The sixth famous athlete who I’ve reported on in 48 hours going into cardiac arrest under 50, is not proven genetic. Cardiomyopathy is caused by the Covid shots which she received.
Replying to @unhealthytruth
Oh look someone who doesn't understand genetic illness.

If I was black, I would be outraged at the way this made me look pretty pathetic.
A Wits/UJ professor claims the mere presence of white people causes workplace trauma to black South Africans. Vasintha Pather argues that “whiteness” — including things like punctuality and accurate calculation creates anxiety for black and Indian colleagues. This is what is being published and taught as academic work in South Africa: youtu.be/zETTvlHm3Hk

🔹THE CHILDREN'S HOSPITALS KNOW. THEY HAVE KNOWN SINCE 2014. A PEDIATRIC ONCOLOGIST JUST SENT US HIS RESIGNATION LETTER. READ IT. "To the Board of Directors, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Effective immediately, I resign. I have spent 19 years in pediatric oncology. I have treated 2,300 children with cancer. I have watched 814 of them die. I am writing this letter because I cannot carry the weight of what I know for one more day. In 2014, I was invited to a closed-door presentation at a medical conference in Geneva. The presentation was titled: 'Non-Invasive Electromagnetic Approaches to Pediatric Tumor Regression.' It was not listed in the public program. The presenter — whose name I will not reveal for his safety — showed us data from 340 pediatric cancer cases treated with frequency-based therapy between 2009 and 2014: — 312 out of 340 children achieved complete tumor remission — Average treatment time: 3 sessions of 25 minutes each — Side effects: ZERO — Recurrence rate: 4% — Age range: 2 to 16 years old 312 children. Cured. No chemotherapy. No radiation. No hair loss. No vomiting. No organ damage. No death. I sat in that room with 40 other pediatric oncologists. We all saw the same data. We all understood what it meant. Then we were told: 'This technology is not approved for civilian use. Any attempt to replicate, discuss, or disseminate these findings will result in immediate termination and criminal prosecution. You are bound by the non-disclosure terms of your conference registration.' We went home. We went back to our hospitals. We went back to injecting children with chemotherapy that we KNEW was unnecessary. I went back to Room 4B. That's where we do pediatric chemo at my hospital. Room 4B. I went back to holding the hands of 6-year-olds while poison dripped into their veins. I went back to telling mothers: 'We're doing everything we can.' We were not doing everything we could. We were doing everything we were ALLOWED to do. Since 2014, I have personally administered chemotherapy to 847 children. I know — with absolute certainty — that at least 70% of them could have been cured in 75 minutes with zero pain. Instead, I gave them 6-18 months of chemical torture. I watched their hair fall out. I watched them vomit until they had nothing left. I watched their parents sell their homes to pay for treatment that I KNEW was inferior to technology that already existed. I watched 214 of those children die. 214 children. Dead. Since 2014. Under my care. While I knew. I am not asking for forgiveness. There is no forgiveness for this. I am asking for this letter to reach every parent who has ever been told 'there's nothing more we can do.' Because that sentence is a lie. It has been a lie since at least 2014. There IS more they can do. There is a treatment that cures pediatric cancer in 75 minutes with zero side effects. It exists. It works. 312 children proved it works. Your doctor knows. Your hospital knows. The board of directors knows. They chose money over your child's life. I chose my career over your child's life. I will not choose it one more day. To the 214 families whose children I failed: I am sorry. I am sorry I was a coward. I am sorry I chose silence. I am sorry I let the system convince me that obedience was the same as ethics. It is not. Obedience killed your children. My obedience killed your children. This letter is not enough. Nothing will ever be enough. But the silence ends today." — Name withheld. Pediatric Oncologist. 19 years. 2,300 patients. 814 deaths. 214 preventable. He watched 214 children die knowing the cure existed. He stayed silent for 10 years. He is not silent anymore. Neither are we. Share this for every child who deserved 75 minutes instead of 18 months of poison.

I’m not sure what you mean by “nothing matters”? I wrote a book Lore of Running trying to identify all the factors that “matter” in performance and in health. Have just updated it because I’ve had to revise my thinking about the matters that I once thought mattered a great deal. No longer so certain . @ProfTimNoakes
It’s just like doing a survey of the training practices of every athlete who wins a gold medal at the next Olympic Games. When you find that the marathon runner trained differently to the soccer player and the weight lifter, that doesn’t mean that “nothing matters”. It means specificity, nuance and context own the podium

A high-carb diet leaves less usable fuel in the blood a few hours after a meal than a low-carb diet with the same calories. This has been measured directly in people trying to keep weight off after a diet. The insulin surge from the carbs pushes fuel into storage and holds back the release of fat, so three to five hours after eating, the blood carries less energy the body can use. I think that's a big reason people get hungry again so soon after a carb-heavy meal. If a person is fighting constant hunger, I'd lower the carbs before cutting more calories.

Thanks Louise @LouiseMaryBurke. But I don’t really see that in the fundamental rule of sports nutrition which is clearly that carbohydrate is in your words, the gold medal fuel, the jet fuel and that muscle glycogen is THE obligatory muscle fuel. My approach is to try to understand the core physiology. And work from there. I appreciate you have a quite different approach. But both need to be respected. Best wishes.
Tim, we disagree that finding “the average” result from a group of individual studies, each with its own context of sports performance/athlete/intervention and each with its own methodological design is the best way to investigate what influences performance. You think that the mean result of this complexity is “nothing matters” while I think that this shows that context is extremely important and that each event/individual has its own optimal approach.

And the Bible also warns against people like Mantashe. - Matthew 7:15 - “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.”
Like David in the Bible, when the ANC falters in fulfilling its commitments & makes mistakes, it has the courage to acknowledge those mistakes, apologise publicly &, when forgiven, it responds with humility & gratitude.

The documentary film, Healing Humanity, is out now! As one of its executive producers, I'm honored to have played a small role in bringing this project to the world. This big-hearted independent film was made on a shoe-string and was a true labor of love for Kerry Mann and everyone else involved. Five years ago, when our family first learned about ketogenic therapy for mental health, there was almost nothing out there to point people toward. No press coverage. No films. No clinical trials in the scientific literature. Just a handful of individuals and clinicians who were seeing how a specific change in nutrition and metabolism could lead to healing the body and mind. That’s a big part of why I said yes to this film. Healing Humanity began with Kerry Mann Jr., a homesteader suffering from deep depression, who was 100 pounds overweight and was told his congestive heart failure and arthritis were permanent. When Kerry adopted a what he refers to as a proper human diet, he reclaimed his mental and physical health. Then he and his co-director Adam Lacy, who has his own long recovery story from traumatic brain injury, spent three years driving around the country with a camera asking one question: who else has a similar story? The answer turned out to be a lot of people. The film weaves together roughly 60 interviews with physicians, researchers, and ordinary people who got their lives back by returning to a proper human diet. Type 2 diabetes. Depression and anxiety. Autoimmune disease. Chronic pain. Women’s health. Aging. Among the clinicians who sat down with Kerry are @GeorgiaEdeMD, @KenDBerryMD, @SBakerMD, @ifixhearts and @thomasseyfried, and they don’t hold back. What I love most about this film is that it isn’t a lecture. It’s people telling you, in their own words, what it felt like to be told “there’s nothing more we can do,” and what it felt like to find out that wasn’t true--exactly the journey our son @matthewbaszucki travelled. This is the same conversation we’ve been having for years: that what we eat shapes our metabolism, that our metabolism shapes our brains, and that millions of people living with chronic physical and mental illness have never once been told that food might be part of the answer. The science is still catching up to the stories. But the stories are real, and they deserve to be heard. Kerry and Adam made this film independently, funded by thousands of small donors, and they’ve set it up so every dollar from purchases goes first toward giving the film away free to people who can’t afford it. That tells you everything about who they are. Watch it tonight. Then watch it again with a parent, a sibling, or a friend who has been told their diagnosis is forever. Gift it to someone who needs to know that healing is possible. @HHDocumentary Rent or buy here: healinghumanity.movie #HealingHumanity #FoodIsMedicine #ProperHumanDiet

Vegans have a substantially higher risk of breaking bones — especially hips. The EPIC-Oxford study followed nearly 55,000 people in the UK for an average of 18 years and compared fracture rates across diet groups. After adjusting for socioeconomic factors, lifestyle, and body weight, the results were clear: • Vegans had a 43% higher risk of any fracture compared to meat eaters (HR 1.43). • Hip fractures were more than double (HR 2.31) — roughly 15 extra hip fractures for every 1,000 people over 10 years. • Leg fractures were also about twice as high. The differences were partly related to lower average BMI, calcium intake, and protein intake in the vegan group, but they remained elevated even after those adjustments. In other words, the higher fracture risk wasn’t fully explained by those factors alone. This is the largest prospective study looking at both total and site-specific fractures in vegans versus meat eaters. It doesn’t prove that a vegan diet directly causes weaker bones in every individual, but it does show a consistent, clinically meaningful association in a large, long-running cohort. Bones need adequate protein, calcium, and sufficient body mass/loading. For many people following a strict vegan diet, those pieces are harder to get in adequate amounts without careful planning and supplementation. The data suggest that, on average, it shows up in fracture rates. Tong et al., BMC Medicine, 2020.

DA wants to tell you they’re the only non-racial party. They don’t want you to see this, because not only is FF+ non-racial, but they’re also strict on border control and non-globalist.
LGE 2026 | The Freedom Front Plus is targeting ANC strongholds ahead of the 4 November polls, with former ANC members Siphiwe Mhlongo of Mabopane and Daniel Makgobola of Soweto contesting under the party's banner.

Why I won't vote DA is quite simple really. I have no issues with their people. I have an issue with their direction. Modern liberalism isn't a governing philosophy. That's what they sell it as, but it's a Trojan horse. It is an ideology of dismantlement. Modern liberalism CANNOT stand on its own. It inherited nations, institutions, cultural identities and the social cohesion necessary for individual liberty to flourish. It DID NOT CREATE these foundations on its own. Yet today, it increasingly treats nationalism as dangerous, borders as obstacles, and tradition as oppression. It taught you that girls can be boys. The great irony is that liberalism depends on the very foundations its modern advocates seek to dismantle. And you will slowly keep handing over those liberties until it achieves statism, in which whatever liberties remain are granted THROUGH the state. That is not freedom. Freedom cannot survive on individual rights alone. It requires a functioning nation, shared obligations, and people willing to defend both. This is why modern liberal cities are becoming warzones. Modern liberalism is the Trojan horse that enters a nation promising liberation, only to hollow out the foundations that make liberty possible. Modern liberalism isn't a governing philosophy. It's a globalist tactic to overthrow your country.
