Hardly anyone has ever been to therapy. The only people who go therapy are Jews in New York City who then write about going to therapy in movies and TV shows because they don't realize how bizarre it is and then you watch the movies and TV shows and think it must be normal. You may even think you've been to therapy but unless you're a Jew living in New York City, you're simply misremembering an episode of Friends as your life. Same goes for summer camp
