🇬🇭 Ghana is proposing to change parts of the 1992 Constitution, & a referendum is planned. Most of what's out there is in English. Everyone should be able to follow it in their own language. So Khaya AI made an explainer: what's proposed, how a referendum works... Twi version

We are also excited to release our first Open Source models as @KhayaAI - ASR base models for 25+ African languages that are free to use, even commercially. We are releasing a research article alongside and sharing some of our techniques. Christmas for African AI came early 😉

Most African langs are not understood by computers. We’re working on that at Khaya AI. Today we’re releasing DONDO — free, open speech-recognition models for African languages — and expanding Khaya ASR API to 34 languages.
