We will #neverforget… Lieutenant H. Jay Cullen, III and Trooper-Pilot Berke M.M. Bates. On Aug. 12, 2017, Lieutenant Cullen and Trooper-Pilot Bates were killed when their helicopter crashed in Albemarle County.
