For folks wondering what YOCO means, you can simply ask it on Papers with Code :)
It powers the new DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash architecture. It's not an encoder-decoder, but rather a decoder-decoder architecture.
It's all about reducing GPU memory and prefill latency.

Introducing T1: Terminal Agent Reinforcement Learning for Long-Horizon Tasks—a 122B MoE with 10B active parameters, trained to operate a real terminal across 300+ tool-call turns.
On Terminal-Bench 2.1: 43.8% base → 49.4% SFT → 64.0% T1, with post-train achieving a 46.1% relative gain. T1 also reaches 27.9% on Long-Horizon Terminal-Bench, surpassing GLM-5.1.
Our core lesson: A failed terminal task can contain substantial progress. Whether RL can learn from it depends on the entire training pipeline: we use PPO to train on 15K audited tasks with per-assertion verification to reward that progress and a warm-started critic for credit assignment. TITO and rollout routing replay preserve sampled tokens and expert choices during training to stabilize staleness.
This echoes DeepSeek-V4.1’s observation: better data and environment pipelines can unlock substantial gains with established RL methods.

What are the most impactful papers of 2026 so far?
Answer from paperswithcode.co/chat using the new @SemanticScholar CLI
Semantic Scholar (@SemanticScholar) is a rich source of information to find citation data of papers
There's now an easy-to-use CLI and Skill so you can ask your agent things like "Find me all papers that cite the DeepSeek-R1 paper"

Wrote up a blog on how the search engine of Papers with Code is built! 🔥
This involves a lot of @huggingface tooling
> PostGreSQL is used with pgvector
> the @Alibaba_Qwen 3 -Embedding-0.6B model is used
> hybrid search gets the best results
> embeddings are computed on an @nvidia L4 GPU powered by Hugging Face Jobs
> artifacts are stored in Buckets
> a live embedding endpoint is served on Hugging Face Inference Endpoints
> this also powers the "related papers" feature on each paper page

My @aiDotEngineer talk just went live!
I talked about the agentic workflows I built @huggingface to automate my own job.
As part of the Community Science team with @_akhaliq, we try to increase the visibility and discoverability of research artifacts on the hub by ensuring authors include appropriate model/dataset cards, links to the paper, and more.
This involves the Gemini API (now replaced by @deepseek_ai V4 Flash), the Claude Agents SDK (now replaced by @pidotdev), @modal, Hugging Face Jobs, and GitHub actions for running a fleet of CRON jobs.
I also discussed other efforts, such as @HuggingPapers and Papers with Code

Great to see so much interest in our post-training work.
Want to reshare SAO (Single-Rollout Asynchronous Optimization), a key recent advance in agentic reinforcement learning alongside GLM-5.2.
SAO tackles the off-policy and stability challenges of asynchronous RL through:
- single-rollout sampling instead of GRPO-style group sampling
- practical value-model training designs
- a strict two-sided token-level clipping strategy
SAO trains stably for 1,000 steps, consistently outperforms GRPO variants on agentic coding and reasoning benchmarks, and has been deployed in the agentic RL pipeline for GLM-5.2.

Scaling self-verification with DeepSeek V4 Flash beats Claude Fable 5 on Terminal-Bench 2.1, while being 11x cheaper 💰
As open-source models become more capable, they can now generate large numbers of high-quality candidate solutions and verify their own outputs at very low cost.
For example, we find that sampling just 5 solutions with DeepSeek V4 Flash and ranking them using the same model with LLM-as-a-Verifier can lead to a significant boost in accuracy (79% → 88%), outperforming closed frontier models on Terminal-Bench.

Introducing MobileMem: Learning from a Year of Mobile Experiences 📱🧠
Paper: huggingface.co/papers/2608.1…
Code: github.com/zjunlp/MobileMem
Dataset: huggingface.co/datasets/zjun…
Website: zjunlp.github.io/MobileMem/
Long-term memory is essential for personalized AI agents. Yet most existing benchmarks reduce a user to a sequence of conversations.
Real life is far more complex.
Personal knowledge is scattered across calendars, notes, bills, to-do lists, screenshots, photos, and app interactions in the realistic mobile environment. It evolves over time, and critical evidence may be buried among millions of tokens of distractors.
MobileMem brings memory evaluation closer to this reality.
We introduce a benchmark for testing whether agents can organize, update, retrieve, and reason over year-scale, cross-application mobile experiences.
⚡ What MobileMem offers:
📱 Mobile Memory Evaluation
A trajectory in MobileMem contains heterogeneous experiences across diverse applications.
🧭 Knowledge-Guided Experience Synthesis
Our KEME framework transforms fragmented sessions into temporally coherent, continually evolving user trajectories through top-down planning and bottom-up experience updates.
📝 Text + Multimodal Tracks
The text track uses a predefined protocol for apps to send records as structured text events, while the multimodal track models non-integrated apps where assistants learn from user-shared screenshots.
🧠 Comprehensive Memory Tasks
The MobileMem benchmark suite includes diverse question types, such as multi-hop retrieval, temporal reasoning, knowledge updates, relationship and preference understanding, visual reasoning, abstention, and more.
🔍 What did we discover?
• Better retrieval does not always mean better memory: stronger systems may retrieve weakly related evidence and become more confidently wrong on unanswerable questions.
• Converting images into captions is not enough. Captions improve visual reasoning by 3.50%, but reduce performance on other questions by 4.43% because of memory interference.
• Controlled experiments suggest that well-designed distractors can be more challenging than simply extending trajectory's length.
MobileMem reveals that future memory systems must do more than store additional information.
They must update outdated knowledge, distinguish evidence from interference, reason across time and modalities, and know when not to answer.

🚀 We release CLR, the test-time scaling method previously used in VibeThinker-3B.
CLR is built on a simple idea that solving and falsification have asymmetric capability requirements. With the same model, establishing a correct solution through forward reasoning is harder than falsifying one decisive wrong claim.
Rather than verifying entire solutions, CLR focuses on decision-critical claims and suppresses unreliable reasoning—compressing the survival space of incorrect traces and allowing more reliable ones to emerge.
🔥 On GPT-OSS-20B, when a correct trace is already present but standard self-consistency still fails, CLR rescues ~37% of such cases on average.
