Here is the corresponding Colposcopy showing reactive changes and no dysplasia, as supported by the p16 ihc showing negative to weak patchy staining.

Below is a different pap case showing the feared "Litigation" cell. B/c it's single, relatively hidden, it can easily be missed if in a rush. Compared to above pap, the below cell is much larger, has a higher N:C ratio, hyperchromatic, and with greater nuclear irregularities.
