YouTubeLiaison
Google’s rejection says “a few quick fixes are needed.” I asked Creator Support what I am supposed to fix before resubmitting. Their answer: they have no specific remediation or additional guidance beyond reading the general policies and submitting again.
YouTube/Google: I genuinely do not know what else I am supposed to do.
I was rejected for AdSense for YouTube AGAIN today.
I now have:
• 1,000+ subscribers
• enough watch hours for full YPP
• approved U.S. W-9
• valid phone number
• open AdSense for YouTube account created directly through YouTube Studio
• no visible verification holds
YouTube Support management has already confirmed:
• this is NOT a duplicate-account rejection
• this has NOTHING to do with my physical location
This problem has now followed me through 3 AdSense Publisher IDs, 2+ Payments Profiles, nearly 2 months, ~17 support chats, multiple TeamYouTube cases, Google Payments support, community posts and manager reviews.
Step 3 of YPP has never even started.
Every rejection says I need to make “a few quick fixes.”
Nobody at Google is permitted to tell me what those fixes are.
I am NOT asking for a policy exception.
I am NOT asking anyone to reveal proprietary review criteria.
I am asking for a human technical investigation into why my YouTube ↔ AdSense Step-2 onboarding keeps failing after every publicly documented issue has been addressed.
If anyone at YouTube, Google, AdSense, Creator Partnerships, or anyone who has dealt with this exact failure can get this in front of the correct technical team, I desperately need the help.
@TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators @reneritchie
@YouTubeLiaison @reneritchie René, I’m really hoping you might be able to point this toward the appropriate team.
I am not asking anyone to override an AdSense decision or disclose confidential criteria.
I’m trying to get a technical investigation into a repeated AdSense-for-YouTube Step-2 onboarding loop that has persisted across multiple Publisher IDs despite the obvious causes being ruled out by YouTube Support management.
Full timeline/evidence is above. I just need to know who owns this type of account-state issue internally.
For context, I am an active-duty U.S. service member stationed overseas. Google previously made me investigate whether my U.S. account setup/location was causing this.
YouTube management has now specifically told me location is not the cause.
So that path is exhausted too.
I can provide the complete case history privately: every Publisher ID, Payments Profile, support case number, transcripts, rejection emails, screenshots and account configuration.
I have the receipts for all of it.
I just need someone who can actually investigate the account state instead of sending me the AdSense policy page again.
Replying to @TeamYouTube
@TeamYouTube @CreatorLiason @YouTubeCreators I genuinely do not know where else to turn at this point.
I am an active-duty U.S. service member currently stationed in the United Kingdom under military orders, and for nearly two months I have been unable to get my YouTube channel through AdSense for YouTube Step 2.
This is not my first application and this is not my first attempt to contact support.
At this point I have gone through:
• 10+ YouTube Creator Support / Google support conversations
• multiple Google Payments Support conversations
• multiple @TeamYouTube escalation attempts
• multiple supervisor/manager reviews
• 3 separate AdSense Publisher IDs
• 2 separate Google Payments Profiles
• closing previous AdSense accounts and recreating the setup directly through YouTube Studio exactly as instructed
And after nearly two months, I still have no actionable explanation for what I am supposed to fix.
My channel is Hartattaq EX.
One of the most important previous interactions was YouTube Support Case 9-8243000041048. After reviewing my account, a YouTube Support manager explicitly confirmed that my AdSense rejection was NOT caused by a duplicate AdSense account.
Google Payments Support subsequently confirmed that the associated Payments Profile was in good standing, had no restrictions, and was eligible to receive AdSense/YouTube payouts.
Despite that, the AdSense account continued being rejected.
I then received another major piece of conflicting information from YouTube Support.
I explained that I am an active-duty U.S. service member temporarily stationed in the UK. My permanent/legal/tax identity remains U.S.-based.
One YouTube specialist told me that submitting an application while physically located in the UK with a U.S. AdSense profile could cause the approval check to fail and recommended applying from the country listed in the AdSense profile.
Other Google/YouTube representatives had previously told me my U.S. setup while stationed overseas was correct.
That puts me in an impossible situation:
Google Support itself has given me conflicting instructions regarding the correct AdSense configuration for an active-duty American stationed overseas.
I am not physically returning to the United States for approximately another 18 months. “Just wait until you are back in the U.S.” is therefore not a reasonable solution for a creator actively building a channel today.
After the previous account continued failing, I made one final attempt to completely clean up the setup.
I closed the old AdSense account.
I created a completely separate Google account dedicated to my channel.
Through YouTube Studio, not through a standalone AdSense website application, I created a replacement AdSense for YouTube account.
This created:
• a new Google account
• a new AdSense Publisher ID
• a new Google Payments Profile
Yesterday, that completely new setup was rejected too.
The rejection email again says only:
“A few quick fixes are needed to get your account approved.”
It does not tell me what those fixes are.
Google’s AdSense help documentation says that the specific reason for an account not being approved should be available either in AdSense or in the email sent to the applicant.
I clicked “Review your application.”
It simply takes me to the normal AdSense home page.
There is no duplicate-account notice.
No identity-verification request.
No country warning.
No payments-profile problem.
No specific policy violation.
No actionable instruction.
I am not asking Google to waive a policy requirement.
I am not asking anyone to blindly approve my account.
I am not asking for proprietary fraud-detection information.
I am asking Google to tell me what supported action I can actually take to become compliant.
After nearly two months, more than 10 support contacts, multiple escalations, three Publisher IDs, two Payments Profiles, contradictory guidance, and repeated generic responses, I have exhausted every official option I know exists.
I have transcripts, case numbers, screenshots, rejection emails and the entire timeline documented.
Please escalate this as an account-level AdSense for YouTube onboarding/configuration failure, particularly considering my active-duty military overseas status.
I specifically need someone capable of determining whether the current failure relates generally to:
• duplicate-account detection
• identity/payee verification
• Payments Profile configuration
• U.S./UK country or physical-location handling
• the YouTube-to-AdSense association
• or another AdSense eligibility category
I do not need another link to the AdSense Program Policies. I have read them repeatedly.
I need an actionable remediation path.
I love making videos and I have been working extremely hard to grow this channel, but this unresolved issue has now become genuinely exhausting and extremely stressful.
I do not know what else a creator is supposed to do after exhausting support for nearly two months.
Can someone at YouTube or Google please take ownership of this case and help me actually resolve it?
Channel: Hartattaq EX
Previous TeamYouTube Case: 5-4068000041645
I can provide every other case ID, Publisher ID, Payments Profile ID, email and transcript privately.
@ReneRitchie I know you probably get tagged in a million creator issues, but I’m hoping you can point me toward any internal path here.
I’ve been stuck for nearly 2 months in an AdSense for YouTube Step 2 failure across 3 Publisher IDs, 2 Payments Profiles, 17+ support interactions, multiple @TeamYouTube escalations, and manager reviews.
A YouTube Support manager has now confirmed in writing that:
my current Publisher ID was reviewed
it is not a duplicate-account issue
it has nothing to do with my location
Creator Support is the highest support authority available to me
they cannot disclose the reason
and there is no further recommendation or escalation path
I’m at 982 subscribers and already eligible for expanded YPP, but AdSense Step 2 prevents the channel from even reaching YouTube’s review.
I am not asking for a policy exception. I’m asking how a creator is supposed to fix an account when support explicitly says they cannot tell me what needs to be fixed.
If there is any internal team, escalation path, or person who handles unusual creator-support failures like this, I would be extremely grateful for a pointer.
Full context is in the thread above.

@TeamYouTube I'm now on roughly my 7th AdSense for YouTube rejection with no actionable reason. You previously told me it was caused by a duplicate account. Creator Support later explicitly confirmed it was NOT a duplicate.
Google Payments has since confirmed my payment profile is in good standing with no restrictions. Creator Support could see the rejection reason but said they weren't permitted to disclose it, and advised me to submit from the country on my AdSense profile. I followed that guidance and submitted from the US.
Rejected again today with the exact same generic “few quick fixes” email.
I need this escalated to someone who can actually review the Step 2/AdSense association. Repeatedly sending me Help Center articles cannot resolve an undisclosed account-level rejection.
@TeamYouTube Following up again on my AdSense for YouTube Step 2 issue.
I followed the guidance I was given and submitted again on Saturday, Sept. 12. I still have no resolution or actionable explanation.
At this point I’ve been through repeated AdSense rejections and conflicting answers from support. Google Payments has confirmed my payments profile is in good standing with no restrictions, and YouTube Creator Support has already confirmed this is NOT being caused by a duplicate AdSense account.
The account continues to fail at Step 2 before my channel can even enter YPP review. I’m not asking for another Help Center article. I need this escalated for an internal review of the AdSense-for-YouTube association/account state.
Can someone please escalate this to the monetization team that can actually inspect the backend association?
Update: Creator Support has now explicitly told me they cannot identify the factor causing my repeated AdSense for YouTube rejection, cannot provide an actionable fix, and cannot escalate it for further review.
I’m being told to “review the policies” for an issue support admits they cannot identify. When asking support specialists to escalate further, they end the chats. @TeamYouTube has moved this to email review. I’m asking that it please reach someone with actual visibility into the AdSense review rather than being routed back into the same support loop.
@reneritchie flagging this as a creator-support issue: I’m repeatedly failing AdSense for YouTube Step 2, but support says they cannot see the internal cause, cannot tell me what to correct, and cannot escalate beyond a prior supervisor review. The only guidance is to repeatedly reread general policies.
@TeamYouTube
is now reviewing by email, but this support loop leaves a creator with literally no actionable remediation path.
Replying to @TeamYouTube
@TeamYouTube I’m stuck in an AdSense for YouTube approval loop. My application keeps getting disapproved, but neither the email nor AdSense dashboard gives a specific reason, only “Meet AdSense Program Policies.”
