Bopha Foundation has announced that it will initiate legal proceedings against the IEC this Friday - demanding for the deregistration of ActionSA.
The foundation asserts that ASA is not in compliance with its governing constitution.
The NPO states that internal democratic procedures have been bypassed.

Following a deadly mass shooting last night in Lavender Hill, my heart broke to stand with mothers who had to pick up pieces of the brains of their children.
Where is the dignity? The humanity? The accountability?
We cannot keep asking mothers to be strong while allowing the conditions that break them to continue. These communities need more than condolences. They deserve protection, dignity and action.

I laid a complaint about the water in Makhanda(Grahamstown) in 2019 when we went a week without water.
Never even got a reply from the SAHRC. That's when I knew it had turned into a joke.
These ones๐ซ ๐ซ The timeline is littered with updates on the work being done in Tshwane so maybe the SAHRC should try reading before rushing to insert themselves just to remind everyone they exist.
