Those of you who also suffer from anxiety and depression may recognize this way of thinking: my brain constantly goes to worse case scenario.
So…each time I hear about a school shooting, I think when is it my turn? Will it happen today? How will I protect my students?
Why take it out on them?
Situations really start to mess with your mind and you have to wonder why are people so concerned with banning books and drag shows instead of caring for our children in schools?
