But we've seen over the past two years the damage that 650+ District Judges can do when an Administration takes big swings at changing the policy and structure of the Executive Branch.
The consequences of losing the Senate today -- if that happens -- is that there will be no district judge's confirmed to openings over the next two years -- ZERO.
The Dems in the Senate will "Bet the House" on 2028. If they win the WH and maintain control of the Senate -- which I doubt -- you will see 200+ Obama appointees take Senior Status and be replaced by newer and younger zealots similar to those Biden appointed and the Senate confirmed. In addition, there will be some GOP appointed judges who will not be able to hold on until 2032, and naming their replacements will further imbalance the district courts with even more liberal progressive district judges.
In order to understand what today’s elections mean for judicial confirmations in the last two years of Donald Trump’s presidency, it’s useful to look at the list of appellate judges in active service who were appointed by Republican presidents and who are, or who will soon become, eligible to take senior status.

ALERT: It appears that an alert poll worker in Wayne County has identified a scheme for individual voters to cast multiple ballots.
The core scenario is as follows:
- Voter submits an absentee ballot
- Voter then shows up in person (on election day or during early voting) to cast a ballot
- Voter completes an affidavit stating they did not cast an absentee ballot
- In person ballot is specified as “provisional” and is supposed to be set aside for verification until it has been confirmed that no other vote has been been cast by the individual
- Provisional ballots are NOT supposed to be counted per official procedures, but poll challengers in Wayne County have previously observed provisional ballots being tabulated right alongside other ballots
- Once the provisional ballot has been mixed with other ballots it is impossible to separate fraudulent ballots from valid ballots.
DoJ has been notified and provided with a list of suspect voters. Based upon the names identified, SAVE system review by federal authorities is also highly recommended as it is quite possible that these individuals are not citizens.

ALERT: An alert poll worker in Michigan has detected a Wi-Fi signal prior to closure of the polls that appears to be connected to a foreign Wi-Fi device inside a tabulator.
Only way to know for sure is to conduct a Physical Configuration Audit and a review of event logs for all tabulators in use to support our elections.
NOTE: There are no EAC certified tabulator configurations in use in Michigan which include internal modems (i.e. hidden within chassis and typically installed on motherboard).
Why is this concerning?
Remote access to tabulators opens the door to following election fraud mechanisms as a minimum:
1) Advanced intel on election results prior to closure of polls enabling fraudsters to "order" ballots to fill in vote deficits against projections
2) Direct manipulation of vote tallies
3) Direct manipulation of ballot images
Plus, it violates the chain of custody for election results.
