Do you know the signs of Type 1 #Diabetes (T1D)....?
Raising awareness on #WorldDiabetesDay of the signs that you shouldn't ignore. If left undiagnosed, T1D can be fatal. Although often diagnosed in childhood, people can develop Type 1 at any age. Any concerns, get checked out.
The causes of T1D aren't known, it's not preventable and there is no cure. Daily management via insulin is required for life. Type 1 needs more research and awareness - charities such as @JDRFUK and @DiabetesUK do a fantastic job but more funding is needed.
Giving employees control over choosing work environments that fit their task helps support #wellbeing. Implementing #hybridworking policies & flexible #workplaces that provide genuine choices also boost #performance, #jobsatisfaction & #concentration. 1 of 2
