Stole this from @LenaTrack. Absolutely love the idea of keeping track of your most decorated athletes at the state meet, just like the Olympics!

Varying formats of sports competition is great for the learning experience. Bowling has varieties such as Baker and 9-pin. Ryder Cup in golf. Shot clock in hoops before it becomes mandatory. ABC in track.
Le-Win boys track adds something different for track teams this year ...

“I am the epitome of the old school 🏈 coach you describe in your initial articles and all your podcasts - bad genetics, no fast twitch, son of a football coach, always loved the weight room, believe in toughness, great effort, extreme amounts of hard work... Listened earlier this spring to one of your Sprint-Based 🏈 podcasts (the one with Ric Arand) and was inspired to learn more.”
