MY FITNESS JOURNEY. As a boy growing up, I started with football. But in 2012, I was forced to stop playing. As time went on, my cousin started weightlifting in 2017. He would tease me and even punch me just because he had started lifting weights. That was actually how I got into weightlifting. I started lifting in December 2018, but because of my family background, I had to work and take care of myself. I wasn’t able to train consistently, but I made sure to train whenever I had the time. I was struggling with life alongside training. Sometimes, after training, I didn’t even have food to eat. And we all know how difficult it is to build muscle when you’re not eating enough or getting proper nutrition. Even after school, things didn’t immediately change. At one point, I was training only about 10 days a month. I could still build some muscle with that, but my nutrition wasn’t good enough because I was still living with my parents. It wasn’t until 2025, when I moved out of my parents’ house, that things started changing. I began training at least 15 days a month, and that’s when I started noticing a significant change in my physique. Looking back, I realize I didn’t have the perfect conditions. I just kept going with whatever I had. The journey wasn’t easy, but I never completely stopped.

ADVICE FOR MEN UNDER 25: 1. Spend less time in your comfort zone and more time experiencing life. 2. Stop stressing over things that haven't happened yet. 3. Don't make partying your lifestyle. Have fun, but build something meaningful too. 4. Never let rejection from a girl make you question your worth. There's more to life than one person. 5. Learn the difference between people who are around you and people who genuinely care about you. 6. Stop explaining yourself to people who have no intention of understanding you. 7. Travel alone. Visit a new city or country. Discover who you are outside your usual surroundings. 8. The men you admire didn't build their lives by playing it safe all the time. 9. Take risks. Apply for the job, start the business, approach the girl, share your ideas. Learn to handle rejection. 10. If you have a dream, take it seriously. Work for it every day instead of spending your life wondering what could have been.

Still don't understand how someone eats to this point. Is there something else behind it, or just pure non-stop overeating?

Age does affect recovery and muscle growth, but you can still build strength as you get older. The real issue is knowing your body, training smart, and staying consistent. You may need to adjust your approach, but getting older doesn’t mean you have to get weaker.
Be honest does age really limit your ability to build strength, or do most people use age as an excuse to stop pushing themselves?

The two biggest scams of the modern world: 1. Financing a brand new car just to drive it to a job you hate. 2. Doing 100 sit-ups a day thinking it will burn the fat off your stomach.
