I just invested into some 151 Pokemon UPC boxes. Not stocks, not bonds, not wine, not bags, not watches, BUT Pokemon cards. I do have a thesis for this and why I believe this set is investable. Maybe will write about it.

Holy shit. Indonesia's stock exchange voted today... The committee needed to decide which stocks count as "highly concentrated," to kick out. They've chosen 80 NAMES which will now INCLUDE independent parties. Basically until now its members were officials from the capital market authorities, and the 'independents' are Indonesian academics, and F. Champman Taylor, a former partner at Capital Group who "is currently an adviser to Indonesia's sovereign wealth fund, Danantara." He was the representative of foreign investors btw. Basically what is happening is this: Danantara is Indonesia's poor attempt of a sovereign wealth fund, they hold company stakes. And the 80 names are shells where a crime syndicate owns almost EVERYTHING (which is what MSCI doesn't like). The committee then decides WHICH COMPANIES are shells - and the foreign investors' independent voice on this also works for the biggest shareholder in the market. Essentially, from November the exchange will investigate suspected coordinated trading and can FREEZE investor accounts at will. THEN buybacks without shareholder votes will continue to June 2027. In plain english: the state's adviser will help pick the list, then the exchange can freeze whomever they think is a culprit, and boards can buyback without asking. This is quite literally just a scheme to hold the index up. Do you seriously think MSCI is that naive? Nothing will save Indonesia until they rid the corruption.

Over the next 28 days, each day we’ll either ship one thing that is a clear improvement and relevant for most codex/work users or ship a full reset. Let the improvements begin.
All right, we’re locking in. Only things being worked on are simplifications, more efficiency for more usage, groundbreaking features or new models. Sometimes you have to invest ahead of the curve, but feedback is clear that you all want things to get simpler. On it.

Everything I see confirming this. The semi/DC infra / memory stuff is just tired at this point. Sure they will still have nice pops along the way but the only truly exciting and alpha generating thing to focus on when it comes to AI is not the long term build lit but the new regimes and companies directly benefitting or directly getting replaced by the daily innovations in the tasks the agents can accomplish. Things that weve seen recently and rapidly in muse beneficiaries like fsly and inod the new regime of cyber security currently i think inflection in human identity verification is coming and there will be new things developing weekly which will create massive opportunities on the long and short side far mlre exciting then modeling out DC leases etc
I am done with the data center build out with the exception. Of glxy they've all been priced in Im more interested in what is happening now mainly in The upcoming new regime of cyber security The agentic internet and Tech bio

This will be a sword of Damocles hanging above US stock market around midterm through year end until the real strike landed or a true peace deal signed, otherwise the market doesn’t know how to price in this uncertainty. Will buy oil and XLE for this if there is any pullback.
BREAKING: Pentagon prepares every major US military base to operate for at least 90 days without outside electricity, fuel, water or supplies, anticipating a major war that could cripple power grids, break global supply chains and threaten critical infrastructure on US soil, per Fox News. The plans include portable nuclear reactors, large-scale battery storage and microgrids able to disconnect installations from the civilian electrical grid entirely.

Just looking at charts. Take a look at the 10Y yield versus the small cap sectors (SP600 + Rus2K). I also threw in the RSP simply because I think it's a good representation of the real economy too. It's quite interesting that RSP seemed to have caught a bid before the 10Y topped

When the bubble pops, it will be the most expected and documented bear market in history Similar to 2022, everyone knew it would happen and continue until inflation made a top The same expectation and documentation will take place. All the predictors will say they were right in hindsight but not had made any money.

The internet is getting to experience what Crypto has had to endure for a decade. Crypto just like all online businesses is built on code. For the last decade the only reason Crypto was targeted was unit economics. In short, large hacking groups operate like a business, on risk/reward. „it’s going to take us an average of $20k with a winrate of 10% to find an exploit, but the reward is a clear $10 million“ Over time the expected value pays off and the transparency Crypto provided in regards to the payoff made it a massive target. Furthermore the transparency of the technology made it a global target, with tens of thousands and years of defense to protect against attacks. The unit economics have now shifted. Each passing quarter, the cost to hack is decreasing exponentially and thus the balance between cost * win rate against the payoff is changing. Expected Value= (Win Rate * Average Win )-(Loss Rate * Average Loss}) In short, each passing day, the expected value ratio between going for Crypto vs the old tech stack is shifting. Hacking/exploiting crypto, that has played defense as one of its core missions, is becoming increasingly harder to do then attacking the regular online world. Not only that but Crypto becomes a real security proposition in a world where the cost to defend increases exponentially. Growth in liquidity, adoption, lower fees, gains in speed, network effects, new products and more all come on top. Finally AI is not only shifting the unit economics but it’s also prime to use blockchain for micro-transactions, composability and custom higher velocity products. The balance is shifting in favor of Crypto from almost all angles. Macro to Micro, the incentives are aligning. The times are dynamic, volatile and full of risks, but I believe the longer term path is clear.

Chinese short dramas are a fascinating space. In July 2026, a new AI short drama was released in China every 36 seconds. Some interesting statistics: - AI short drama releases on Douyin (TikTok) surged from 655 in August 2025 to 74,313 a year later, an increase of over 100x. - A team of just 5 people can now produce a 60-episode AI drama in a week, at less than 10% of the cost of traditional live-action production. - Yet, only 1.3% of new AI dramas generated enough views to reach the industry's estimated break-even threshold. As content becomes increasingly commoditised, distribution, discovery and audience retention arguably become even more valuable.

$QQQ should see somewhere between $659 & $634 the next few weeks/months. The quicker the better in my opinion. I always like to just get the moves over with but it could be a choppy grind lower

Here's my view here for next week and what I think we are setting up to do. I'm pretty confident in this, but as always i'll literally know if im wrong just via price. Price is king and price is the only thing that will pay you - not some narrative/thesis/hope Let's dive in bro:

Hedge Fund Manager David Orr (@orrdavid) on why he’ll back a delivery guy over a Harvard grad, as long as the track record is real. David Orr runs Militia Capital, a ~$480M hedge fund. ~50% annualized, Sharpe 2. “If you didn’t go to Harvard, they’re not going to give you money. They’re gonna lead you on for years.” We cover: - Edge is just reps. He's placed a few hundred independent bets every year since 2019, more in one year than a lot of hedge fund managers get in a decade. - The two-hour rule: if he can't decide on a stock in an hour or two, he skips it. When a trade goes against him, he quits. "The market said I'm wrong, I'm wrong." - 500 positions in his partition and zero notes. Some of his best shorts are down 40% and he's forgotten what the company does. - The Gogo lesson: he spent 100 hours on a short and was right on the fundamentals (it's now $2), but it ripped to $20 first. All that research made him stubborn on the way up. - The AI risk system: it groups the book into custom baskets like "Banks Done Right" and "yield traps," recalculated daily. A 25% bet can quietly become 45% in two weeks. - How Militia recruits PMs: 95% of track records are junk, and one cherry-picker ran 30 accounts and sent the best one. The PMs who make it include a game show winner, a Spanish government worker and a programmer, with 0.15 cross-correlation. - The best short seller in the world, quietly: 40% a year short only for years, and he still gets a tiny allocation at his fund. - Why multi-managers' real business is marketing. Collect $2B a year in fees on $100B and it's "mission accomplished," whatever the returns. - The long/short tax trick: harvest losses on losing shorts, and never cover one that's down 90%. No tax is due until it's delisted, which can take 10 years. - $150M raised from one email asking LPs for $100M. He says he could raise a billion but won't, and admits they "must have gotten at least somewhat lucky." - His AI stock map: hyperscalers locked customers into take-or-pay deals at ~35% return on capital. If compute prices crash 80%, the end customers get wiped out, not the hyperscalers. - Is investing 99% talent? For big alpha, almost entirely. Pod shop alpha is teachable, maybe for 1 in 50 people rather than 1 in 10,000. Highlights: 00:00 Intro 00:44 How AI custom factor baskets track dynamic correlation in levered portfolios 03:24 Sourcing non-consensus PM talent and verifying live Sharpe track records 07:24 Structuring carry and tax deferral to attract elite proprietary traders 12:50 Why institutional multi-manager platforms fail to back pure alpha 20:22 The two-hour research limit: Avoiding sunk-cost bias in short selling 27:58 Momentum screening vs deep value: Why top longs hit new highs 29:40 Why traditional finance books fail and what operator biographies teach 37:16 Why rapid technological adaptation beats traditional economic moats 39:26 Analyzing the AI trade: Why hyperscalers offer superior downside protection 44:57 Internalizing stock borrow desks to maximize net-of-fee fund compounding 55:25 Avoiding confirmation bias and why shorting revenue growth fails 01:01:42 Pod shop leverage factories vs raw discretionary alpha generation 01:07:12 Unplugging from market narrative feeds to preserve independent conviction
