Investing without a strategy is gambling, especially with the exponential increase in hacks and exploits. The risk within DeFi is huge, and so the strategy has to be stricter. As much as this applies to individual investors, treasuries aren't exempt from this. But the capital a treasury manages is large, making exploits, hacks and bad decisions more detrimental. So most treasuries are treated as safety boxes, with high TVL as a way to indicate stability, while capital remains dormant. But the question remains: Should a treasury have a strategy, and what should that look like?👇

Capital needs a system. @Onchain_Matrix maps that system as one continuous capital cycle. Instead of treating treasury, credit, and tokenized assets as separate pieces, it connects them into one capital cycle. Capital first enters through seed, presale, stablecoins, and tokenized assets. Then the treasury layer sets the operating base with multisig controls, audit prep, and deployment rules. From there, capital gets allocated into yield strategies, RWAs, and liquidity reserves. Those assets can then support collateralized credit, tokenized debt, and secondary markets. Finally, treasury yield + protocol revenue flow back to holders through distributions and $ONMX buybacks. So the model becomes: raise capital → secure it → deploy it → expand utility → return value A much more complete framework for turning treasury capital into an active onchain economy.

Alts have been in a downtrend against BTC for 4 years now. Every small pump and the people have called for a 100x AltSeason. If you truly want AltSeason, watch out for a breakout here. If that happens, Alt/BTC could enter a multi-year uptrend.
