Good luck finding: "This doesn't sound like the Louise Lucas I know. She would never engage in the crimes she is accused of!" in this statement.
I have read the charging document alleging a series of criminal acts by a member of the Virginia Senate. In our American system of justice, people are presumed innocent until proven guilty, and that is true for Senator L. Louise Lucas. She and her family deserve the opportunity to present their defense and speak to the allegations presented. The timing of this indictment undermines the U.S. Department of Justice’s previously longstanding policy of not taking legal actions — to include indictments or significant investigative steps — close to an election and sadly, this timing further erodes the trust the American people deserve to have in the Department of Justice.

Since the GOP primary debate, my message on data centers has been the same: Virginia’s 10th District has done more than its fair share to host data centers. It is time to start putting them somewhere other than our backyard. The fact that data centers have been built right behind people's fences is insanity, and anyone who knew about that and did nothing to stop it should be fired. Data centers should answer to us, not the other way around. VA-10 deserves a Congressman who will fight for real limits on where they can be built and tax relief for those who are already living next to one. We can't give more time to someone who has represented Data Center Alley for 6 years at the state and federal level, without a single bill or action to stop data centers from being built in neighborhoods. For Suhas Subramanyam's full history of inaction on the data center crisis: xitter.cf/Beckwith_VA10/status/2… -- @VaNewsVanguard @ProjectVirginia @Virginia10GOP @VA_GOP @loudoun_con @LoudounGOP @PWCGOP

Join myself and @Virginia10GOP this Saturday for a Get Out the Vote Rally and the Leesburg Office of Elections. We'll have free food, music, and special guest speakers - including @VinceCoglianese from WMAL! VA-10, it's time we send a message that Virginia's 10th wants a Congressman who will represent the district above all else, who won't vote 8 times for a government shutdown, who will work across the aisle to get our national deficit to $0, who will fight for lower taxes for our working families, and who supports an energy plan that will allow Virginia to achieve energy independence without sacrificing our quality of life. 🇺🇸🗳️ -- @VA_GOP @LoudounGOP @LoudounGOP @PWCGOP @fauquiergop @FairfaxGOP

🚨BOMBSHELL: A new lawsuit has just been filed against Shannon Taylor that could be a DISASTER for her campaign for #VA01. Filed by a former Henrico County prosecutor, it alleges that Taylor FIRED the prosecutor for reporting harassment & unwanted sexual contact from a colleague. Lawsuit seeks $1.25 million in damages and a jury trial. RETALIATION, DEFAMATION, CONSPIRACY‼️ The media MUST report on this - Virginians deserve answers! @NickMinock @TylerEnglander

Question 2 isn’t just about marriage. It deletes “one man and one woman” from Virginia’s Constitution — and lists sex and gender as two different things. That’s how gender ideology gets written into our highest law. It threatens: • Girls’ sports and private spaces • Schools and businesses • Pastors and churches. Vote NO on Question 2 on Nov. 3. Read the amendment. Know what’s on the ballot. Share this with your friends.

One more thing you might not know about the proposed amendment on abortion is that Suhas Subramanyam was a cosponsor of the early version when he was a delegate in 2023. With that, he's managed to do something remarkable: unite Catholics, Christians of every denomination, Muslims, Hindus, and our Hispanic neighbors against it. The Bishop of Arlington has come out against the amendment, and the Catholic Church has its own Catholics Vote No initiative. I have also talked with families from every faith and background, including Christians, Muslims, Hindus, and our Hispanic neighbors, and among all of them there is a lot of trepidation about how far this amendment goes to leave parents out entirely and set no limit before birth. When people from every corner of your district stand together against something you helped launch, you are not representing them. You are representing your party’s agenda. VA-10, you deserve a congressman who listens to you. Vote Dave Beckwith for Congress and NO on the amendments on November 3rd. 🇺🇸 -- @VaNewsVanguard @Virginia10GOP @TFFVA @arlingtonchurch @CatholicVote @ProjectVirginia

One thing I am seeing in polling is campaigns matter. Excellent GOP campaigns are running even or ahead of the generic ballot. Bad campaigns (Whatley/Buckhout) are running far behind it. The ones running even or ahead focus on polarizing issues and emphasize contrast. The ones running behind are all running non-ideological non-controversial content-free ads or commercials totally focused on personality. No one is voting for you because you have a great "resume", grew up on a farm, have (fill-in-the-blank) values, served in the military, have a nice family or "care." People are voting Republican because our vision and their vision are two different worlds, and their world is not the one we want. If you ignore that, you will leave votes on the table, and many will stay home, or skip your race. Republicans running behind the generic ballot (Whatley/Buckhout/etc.) do not seem to understand that. 18 days left to change that, and incredibly, it's not too late!

Mark Warner keeps mentioning Trump over and over in his posts on X, revealing a clear obsession. Meanwhile, he refuses to even say my name or debate me so voters can judge our records side by side. Virginia deserves a senator focused on the real choice in this race, not endless attacks on someone else.

WAS LOUDOUN COUNTY FATHER SCOTT SMITH SCRUTINIZED BY THE FBI? I spoke with Smith today after a new Justice Department report revealed the FBI opened 25 reviews involving parents following a controversial 2021 memo from then Attorney General Merrick Garland. Smith’s 2021 arrest at a Loudoun County School Board meeting was cited in a National School Boards Association letter that warned some threats and acts against school officials could amount to “domestic terrorism.” “I would imagine that I am one of those 25 people because my name has been next to this from day one,” Smith told me. “I can’t imagine I’m not one of those 25.” DOJ now says it is reviewing investigative files to determine whether anyone investigated under the Garland memo had their constitutional rights violated. The big unanswered question: Was Scott Smith one of them? @7NewsDC

Every politician says they're against waste, fraud, and abuse. So let's look at how Suhas Subramanyam voted. In June, the House passed the Stopping Fraudulent Payments Act, which lets agencies pause payments when there are clear signs of fraud. Suhas voted no. In September, the House passed the National Fraud Enforcement Division Act, which creates a permanent fraud division at the Department of Justice. It passed 352 to 72, with 139 Democrats voting yes. Suhas was one of the 72 who voted no. The same day, the House passed the PROOF Act, which requires states to share data so investigators can catch fraud in programs like Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF. Suhas voted no again. Stopping fraud should not be a hard vote. Every stolen dollar is a dollar that should have gone to the people these programs are meant to help, and it adds to a debt our kids will inherit. I'm a father, and I want my kids to inherit opportunity, not a mountain of debt. When I get to Congress, I will vote to protect your tax dollars. - @ProjectVirginia @loudoun_con @Virginia10GOP @VA_GOP

Election Day is 29 days away, and early voting in Virginia is already open through October 31. Mark Warner is seeking a fourth term. We need every vote to beat him. Find your polling place, vote early if you can, and tell a friend, family member, or coworker to do the same. Bert Mizusawa for Senate.

First and foremost, I want to thank everyone who has supported my campaign for U.S. House of Representatives since I first began exploring this race in September 2025. Over that time, I have made friends I could never imagine making, listening to your concerns, and visiting just about every corner of Virginia's 7th District. Last week, I was diagnosed with blood cancer. The specific name for it is Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) my medical team has laid out the optimal treatment plan. I want to be exceptionally clear: I am fighting to beat this cancer, and I am fighting to beat Eugene Vindman in November. That is my promise to you. As a soldier, my life could have been sacrificed on the altar of freedom at any time. For myself personally, the stakes are quite high. My campaign staff and volunteers assure me that no one would blame me if I focused on my recovery. I am committed to giving Virginia's 7th District a clear choice between the past and the future. Virginians deserve leadership who listens, who actually likes their constituents, and is willing to work across the aisle for commonsense values. The leadership we say we want but rarely vote for, whether it is for farmers, parents, teachers, law enforcement, government workers or veterans. The problems we face are bigger than political parties, and while we may disagree on how we tackle a problem, we should never disagree on our love for the things that matter -- jobs we don't hate, roads that aren't terrible, and providing health care and benefits and educations worthy of the name. The next few weeks for me personally are by no means certain. The next few weeks of this campaign are most definitely certain. Our values, our principles, and the message we have to send to Washington is certain. To be clear, this particular type of AML is extremely treatable. Our doctors are positive. For that, Sabrina and I are incredibly thankful for your prayers and positive energy moving forward. Over the next few weeks, I want to send a message that leadership matters and that the values which made America great can make her great again. There is no problem created by human beings that cannot be fixed by human beings. All of us, stronger together. That's my message. I am going to need your help to send that message. For months, I have said that Virginia's 7th District needs leadership that listens. From the bottom of my heart, I have loved every second getting to know this district. Virginia's 7th District has a choice in November. Let's make our answer heard loud and clear. Thank you again for your tremendous support and remember -- I will keep fighting for you. -Doug 🇺🇸
