I've done a few interviews for Mgitywa Online Media, but the one I enjoyed the most was with former @Our_DA KZN leader Francois Jwara Rodgers. That's because he treated it exactly the way I want guests to.. it became a discussion that gave me deep insights into the DA's view of the future. In this clip he hints at a possible reconfiguration of the political landscape. The clip is 5 minutes short and easy to follow. Enjoy.

A person does not become by their potential. A person becomes by what he/she does. They are never the sum of what they could be. They are the culmination of their choices and actions.

At some point you guys need to realise that society stops being divided into age groups after you leave school. A 22 year old and a 28 year old are both adults who can do what they want.
yall be 28-32 finding "community" with 22 year olds🫩 oh yea im sure

I wish more adults showed kids how to tie their passions to a more stable career. Can’t make it to the NBA? Why not go into sports law, sports medicine, or sports/entertainment consulting?

Go to school, guys. It might not make you rich-rich, but one thing fosho, it can take you to places you never imagined you’d find yourself in. 🤞🏽

Former sportspeople totally deserve sustainable pathways to life and income after sport. But their economic vulnerability cannot justify transferring that vulnerability to millions of others by promoting an industry that is devastating lives, mainly African lives.

I may delete this in an hour, but screenshot it if you want. I have nothing but contempt for popular people who use their influence to promote BETTING. In a country where gambling is destroying lives and families, monetising that misery is unconscionable. Have some shame!!! 😳 🤯

The sad part is how often we TV makers complain about corrupt politicians. Meanwhile our own work - that’s consumed by millions on a daily basis - does so much to glamourise and even celebrate corrupt characters. The last 10 years or so have truly been ‘the era of the villain.’

Your relationship with yourself cannot be built entirely around improvement. At some point, you have to become someone you are allowed to enjoy being. You get to be proud of who you are. Present tense.

To the world today, Nelson Mandela is a hero exalted as a legend. But to the people of South Africa, he was Madiba, a leader who fought for justice even when the tides of the present were turned swiftly against it. To honor Madiba’s legacy is to fight injustice before history rewrites itself.
