ELECTION INTEGRITY UPDATE: Yesterday, I called the Ohio Secretary of State @OHSecofState Frank LaRose @FrankLaRose and the Ohio Election Integrity Unit and I reported the Somalis from “Ohio Somali TV” (a real TV station) who appear to be electioneering less than 100 feet away from the early voting locations in violation of Ohio law. I called on the Ohio Secretary of State’s office to reinforce Ohio law. In Ohio, it’s illegal to electioneer and influence voters within 100 feet of a voting location. This is found in Ohio Statutes Section 3501.35 A1. Source: codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-… As you can see from the video below, Ohio Somali TV is encouraging foreign born Somalis (who knows if these people are even here legally) to vote in Ohio’s election and they are clearly not more than 100 feet away from the entrance of the early voting location. They appear to be in violation of Ohio state law. In the video below, a Somali man is speaking Somali while encouraging Somalis to vote Democrat and he can be heard saying, “this election will determine our future so know that” as campaign signs for Democrats Don Leonard @DonforOhio, Amy Acton @amyactonoh, and Sherrod Brown @SenSherrodBrown are shown on screen. Ohio Democrats are using the foreign born Somali Muslim community in Ohio as an electoral strategy to turn Ohio blue, and these Democrats appear to be in violation of Ohio Statute Section 3501.35 A1. I’m calling for an immediate investigation by Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose! We need to stop foreign election interference and enforce Ohio Law at the polls.
