FIFA just sold football’s history to the highest bidder.
The removal of analytic data on @FBref is a calculated heist of public knowledge to protect a 2026 World Cup gambling monopoly.
Stats Perform (@OptaSTATS) is taking the heat but FIFA is equally to blame.

Man United are an industry, good or bad. The fact that it’s all doom is 100% self-inflicted. #MUFC
How talking about Man Utd's cycle of doom became an industry bbc.in/4zWTxu4
It’s so much more complicated than this.
🔴 Would Conte make #manutd better?
Undoubtedly
🔴 Does he win a title this yr?
Almost certainly not
🔴 Is 2nd or less good enough at #MUFC?
Ask Ole
Would Conte be around long enough to win before his blowup?
History suggests no
Antonio Conte to Manchester United: Is the Reward Worth the Risk?

Ole Gunnar Solskjær finished second and was sacked a few months later. United have already shown that progress without a league title won’t necessarily buy a manager much time.
And the path to a title remains unclear.
If United accept the risk of another short-lived appointment, can Conte deliver a title big enough to justify it before the relationship breaks down?

I’m glad Harry Kane won the #BallonDor simply because he didn’t campaign for it the way the others did.
And that’s probably not even their fault. That’s their PR teams and the way the game is these days.
But it’s off-putting and I don’t like it.
I’m glad it didn’t work.
Michael Carrick is finished. He won’t survive tomorrow. But I’m not sure Antonio Conte is the right answer.

Nicky Hayen is a good manager. Not every manager and club are a good fit. He didn’t do well at Burnley but their issues go deeper than him. He should land on his feet somewhere.
Another low shot eating Donnarumma up. Opponents should never shoot the ball in the air against him. He can’t get low quickly enough. #mcfc
Donnarumma is really becoming a liability. We already knew his limitations. Lately he isn’t even coming up with big stops. He can’t get down to the ground quickly enough to stop low shots. It’s going to be a problem for #mancity this season.
He’s never dropping a stinker. Sometimes strikers just don’t score. And most of the time he just hasn’t scored yet.
Erling Haaland casually dropping stinker
Haaland only touched the ball 3 times in first half, two of the touches came from kickoffs before the match and Jackson scored … abysmal

The failure to court Zion Suzuki is going to go down as one of the #usmnt’s biggest failures. He was the answer we needed in goal.
Good for Cesc for calling this out. What an uninformed question.

Phil Foden is finding his form for #ManCity. Y’all better give us that points deduction soon or it’s going to be over.
Pretty bad time for @paramountplus to be down with Champions League football going on.
Is it 80 or 70? If you’re gonna make shit up for engagement at least be consistent.
🚨 CONFIRMED: MANCHESTER CITY TO RECEIVE 80-POINT DEDUCTION AND THREE-YEAR TRANSFER BAN AFTER JANUARY WINDOW:
Manchester City are expected to receive a 70-point deduction alongside a three-year transfer ban following the conclusion of the club’s 115-charge case.
The final verdict is expected to be announced after the January transfer window, with the sanctions set to take effect following the announcement.
A 70-point deduction would have a major impact on Manchester City’s Premier League standing, while a three-year transfer ban would significantly restrict the club’s ability to strengthen its squad during that period.
The outcome would represent a landmark moment in English football, with the club facing serious sporting consequences as the case reaches its conclusion.
Further details surrounding the implementation of the sanctions are expected to emerge following the final announcement.
Based on the comments on my latest video there’s a chance #LiverpoolFC fans won’t forgive TAA.
