We're thrilled to announce the Superpower Peptide Library. Every peptide, mapped to the body. 152 peptides, from approved drugs to compounds still in trials, sorted by where they act. Each one has its own page, reviewed by a physician and fully cited, covering: - the evidence and how strong it is - its FDA status - it's mechanism of action - what studies in humans have found Because not all peptides are equal. Semaglutide is FDA-approved. BPC-157, maybe the most talked-about peptide for recovery and repair, is not. In a 2025 review of its research, 35 of 36 studies were in animals or the lab. Know the science before you buy the hype. Check it out here: superpower.com/guides/peptid…

🚨 BREAKING: MOTS-c could be the peptide that shields kidneys from diabetes. in diabetic mice, the more MOTS-c they got, the less kidney damage showed up in their urine • the study → diabetic db/db mice plus human kidney cells in the lab (Biochemical Pharmacology, Oct 23) • what changed → less damage to the kidney's tubules, less fat stuck in kidney tissue, fewer immune cells moving in, and kidney cells aged slower • how → MOTS-c turned down LARS1, a brake on the cell's fat clean-up. block the clean-up and the protection disappears

The interesting part is what they’re trying to accomplish. Rather than treating complications after they develop, researchers are testing whether Dalargin can protect tissues against surgical stress, ischemia-reperfusion injury and systemic inflammation. The trial was powered around a hypothesized reduction in major complications from 35% to 20%. That is the target, not a reported outcome. This continues a Soviet research tradition of using regulatory peptides to improve physiological resistance to extreme stress. Trial: NCT07404358 clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT…

A Soviet peptide just completed a Phase III clinical trial involving 200 patients. Dalargin, a synthetic analogue of the endogenous opioid peptide leu-enkephalin, is being investigated at Moscow’s Botkin Hospital for preventing organ damage after major abdominal surgery. The Dal-PROTECT trial was randomized, blinded and placebo-controlled. Researchers administered Dalargin intravenously for 72 hours, investigating whether it could reduce postoperative cardiac injury, acute kidney injury, respiratory failure and sepsis. The trial was marked completed in September 2026. Results have not yet been posted.

Lilly is fiercely protective of retatrutide, but plenty of other companies want a share of the market. I’ve looked at the rival triple agonists, what their human trials actually show, and which claims are still waiting for evidence. There’s rather more competition than most people realise. Chewable GHK-Cu 😳
GHK-Cu LPT® has arrived. A compounded 2 mg chewable, bisected copper peptide tablet on Strive’s LPT® liposomal delivery platform. Prescription only. What the literature says about the molecule: GHK-Cu is an endogenous copper-binding peptide, and levels may decline with age. Published peer-reviewed papers on GHK-Cu as an active pharmaceutical ingredient describe potential support for collagen syntheses, skin health and elasticity, tissue integrity, and hair follicle support. What it doesn’t say: anything about this formulation. No clinical studies have been performed on GHK-Cu in LPT® form specifically. The above describes the API as reported in the literature. It isn’t efficacy or safety data for this compounded product, and frankly, we won’t present it as such. Literature is a starting point. What belongs in a patient's plan is a provider's call. Not for everyone. Not for use by people with active cancers, or by pregnant or breastfeeding individuals. Not for use in individuals with known allergies to copper compounded or peptides, or with copper metabolism disorders like Wilson’s disease. Always use under medical supervision; monitor for possible unwanted side effects and discontinue if serious symptoms occur. Prescribers: no prior authorization required. Send a patient-specific prescription. Your Strive rep has formulation details and dosing references. Compounded medications are specially prepared for identified individual patient needs based on a valid prescription from a prescribing healthcare practitioner and, as such, are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or efficacy. Compounded drugs are intended for patients whose prescriber has determined their medical needs are not met by an available FDA-approved drug. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. LPT® is a United States registered trademark licensed by Strive Pharmacy.

For the peptide skeptics 👇
Most people hear “peptide” and immediately think of some foreign chemical being injected into the body. But peptides are already part of how your body functions every single day. WHAT PEPTIDES REALLY ARE Short chains of amino acids that often act as biological messengers Your body naturally produces thousands of different peptides They help regulate everything from metabolism to immune function and tissue repair Some peptide therapies work by targeting pathways your body already uses YOU ALREADY MAKE SOME OF THESE BPC-157: A synthetic peptide based on a sequence associated with a gastric protein GHK-Cu: A naturally occurring copper-binding peptide found in your body Thymosin peptides: Related to proteins involved in immune regulation and cellular function HERE’S WHAT PEOPLE MISS The goal isn’t always to introduce an entirely new biological process. Sometimes it’s to amplify or mimic a signal your body already recognizes.

Women in 68w CagriSema Redefine 1, lost in average 25% of their body weight vs 3% in placebo. 2,309 women participated in the trial. 2.4mg wegovy reached 19% WL. So Cagrisema in this patient population delivered 6% higher WL than wegovy. And as can be seen CagriSema WL had not plateaued yet by week 68. $NVO presented those data yesterday in a post hoc analysis of R1 data. Further analysis of WL based on menopause status 26.7% wl Pre-menopause 24.8% wl Peri-menopause 23.1% WL Post-menopause 25.6% WL Hormone therapy use While this will not be included in CagriSema label, it’s interesting since 70-75% of wegovy and Zepbound (non diabetic) users are women. NVO warming up for CagriSema launch 1 January or 4 January. $LLY $VKTX

Retatrutide just delivered RECORD weight loss in patients with type 2 diabetes… but there's a catch. 19% weight loss vs. 25% in previous trials involving people without diabetes. Sounds like diabetes won, right? Not so fast. At the highest dose, 1 in 3 patients reached NORMAL blood sugar levels. Blood pressure dropped, triglycerides fell by a third, and inflammation was cut in half. But what about the side effects? I read the trial data, and the weight loss might actually be the LEAST interesting part. Here's what the headlines missed👇

Sometimes people do everything right but they are so insulin resistant its still hard thats where tirz or reta come in.
44f. Gained 60 lbs during a bad relationship. Started hitting the gym. Lifting 5 hours a week, walking 15 hours a week, tracking macros religiously. No progress for 4 months. Talked to my doc about Zepbound. Decided against it. Another month without progress. Started compounded tirze because I don’t just want to lose weight, I also want to avoid diabetes. 3 months, 25 lbs down. Still active and counting macros. Only change was tirze.
