The $SHOP Shopify earnings call could not be more bullish for domain names! Not only did they confirm the purchase of Shop.com for $100 Million, but they also confirmed that domain names are increasingly MORE important in the ai digital commerce world than ever before! Particularly in the face of agents and agentic shopping, not in-spite of them. Here is the exact language from the earnings call: Paul Treiber, a capital markets analyst at the Royal Bank of Canada, asked the following: Q: Good morning. Shopify acquired shop.com this quarter for about $100 million, which is a significant sum. How do you view the coexistence of shop.com with merchant websites and other channels? Why now, especially against the backdrop of the rise of AI agents? Why is having a centralized entry point important? Answer (Harley Finkelstein): In the brick-and-mortar retail world, it's location, location, location. We believe the same holds true for the internet—shop.com is our prime "golden address." Think of it this way: this is a statement signaling that we're ready to take Shop in a more ambitious direction. We intend to deliberately invest in building Shop's reputation and discoverability as a destination for consumers, rather than merely as an order‑tracking tool. We see it as a highly convenient and accessible gateway for shoppers to discover great brands and products. The switch requires no action from merchants, and Shop's web‑based shopper traffic is already growing faster than its app‑based traffic. We're simply moving from shop.app to shop.com. We consider this one of the most important addresses on the internet, and it reflects our ambitions for Shop."

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in Georgia after an HOA began fining a young family $25 PER DAY for GROWING VEGETABLES in their own yard to FEED THEIR KIDS... ...the family is now being charged $750 because the HOA said the vegetables were "unsightly" and they refused to remove them Yes, they planted peppers in their OWN FRONT YARD and their HOA is charging $25/day until it’s gone. Their names are Alex Duarte and Shawn Richardson, and they live in Acworth, Georgia. They grow peppers, tomatoes, habaneros, and herbs in trough gardens out front because in Alex's words, “We don’t have a lot of money. The economy’s really tight right now.” In June, the HOA’s community manager sent a notice telling them to remove the garden. So Alex Duarte asked what she could do. She offered to paint the beds ANY COLOR the board chose. She offered a wood surround. A brick surround. A rock surround. Anything to keep her garden. At an appeal meeting she recorded, the board said it had gotten FOUR complaints of "unsightly yard". So Alex asked them to define what was unsightly so they could reach a resolution. The answer: it’s not aesthetically pleasing. What about it? “All of it. It's all got to go." ...then on September 28th, the fines started. $25 a day. By a week before Halloween, the balance was approaching $750. So the family filed a complaint with the Secretary of State... but the meter keeps running. They can’t even put a sign in their yard. So they put up a Halloween tombstone for their garden instead. Alex’s words: “I don’t wanna lose one of the ways I feed my family because three people decided that they didn’t like my yard.” WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE?!!!!!!!!

The richest man in the world in the 1960s said the way back from $0 starts with 1 uncomfortable step. It's free, it takes no skill, and most people would rather stay broke than take it. Aristotle Onassis said that if he ever went flat broke, he wouldn't look for a job or a loan. He would go wherever wealthy people gather, a restaurant, a club, a yacht club, and simply sit in the same room with them. No meetings, no pitching, not even a conversation. Kevin Trudeau says Onassis learned it inside a secret society. The reason sounds strange, until you remember how Walt Disney started. Disney was flat broke when he started telling people he was going to build a city. He couldn't even pay his rent. To anyone listening, it made no sense: a man behind on rent, describing a whole city of his own. That city became Disneyland. That's what Onassis would have been after in those rooms. Sit long enough near people who think in big numbers, and your own idea of what's possible starts to stretch. But a big dream and a dream world are different things: one builds Disneyland, the other just makes you delusional. So the room has to be full of people who have actually made money, not people who only talk about it. The plan was never about getting a seat at their table, only about being close enough to hear how they think. Somewhere tonight, a broke 24-year-old is nursing a $6 coffee in a 5-star hotel lobby, listening to strangers talk about deals worth millions. Find your lobby this week, and save this post for the day you need the push.

Huh?
This is what the beginning of the surveillance state looks like in America Americans in Connecticut received a bill for additional taxes on their car because cameras spotted it in a different city A private company called Municipal Tax Service (MTS) is hired by cities to drive around and use automatic license plate readers on cars parked in different cities It then makes connections if that car lives in that area and sends the owner a bill for new taxes on that vehicle for being in the city The owner of this vehicle says she doesn’t live in that city, provided proof and says her car was only in a different city because her kid drives there for school MTS didn’t care and said that the proof didn’t matter and they had to pay it. They appealed to the city, the city said they had to deal with MTS But here’s the problem, MTS gets paid 38% commission on tax revenue they recover + $50 per vehicle billed to the owner. They made $9 million in commission in just one year from sending people additional tax bills So this company has no incentive to ever help you and just deny you, which they did Only after the mainstream media got involved would the city drop this one new tax bill which was false to begin with In America we now literally have private companies driving around scamming our license plates to tax us more money This is insanity and it needs to end

U.S. SUPREME COURT AND OTHER HIGH COURT CITATIONS PROVING THAT NO LICENSE IS NECESSARY FOR NORMAL USE OF AN AUTOMOBILE ON COMMON WAYS. “The right of a citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, by horsedrawn carriage, wagon, or automobile, is not a mere privilege which may be permitted or prohibited at will, but a common right which he has under his right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Under this constitutional guaranty one may, therefore, under normal conditions, travel at his inclination along the public highways or in public places, and while conducting himself in an orderly and decent manner, neither interfering with nor disturbing another’s rights, he will be protected, not only in his person, but in his safe conduct.” #throwback downloads.regulations.gov/DH…
