NHS England has introduced new standard operating procedures (SOPs) in an attempt to streamline record keeping for dental practices. The changes are designed to prevent dentists having to repeat ‘common steps’ for each appointment, which are placing additional time constraints on the clinician while at the same time making it hard to find the relevant details for each appointment.

Good to see this. I am looking forward to my trip to Portsmouth tomorrow. Chris Louca and team have been educating and training of dentists and other team members over the years and it is great news that they will have dental students of their own.
