Accountability to Be Fixed for Delays in Resolving Public Grievances: Deputy Commissioner Shri Uttam Singh Deputy Commissioner Shri Uttam Singh reviewed complaints received through CM Window, CM Jan Samvad, CPGRAMS and Samadhan Shivirs at the Mini Secretariat, Gurugram, and directed officials to ensure their timely and effective resolution. ✔️ Fix accountability of officers and employees for unnecessary delays in resolving complaints. ✔️ Ensure actual resolution of public grievances instead of merely updating their status on portals. ✔️ Review reopened complaints, identify shortcomings in previous action and take corrective measures. ✔️ Ensure coordination among departments in cases involving multiple departments. ✔️ Record complete, factual and transparent details of action taken in Action Taken Reports (ATRs), along with supporting documents and signatures of the competent authority. ✔️ Continue Samadhan Shivirs at the sub-divisional level without interruption to ensure timely grievance redressal. Earlier, Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Nayab Singh Saini, during a state-level review meeting with Deputy Commissioners through video conferencing, directed officials to address public grievances with seriousness and sensitivity and ensure that citizens do not have to make repeated visits to government offices.
