Pingu's been very stressed recently amongst the $BTC bloodbath as of late.
The stress of the markets has taken it's toll, energy drinks and nicotine are the only things keeping him sane.
Portfolio is currently 32.57% (ยฃ25,918) down in total.
With this in mind, it's time for a switch up.
Please allow me to introduce the new @PinguStacks, degenerate gambler with an appetite for monster and blue razz vape.
If $BTC gets back to $100K, or if Pingu's portfolio flips positive, maybe just maybe old Pingu will come back.
But for now, Pingu's here to reclaim his former glory as the most successful penguin investor that has ever lived.
Hope you continue to support Pingu through this turbulent period, he needs all the help he can get.
Yours truly
@PinguStacks ๐ซก๐ง

BREAKING: Fed Chair Warsh announces plans to overhaul the Fed's meeting schedule beginning in Fall 2027.
Under the new framework, one of the Fed's 8 annual meetings will focus on long-term strategy rather than voting on interest rates.
By 2028, Warsh expects just 6 interest rate-setting meetings per year, down from the current 8.
This will mark one of the biggest changes to the Fed's monetary policy process in decades.

Bitcoin will never break its all-time high again." โ Jason Calacanis
Jason, I'll bet you $1,000,000 it will break its ATH. Here are the terms:
Bitcoin hits or exceeds $126,210.50 on or before October 28, 2028, 12PM PST
Iโm happy to trust you to pay or if you prefer we can each escrow the dollars with independent party.
The bet is either settled when Bitcoin hits the ATH or on October 28, 2028.
@jason Do we have a bet?

Our capital markets decisions are driven by what we believe will maximize our *long-run* total returns. We have been consistent that we believe the most powerful and sustainable engine to power total returns in excess of Bitcoin is our amplification ratio.
We've built a leading amplification ratio today at over 60%, but maximizing our amplification ratio over the long-run requires continuing to support our Digital Credit products. Demonstrating continued access to capital markets during drawdowns and slower periods has been provably helpful in building a track record of success for the credit strength embedded in those instruments. I expect the importance of this track record, specifically how Strive executed during this bear market, to increase in the coming years.
I respectfully disagree that a "honeymoon" period is over for Strive as I believe we've only now built an amplification engine that has a durable moat along with no PIPE warrants remaining. I don't think most investors even understand the value of our amplification engine yet, which makes sense as amplification is designed to generate returns when Bitcoin moves up, and its been largely flat this year.
When Bitcoin slows down, our base case is patience, and we've demonstrated that several times during this past year, but we've also demonstrated we're always ready to take bold actions on a moments notice.
Less macro than the above, but we think $SATA has continued to trade very strong with strong demand. Even with the significant spike in $SATA short interest reported on 10/15, which was shortly after the announcement of $SATS, $SATA remains not much below $99, without a single dollar of buybacks. There are index rebalances coming up which should put in some decent size orders for $SATA. We've generally leaned towards increasing the interest rate over buybacks, but have also demonstrated multiple times that patience (doing nothing) can do the trick as well, as these are very attractive products.
Lastly, there is an interesting, but large divergence in the viewpoint among many retail investors vs institutional shareholders in terms of common equity ATM usage. The institutions overwhelmingly want more common equity ATM usage with any premium, many retail investors want less or none.
Our view has consistenly been in the middle, and I believe taking the extreme on either side would raise our overall cost of capital. We recently explained this to several of our large institutional shareholders asking for more common equity ATM usage during the $SATS IPO, and I want to offer the same to the retail investors asking for the opposite.
During the last bull market, the vast majority of excess returns for MSTR over Bitcoin were driven by accretive common equity issuance. We've been consistent in our belief that it wasn't a sustainable model because there was no amplification engine, but also believe it was the rational decision at the time, as a high mNAV without amplification wouldn't have been sustainable either.
The ideal scenario has always been having an amplification engine that has scarcity and sustainable growth while also being able to issue common equity accretively. Importantly, accretive common equity issuance isn't a requirement, as the amplification drives the majority of returns, unlike the last bull market, but it's a potential return amplifier.
What this means in practice is likely less relative common equity ATM issuance than what investors saw MSTR do during the last bull market. That said, it will probably be more common equity issuance than some retail investors would want, and less than many institutional investors want, driven by what we believe will maximize total returns based on all of the data and information we have access to.
$BTC fan girl moment, follow off the main main @JoshMandell6.
Josh is a very well respected person in the $BTC space so I feel privileged he wants to follow this mere degenerate penguin with a thirst for amplified $BTC.
I appreciated Josh's transparency and critique of $MSTR in the past, it was clear to me he was offering constructive critique, opposed to blatant FUD.
Whilst I was, and still am, an $MSTR shareholder, open dialogue is always welcome in my eyes, to ensure we make sound investments and keep management in check.
That being said, I don't think @saylor was too pleased at the time and got trigger happy with the block button ๐๐๐ Not sure if that ever got resolved?
Anyway, here's to a good year ahead for all fellow $BTC treasury maxi's, may we continue to *strive* for the best *strategy*, to tap into the FIAT capital markets.
Bullish $BTC ๐ง๐
I'm stuck in a communist country but I have a capitalist mindset; the only way to get ahead is to buy scarce assets and valuable equities.
$BTC and the stock market is your only way out of this mess.
Short FIAT, long equities.
It gets worse.
The minimum wage is set to rise again in the UK.
Our wage distribution is already flatter than the Communist Soviet Union's, and it's getting flatter still.
The pay gap between professional and menial work keeps shrinking.
It's actually so over.
The only thing you can do is stack hard assets, preferably Bitcoin, and have an exit plan because this does not get better any time soon.
Jason has 1 million followers and has announced we are never seeing a $BTC ATH ever again... this is going to age like sour milk.
What a surprise, he's long an altcoin that's got a total market cap of 2.8 billion and isn't even in the top 30 list.
But the 1.6T asset is going to slowly trend towards 0?
I don't buy it, neither should you.
The only thing I'm buying, is more amplified bitcoin.
Bullish ๐ง๐
Tariffs removed on baked beans, I can now perhaps buy a can for 38p instead of 39p... why thank you Mr Burnham, true people's champ.
๐จ NEW: Andy Burnham has announced five "everyday fixes" ahead of the Budget
1. Carer's Allowance will be changed so carers no longer lose their entire benefit when they earn over the limit - instead, their support will reduce by ยฃ1 for every extra ยฃ1 they earn
2. Import tariffs will be removed on more than 100 products, including baked beans, chocolate and gherkins, to save households up to ยฃ21 on their food shop a year
3. Tax-free mileage rates for workers using their own cars will be made permanent at 55p per mile for the first 10,000 miles, with the rate for additional miles rising from 25p to 35p
4. Parental pay will be extended to over 150,000 more parents a year, including self-employed fathers and partners
5. Hundreds more Post Office drop boxes will be rolled out to save people queueing at branches
PSA - I'm down ยฃ11,600 over the last 24 hour period ๐๐จ

Pretty much.
As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesnโt have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers.
SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but weโre investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue.
That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.
