America is a republic, not an empire. Congress must:
1. Support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
2. Defend the borders of our own country.
3. Represent the citizens (not the inhabitants) of the United States.
4. Protect their freedom, property, autonomy, and American sovereignty with justice, free commerce, fair trade, and focused diplomacy.
5. As required by Aricle IV, Section 4 of the Constitution, ensure every state has a republican form of government for its citizens.
6. Sound money is essential to defending freedom. While debased fiat may be constitutional, its implications are not compatible with the equal protection clause.
America can afford a government small enough to fit within the Constitution.
The other nonsense is bankrupting our country financially and morally.
Democrats are anxious to stop this fraud from being exposed. Stay on offense. There is no substitute for victory!
Social Security is not a means-tested welfare program. It's a poorly operated mandatory retirement savings plan. The government confiscates part of every paycheck you get, but promises to deliver income once you retire. The government must absolutely keep that promise.
Great to see @SecWar in Dayton today. His excellent speech highlighted the importance of ensuring America’s resources always advance America’s interests.
SNC perfectly highlights it in action with innovative, responsive, exceptional results for our warriors.
Today’s visit punctuates work I’ve been doing in Congress:
- Defense Production Act
- EXIM Bank Modernization
- Stop the Cartels Act
- AUMF
Thanks Secretary Hegseth!
You can never outbid the radical left with more free stuff for more people. They will always bid higher because that is not their goal. They seek power and will do literally anything to get it. Even if it means destroying their own country and people...
Defeat Marxism!
France has FREE health care, paid parental leave, paid family leave, FREE child care, FREE preschool, 5 weeks paid vacation, a 35 hour work week, generous unemployment and housing benefits, and heavily subsidized higher education.
Everything the left says they want AND THEY'RE STILL PROTESTING AND BURNING SHIT DOWN.
When is someone going to jail? It's happening. DOGE detected corruption, the Trump Administration took action, and prosecution is underway. Stay on offense!
CFO plead guilty to 2 felonies for kickbacks (by Zelle)
- Refused President Trump's authority.
- Bragged about blocking DOGE from entry.
- Hired firms to attack whistleblowers.
- Sent money to non-existent offices.
- Investigations open and much more to come...

CNN would say, a "mostly peaceful protest". Mass migration is funded and fueled by the same people funding and fueling these riots in Europe. They aim to "fundamentally remake" western civilization. Obama's vision for America...
There is no substitute for victory! Defeat Marxism.
France's cost-of-living protests take a destructive turn as rioters torch a historic town hall, leaving much of the 143-year-old landmark in ruins.
In Limoges, flames engulf the building before its roof collapses. The local prefect calls the attack deliberate, while France's interior minister blames radical far-left groups for violence breaking out during demonstrations nationwide.
President Emmanuel Macron is condemning the destruction and warning that those responsible for attacking public buildings and businesses will face prosecution.
The unrest is spreading well beyond one city. See where masked groups are attempting to storm government buildings: foxnews.com/world/limoges-to…
As our state motto says, "With God all things are possible." That's especially true in Ohio! Great take on our beautiful state...

I honestly do not understand how any American who is not already a literal Communist or a literal Jihadist could vote Democrat after hearing what Slotkin said below.
This is LITERALLY totalitarianism. It's not the fake "fascism" the Left likes to accuse the Right of, it is the REAL THING.
Undeniably.
Irrefutably.
This is a sitting member of Congress who was in the CIA saying that dissent from what she believes will result in imprisonment.
This is straight out of Solzhenitsyn. Straight out of Orwell. This is something an early Nazi would have said in 1932 under the Weimar Republic.
Please please PLEASE share her words with everyone you know. The Democrat/Media Complex will try to bury this. It is up to us on social media, on blogs and via texts and emails to get the word out.
The only way to stop these monsters is to make sure that voters who don't really keep up on politics understand the actual threat, see it with their own eyes and hear it with their own ears.
Please. Spread the word to anyone who will listen. And even those who won't listen.
ON UCHICAGO CAMPUS: U.S. Senator from Michigan Elissa Slotkin hopes planned political prosecutions of republican leaders will scare young conservatives from getting involved in politics.
@ElissaSlotkin
Congress should have a Healthcare Committee, aligning responsibility with authority so there can be accountability.
Instead, Republicans and Democrats, House and Senate, keep it scattered across multiple committees. Guaranteed status quo with limited oversight or reform.
I voted for this! How about you?
@DOGE works. @DOJFraudDiv must bring swift justice.
Democrats howled when we terminated 760,000 phantom enrollments from Obamacare.
They claimed we were taking care away from real people. Well, fewer than 1 in 10,000 of those canceled enrollments has led to a phone call or outreach from a real person.
What @DrOzCMS and the team are doing to crackdown on fraud is remarkable.

Today I was in Washington DC to talk about financial privacy and the narrow path to non-dystopian digital ID. It was great to see @valkenburgh and @secparam, but I want to now expand on a point from our panel:
I think it is likely the BSA, as applied today, is unconstitional.
This is probably going to be surprising to a lot of you. After all, didn't the Supreme Court uphold the BSA as constitutional when it was challenged in 1974? Why yes, it most certainly did.
Have you read that opinion? I have. That same court said that the fact pattern today is likely unconstitional.
The case, for those unfamiliar, is California Bankers Assn. v. Shultz (416 U.S. 21). In it, when you read the actual decision, you find some interesting tidbits:
Title I recordkeeping requirements were upheld because mere recordkeeping was not a search, and the authorities asking a third party for individual pieces of data was thus not a search. Government access in that case still required orderly legal process.
Title II domestic reporting was largely a standing issue, pointing out there were not customers specifically challenging this at the time who had been clearly impacted.
Fifth amendment claims by depositors or the ACLU were considered speculative at the time, and did not note specific facts (nor privacy concerns) or even clear intent to engage in transactions in some cases.
Powell, who was joined by Blackmun, concurring with the majority, in fact specifically noted that “A significant extension of the regulations’ reporting requirements… would pose substantial and difficult constitutional questions.”
First: I think this case was correctly decided on the facts at the time, in the world where banking was largely done on paper, records searches were one at a time or at most small batches, and the amount of information a bank collected was far more limited. On the standing and non-ripeness points, those were probably also correct at the time, but I will note that doesn't make something constitutional, just that SCOTUS has a long history of punting on things until they have to confront it.
Second: the fact pattern today looks absolutely nothing like the fact pattern at the time. The expansiveness of a search is far greater, with banks involved in every asset of digital life and the transaction monitoring far more comprehensive than before. Previously, a BSA request could not get every purchase you had made over the past three months (thus also geolocating you at all those times), because that was all done in cash. Now it can.
In light of things like the recent Flock decisions at district courts finding Flock database searches without a warrant to be unconstitutional and the cell phone tower decision showing that non-particularized geofence warrants are also unconstitutional, it's hard for me to see how "we see your location constantly through your card always and then we turn tens of thousands of people's wroth of information over to the government with no individual suspicion" is going to pass muster.
The second point is in light of government pressure to close accounts, like the @USOCC just found in their report about the debanking of digital asset companies, the standing and ripeness arguments now look very different. There was, in fact, an actual nationwide dragnet at big banks to debank certain customers, partially pushed by regulators leaning on reputational risk, and the standing, harm, and ripeness issues created might be overcome here.
The third point is that the reporting requirements have expanded dramatically, exactly the thing the court itself cautioned against. "Hey gives us this one customer's info for transactions over $10k" is now "give us all transactions for all customers at all thresholds", and by waving their hands and screaming "third party doctrine", the Feds think this is somehow magically constitutional.
My view: it's not.
I think the time is right for someone to challenge this, and win.
Is digital ID inevitable? If so how can we make sure we properly tread the path to a non-dystopian digital ID? @valkenburgh moderates with @secparam and @austincampbell
We must restore a government small enough to fit within the Constitution.
More freedom.
Less government.
Sound money.
Secure borders.
Strong families.
Your money should not be weaponized as a tool for surveillance, coercion, and control. Both Obama and Biden operated Operation Chokepoint to debank political rivals.

Absolutely correct. Thank you, @WarrenDavidson -- we need much more emphasis on limited government as the Founders intended -- ASAP.
The national debt is over $40 trillion. Both parties built it because the uniparty always votes for bigger government.
Their answer to every problem is more spending, and that mentality is exactly how we got here.
The only government we can afford is one small enough to fit within the Constitution.
If you want better Republicans, keep Republicans in the majority where we are forced to resolve internal differences. In the minority, Republicans have the illusion of unity by opposing Democrats.
Stay on offense!
