I can bend and tie shoes now
Maybe one of the Booms buried my ultrasound machines in the yard like a dog with a bone or something, I dont know
Im surrounded, the Booms are gonna peck me to death and call it "helping"
[Im tired and going to bed, love you Boos]

Boomers got exposed to more lead than any other generation because it was in the air from its use in gasoline exhaust as an anti-knocking agent from the 1920s to the mid 1990s.
Basically for 40 years of their lives.
Eldercare is a trip, maaan
Sometimes I think they make dream decisions and use dream logic,
but in real life
Update:
- I did have to "out" this Boomer as incompetent to his friends
- he gave out the wrong device
- he gave out the wrong instructions
Everybody involved is demented and incompetent, and this is the worst game of telephone ive ever played
Everybody is fired / grounded
Im case you want an update @mscarnivore 😭⬆️

Thr only benefit from today is that one of his victims literally came to the door (with an unrelated problem) and I got to fix it immediately.
Not having a good time in Boomerland, @PGC1a_RB 🫠

We finally made it happen yall
This space is finally maturing
We’re starting to see the right minds all come together, and the charlatans pushed out
Optimistic for the future!

Common side effect of interacting with me in real life:
Becoming aware of horrific problems (that you didnt know exist) and now you now need to fix 'em

I hate you so much.
I understand why the olds are stealing these machines, and I nuked my neck and head for like 2
10 minutes.
I can confirm pushing harder makes it work better.

@MelissasGentlmn using ultrasound on the back of the head for improved lymphatic/glymphatic drainage
Membrane lipid composition helps determine whether a cell can maintain protein quality control, form and fuse autophagosomes, recognize microbes, and restrict viral entry
Lipid-peroxidation products such as 4-HNE can modify proteins and proteasome components, potentially increasing damaged-protein burden while impairing degradation capacity. A useful separation between roles is preserving proteasome function by reducing damage versus directly activating proteasomal catalysis. Astaxanthin’s antioxidant evidence and oleuropein’s cell-based proteasome findings concern different mechanisms and should not be treated as equal
Astaxanthin can reduce lipid oxidation model membranes; plausible membrane benefit is better described as preserving membrane integrity under oxidative stress
Oleuropein (from olive leaf extract) has increased proteasomal activity in cultured fibroblasts and, more recently, Huntington’s-disease cell models
γ/δ-tocotrienol → Insig-dependent HMG-CoA reductase ubiquitination → proteasomal degradation
Small trials show uses in cells, or in small human groups (screenshots below) show different contextual uses and measured outcomes, but also there has never been anything showing the combination of said supplementation, as well as relevant measurements/endpoints, like those noted above seen and measured in cell culture
My doses, not to be interpreted as 'effective', just what I take:
- 300 mg Vitamin E tocotrienols (10%γ/90%δ-tocotrienols)
- 24 mg astaxanthin
- 500 mg olive leaf extract (20% oleuropein)
Ive been apologizing hourly to Gentleman for making him
1) get an undercut
2) dox the back of his head
But honestly, he's pretty pleased with the idea of getting other fellas to check for and then fix this issue
We want you fellas healthier.
Got work to do.
Sharing Epitalon experience to group chat
Brother, who used to stay up late 1-2 am (as a teacher who has family and student assignments/planning to go through)
Told me that Epitalon made him sleepy around 11 pm, told him "Yeah that's because that's your body telling you to sleep earlier"
Better to sleep early, wake early to work if you need, than vice-versa, work late, sleep late, wake late

Another person finished two weeks of treatment (5 ultrasound + 5 Equiscope) and is heading home.
They’d been having a hard time sweating when they arrived. It has mostly come back, along with significantly better energy and capacity. Of the symptoms ultrasound + equiscope seems to target with the greatest effectiveness, these are at the top.
What’s going on:
- Sweating is controlled by tiny nerves (sympathetic cholinergic / sudomotor fibers) that tell sweat glands to work. In Long Covid these nerves are often damaged or dysfunctional as part of small fiber neuropathy and dysautonomia.
- Skin biopsies in Long Covid show reduced nerve fiber density right around the sweat glands, even when other small fibers look relatively preserved.
- The lymphatic system can also get congested in Long Covid and contributes to inflammation and fatigue, so the two systems overlap, but the actual ability to sweat is primarily an autonomic/nerve issue.
Why did these modalities help so much?
- Micro-current devices like the Equiscope deliver very low-level currents that the body already uses. Research shows this increases cellular energy (ATP), improves local circulation and microvasculature, reduces inflammation, and helps normalize electrical signaling in tissue.
- Therapeutic ultrasound can improve microcirculation, reduce local inflammation, and has shown to break up persistent micro-clots that impair air blood flow and oxygen delivery.
Therefore, better tissue perfusion and cellular recovery, which has restored nerve function (including sudomotor control of sweating) and overall energy capacity.

@thelukepryor and I have this mineral balancing for autism program we’ve been running now for a few months.
And now we’re deep enough into it that the children should be responding to the protocol we put them on according to their initial HTMAs a few months ago.
This is what mineral balancing is, btw.
We use the initial HTMAs as a baseline for mineral/nutrient status, and then we recommend supplement protocols based on this and our knowledge of nutrient and mineral interactions with the end goal of balancing the entire mineral system (viewed on the HTMAs) all at once.
This is the secret to triggering metal detoxification and mobilization of metals from intracellular compartments (ie the brain).
Since minerals and metals oscillate antagonistically and in a promiscuous manner balancing the entire set of minerals all at once competitively antagonizes all the metals in these tissue compartments.
See my pinned post for more on this.
Anyway, today we had another group coaching call with the parents of these kids and one mom’s progress report on her son was quite remarkable, indeed!
Her son has had atrocious sleeping patterns and circadian rhythm for 4+ years. It’s been so bad, that if he does sleep, he doesn’t fall asleep until 6am and wakes up in the middle of the day.
This has ruined hers and the entire family’s quality of life because almost everything they do is oriented around his poor sleep schedule as they have to take care of him since he is autistic and has seizures as well.
Today she reported, for the first time in years, that the last few weeks his sleep and circadian rhythm has normalized, describing a day where he woke up “refreshed and ready to go at 8am.” Completely unheard of since many years ago.
Now, this may not seem that meaningful, however sleep and circadian rhythms are vital for healing and detoxification.
His first hair test was one of the worst HTMAs we have in this 25 child group. His calcium, magnesium and zinc levels are overtly in serious deficiency states, he is in very fast oxidation and his na/k ratio is very low.
Very anxious and excited to see his retest and a major slow down in his oxidation rate,
improvement in his na/k ratio, these other individual elements, and possibly even a metal elimination.
Really happy and excited for this mom who has clearly been suffering herself having to deal with him but also not wanting to see her son suffer like he has.
The results we’re getting so far in this cohort are going to blow some peoples minds.
