Bill Clinton:
I'm tired of people denigrating Muslims for being Muslims.
The Quran says, and I first heard this from my daughter, who read the Quran from start to finish when she was 15 years old, and she said, "Read this."
Allah put the different people on the earth not that they might despise one another, but that they might come to know one another and learn from one another.
There are bad actors in every faith because we're all flawed human beings.
But the religious wars, the culture wars, I'm just tired.

This is Trump’s ‘Code Red’ moment
Trump: We were in the midst of negotiating and a lot of stupid people said why aren’t you putting Russian sanctions—
Collins: But you said you didn’t give anything for his release
Trump: If I didn’t do that, you wouldn’t have him coming back.
Collins: So you did give something.
Trump: You don’t know anything. You’re fake news CNN.
Collins: You’re saying you lifted the sanctions in exchange for his release?
Trump: You don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re a low IQ person. You’re a dummy.

A woman survives childhood abuse, becomes a doctor, and runs for governor. Republicans somehow decided the villain in that story was the woman.

Seems hard to believe now, but there used to be Republicans who knew who our friends and who our enemies were in the world...
During Domestic Violence Awareness Month this October, we applaud the work of organizations like our very own Joe Torre’s @SafeAtHomeFound, which reminds victims that they are not alone, violence is not their fault, and help is available.

Will the media be just as rabid about this development as they have been with in questioning Abdul El-Sayed, who has repeatedly denied any connection to the Muslim Brotherhood?
Will Mike Rogers be asked at every campaign stop about his support the Muslim Brotherhood? Will he be grilled about whether he has loyalty to America and has terrorist ties?
Also of note: I interviewed Abdul El-Sayed on Monday and he disclosed that he does not support foreign aid to Egypt, even though his father is from there and he spent a lot of time there as a child.
Seems Sean has nothing (bad) to say about Hitler.
George Washington did sign a deal to end the Revolution. It was called the Treaty of Paris, and it established America’s boundaries and water rights, handled war debts, allowed for return of prisoners of war, provided restitution for property, and even gave the British the right to navigate the Mississippi River.
That’s how wars end. Mitt Romney doesn’t know this, because Romneys don’t fight wars. Romneys either flee to Europe or stay home and get rich while better men fight wars for them. The Romneys never saw a war they weren’t willing to dodge while demanding better men fight it for them.
Larry Ellison is going to buy one and ruin it isn't he

“Vice-President Vance said today that whether this ad by Vivek Ramaswamy was appropriate was not really his concern. Seriously? The question for all Republicans is whether this type of attitude is what we want leading our party going forward. For the last decade, our party has been infected by a corrupted moral center. Vance’s acceptance of this campaign ad only breathes life into the disease that we should be seeking to cure.”

- Putin is a war criminal. The Russians commit war crimes as a matter of course and the fact that they abducted our fellow citizen and sent him to a penal colony notorious for abuse is more evidence.
- Russia wants to push two narratives: that it is reasonable and that its military success is inevitable. Both are false.
