I eliminated the buzz from a P14 Max fan, without probably affecting performance in other ways. I just did it really fast, I'm sure a better solution is possible. I just had it as a bathroom exhaust fan and the noise was bothering me and I was like why am I of all people putting up with this when I can solve it in 5 minutes...
It still makes a bit of a rrr, very slight compared to the whoosh. I have ideas on how to reduce/eliminate that too but no time these days.
